Job Description:
Records Management/Administrative Office Assistance in support of the USFOR-A, New Kabul Compound (NKC), Kabul, Afghanistan. This individual should have a minimum of 5 year's experience in records management.
Must have function as the USFOR-A records manager and USFOR-A J6 records custodian and office administrative assistant.

Skill Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of records management experience at command level. Personnel will be responsible for overseeing all records management functions for USFOR-A and directing subordinate units records management functions in the AOR. This includes training, inspections, and records maintenance. This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, sharing and controlling the organization’s data assets, both electronic and hard copy. Contractor must be familiar with standard and electronic records management principles and solutions as well as federal and DoD records management guidance and statues. Position requires daily interaction with senior leaders and subordinates so communication skills are vital to performing this function. Compliance with Privacy Act and Freedom of Information Act guidelines is imperative to preserve the integrity of the data. Contractor will provide guidance for establishing policies regarding the maintenance and disposition of records as well as developing processes and procedures for document management, collaboration, and workflow for the USFOR-A Headquarters. Position requires familiarity with electronic file storage mediums to include, but not limited to: Sharepoint, SQL database, shared drives and MS Office products.
Experience as office administrator, executive assistant, or secretary are highly recommended. Position will support 80 personnel for administrative functions, including performance report processing and daily administrative processes.

Job Description:
Property Book Management (PBM) and Resource Management (RM) in support of the USFOR-A, New Kabul Compound (NKC), Kabul, Afghanistan. This individual should have a minimum of 5 year's experience in both PBM and RM. Will perform property book management and resource management duties as assigned in accordance with (IAW) AR 710-2

Skill Requirements:
Must have minimum five (5) years of experience as an Army property book manager at the grade of NCO or Officer. Duties will include but are not limited to supervising the technical aspects of the J6 unit property book per AR 710-2, manual and/or electronic property book accounting, financial inventory accounting as it applies to the Army budgeting system and federal regulations, federal law and Army regulation compliance, hand receipt tracking and maintenance, as well as managing all property management records. Summary
This position is contingent upon award of the contract and the applicant fully meeting security clearance requirements.
If awarded the contract, the Computer Technician is the first level of the computer technical support and performs general technical support functions, including physical installation, assembly, configuration and maintenance of the personal computer network. An essential element of this classification is the provision of prompt and effective problem-solving and troubleshooting to employees when system failures or dysfunctions occur. Provides support on a wide range of applications including Microsoft and miscellaneous software products. This position will support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades to computer hardware, software, personal computer networks, peripheral equipment and company-wide electronic mail systems. Makes recommendations regarding hardware and software acquisitions; prepares documentation and provides user assistance to staff and performs related work as required.
Essential Functions
 Installs, configures and upgrades operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages; may modify specific applications for use in operational departments.
 Installs, assembles and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners and related hardware; pulls cables and rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations and office reconfiguration.

Requirements
 AA/AS degree preferred with emphasis in computer science.
 Minimum 1 to 3 years directly related Information Technology experience required or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
 Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
 Theater Deployable Communications experience a plus.
 Must possess or have the ability to get a Secret Security Clearance.

The incumbent is charged with planning, managing, directing, and coordinating all logistics operations at a large staging site. This includes property accountability, property disposal, transportation and movements, inventory and other logistics management functions, as well as facilities management, and equipment maintenance. Incumbent is responsible for coordinating operations with Individual Assistance (MHOPS), Public Assistance (PA), GSA, and other FEMA organizations on a daily basis.
PROMOTION POTENTIAL: Future promotions will be dependent on your ability to perform the duties at a higher level, the continuing need for an employee assigned to the higher level, and administrative approval.
This position is being announced under FEMA's CORE Program (Cadre of on-call Response/Recovery employees). These positions are authorized under P.L. 93-288 to perform temporary disaster work and are funded from the Disaster Relief Fund. Appointments are excepted service, temporary appointments.
