MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES:
Conducts site visits within theatre for employee/management training, development and conduct investigations related to employee complaints/grievances.
Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
Analyzes data of employee relation and exit interview issues. Provides recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvements.
Facilitates and administers various human resources plans and procedures (new hire orientation, re-contracting, merit increases, etc) for all company personnel; assists in preparation and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
Partners with project (employees and management) to communicate various HR policy, procedures, laws, standards and regulations. Maintains compliance with applicable labor laws and federal regulations concerning employment.

Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
Partners with HR Benefits department in communicating benefit information or changes to employees.
Assist HR Workers Compensation department in communicating workers compensation benefits and processes. Additionally will assist in obtaining information from the project or employees.
Provides advice and problem resolution for employees pertaining to employee benefits, disability, general policies and procedures, etc according to corporate standards and published guidelines.
Maintains accuracy in Human Resource Information Systems records, compiles reports and coordinates with project regarding process for internal systems.
Performs special projects as requested and additional duties as assigned.

Senior Engineer:
Candidate will execute engineering tasking for in-service engineering to evaluate and coordinate test equipment requirements for a broad spectrum of Prime Systems: assignment of NAVSEA approved TMDE to support measurement requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance; identification of TMDE requirements for the development of procurement specifications for new GPETE solicitations, conduct bid-sample testing as required and perform acceptance testing and coordination with NSWC Corona to establish required calibration logistics. BS/BA degree in electronic or electro/mechanical engineering, as well as demonstrated engineering experience with General Purpose Test Equipment (GPETE) outfitting and Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) life cycle management in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEASYSCOM). A minimum of five years experience working with shipboard electronic and mechanical test equipment, applying engineering principles and measurement science to calibration and metrology systems, including electronic theory for DC through RF and Microwave and mechanical theory for Pressure, Temperature, and Linear Measurement areas is required. A minimum of 8 years progressive experience from basic knowledge to positions requiring extensive knowledge and skills in project management. Expertise in TMDE; Metrology and Calibration; NAVSEA policies and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of: Calibration and Maintenance Requirements Summary (CMRS) evaluation; Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and scheduling program; Sub-Category (SCAT) definitions and performance specifications; electronic and mechanical instrument technologies, obsolescence replacement and standardization protocols; Automated Test Equipment (ATE); Mechanical Test Instruments (MTIs); Prime Systems preventive and corrective maintenance requirements. Familiarity with deployment and testing of TMDE to various platforms, such as CV/CVN, DDG, Littoral Combat, SSN and other ship/submarine classes is required. Familiarity with Ship/Shore Portable Electrical/Electronic Test Equipment Requirements Lists (SPETERLs) a plus. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain an interim and a permanent U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
Test Equipment and Instrumentation Technicians
The candidate will support in-service engineering for a board spectrum of NAVSEA Prime Systems: (1) selection, acquisition, standardization, application, and logistics support of Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE), including Automated Test Systems (ATS), Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) equipment and systems and (2) procurement and inventory of shipboard General Purpose Test Equipment (GPETE). Provides the technical support in general purpose test equipment installation, test, calibration, and diagnostics. Candidate provides technical guidance and assistance in the development of test equipment procurement specifications and TE modernization or obsolescence replacement recommendations.
