45. Subject: IMMEDIATE NEED: T-X T-38 Replacement Program LOGISTICIAN SME
Importance: High

To All Interested Subject Matter Experts,

Proteus Solutions / TechStart has teamed with a proposal writing company
that has extensive expertise in the military air and ground arenas and,
due to our ten years of experience in military and civil space markets,
they have asked us to lead the recruitment of space system experts
expand their presence in those areas. In addition, because of this
relationship, we have the opportunity to recruit Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) in their original markets of air and ground systems.

CURRENT NEED: T-X T-38 Replacement Program LOGISTICIAN SMEs

We are looking for an expert in Supply Chain Management,
qualifications/details include:

1. Prefer a retired USAF Logistician
2. Industry experience, defense industry a bonus
3. Estimate 2 weeks of work initially, maybe more
4. Work will be initially in DC and possibly some in Italy

Individual will assist in redesigning the current supply chain of the
maintenance/depot/CLS requirements for the T-X T-38 Replacement Program
therefore experience should be in this area vice transportation of
cargo.

As a SME, if selected for a proposal team, each individual would work
during the multi-week effort without commitment to signing onto the
contract when the prime wins. On the other hand, if the SMEs that work
on the proposal are interested, they can ask to be on the team that
executes the contract.

In other words, anyone selected for a proposal writing team could earn
money on the front end AND on the back end of the activity. [The
determination of which SME(s)-if any-will be brought onto the contract
will be made by the customer (prime).]

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS: The proposal team efforts ARE NOT contingency
offers. They are salary paying positions (market-rate hourly pay,
including expenses, during a multi-week stint). SMEs must be available
to consult on site at the customer's location(s). SMEs will NOT be
employees of Proteus Solutions / TechStart or the proposal company.
There are NO BENEFITS, the SME is expected to have their own corporate
identity and will be signed on as an independent contractor for the
duration of the proposal activity portion. SMEs will be responsible for
all legal and financial responsibilities levied by the government
(income tax withholding, unemployment, benefits, etc.) Therefore, we
encourage consultants, space system (military or civilian) retirees or
part-timers to submit resumes and wage requirements.

REMEMBER: There is no guaranteed work as the customer company must
approve the SME.

NEXT STEPSFOR THOSE INTERESTED: If you or someone you know are
interested in doing this kind of work (part- or full- time), PLEASE SEND
YOUR RESUME (TWO VERSIONS, ONE WITH YOUR FULL CONTACT INFORMATION AND
ONE "SANITIZED" OF ALL PERSONAL / CONTACT INFORMATION) AND WAGE
"DESIREMENTS" TO SME@TECHSTARTLLC.COM
ASAP.

There will be multiple opportunities for various military air, ground,
space and cyberspace areas of expertise in the future, so if you would
like to submit your resumes for future considerations, we encourage you
to do so.

Each proposal effort is different and, as mentioned above, may require
travel depending on the location of the prime and / or the SME.

* PLEASE NOTE: We have all the required proposal
writing expertise, however we need technical experts in various space
system disciplines.

Thanks, in advance, for any interest you may have in pursuing these
opportunities.
