Job Summary
Transportation of Cargo and Passengers to include other missions (Command and Control, Movement of Quick Reaction Forces and other Security Forces, Armed Escort) as directed by the Senior Aviation Advisor. Operates UH-1HII aircraft in support of the US Embassy Afghanistan.

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
These missions are accomplished during the day, night, night vision goggles and under both visual and instrument meteorological conditions. Instrument proficiency is required. The employee must be prepared for assignment to a remote area, under austere living and working conditions. The employee may be assigned duties as Lead Pilot, and if qualified Standardization Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Pilot, Maintenance Evaluator, Pilot in Command, or other additional duties related to flight operations as required. Assignment will be in the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. Potential for exposure to hostile fire in this region is high. IP/SP - Conducts academic and hands-on performance training and administers evaluations to ensure pilot proficiency and standardization of training in addition to maintaining IATF's and completing required AWIS entries. MP/ME - Performs operational checks, routine maintenance, and maintenance test flights to ensure the airworthiness of the fleet.

FAA Commercial and Instrument Airman�s Certificates Rotorcraft Helicopter; CFI/CFII or prior military equivalent; current FAA Class II Medical Certificate. Branch 15 Aviation MOS series or other military/ commercial equivalent (153B preferred); qualification in assigned aircraft before or incident to assignment. Must be able to provide Flight Records and be able to provide DA 759 Form or equivalent. Possess or able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Possess or the ability to obtain a Passport before assignment, this includes renewal and additional pages if applicable.

Experience & Education
3,000 total rotary wing flight hours including 1000 hours of turbine engine time. Applicant must be Night Vision Goggle (NVG) qualified and have 300 hours of NVG experience. IP/SP applicants require 500 hours turbine instructor pilot or check pilot in a civil or military organization; SP applicants require 1 year experience managing training programs in a formal civilian or military training activity. MP/ME applicants require 300 hours maintenance pilot time in civil or military organization, ME applicants require 1 year experience managing maintenance programs in a formal civilian or military training activity.

Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring that aircraft operated are maintained within required specifications and are airworthy before operation.

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of maintenance personnel and maintenance actions performed, inspects aircraft equipment condition for safety, and ensures compliance with technical directives. Reviews aircraft historical records, log book entries, test measurement and diagnostic equipment, Army Oil Analysis Program (AOAP) Air Wing Information System (AWIS) and weight and balance for accuracy and compliance. Advises maintenance personnel in the use of technical data to troubleshoot, repair, or replace malfunctioning systems. Verifies proper procedures, tools and technical data are used while conducting maintenance. Conducts audits/surveillance of maintenance programs to ensure compliance with the Quality Control and Maintenance Plans.

Oversees and trains Host Nation personnel in the accomplishment of the duties as outlined in the approved quality control plan. Also acts as the Safety Management Representative (SMR).

A. Knowledge of The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS), Aviation unit level and Intermediate level maintenance processes and procedures. B. Working Knowledge of all Department of Defense, and Federal Aviation Administration maintenance management programs, historical records, and system of component tracking and air worthiness directive tracking.
C. Exceptional ability to comprehend all aspects of TAMMS, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and generally accepted maintenance practices is required
D. Working knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance and related programs and Department of State regulations.
E. Exceptional knowledge of and application of AWIS data management systems.
F. Effective interpersonal skills for complex system inspection relating to safety of flight and on the job maintenance activities.

5 years experience in Quality Control with expertise in one or more aircraft systems as a senior aircraft mechanic. Must be able to read, write and interpret technical data. Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Activity is principally accomplished in an office environment. Duties require frequent travel and require the individual to work outside the office environment. Typical physical demands or activities include climbing, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, kneeling, reaching and walking. May be required to lift objects whose weight normally will not exceed 50 pounds. Job Summary
Operates UH1-H(II) helicopters in support of the U.S. Department of State (DoS), Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs, Office of Aviation (INL/A) counter narcotics program. Primary duties include instruction and evaluation of host nation rated aircrew in day, night, NVG, and instrument operational and training flight operations ensuring safe execution and compliance with US government directives. Additional duties include but are not limited to operational oversight and administrative reporting of training and operational events.

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates rotary wing aircraft in support of routine multi-ship air assault and transport operations involving use of transport helicopters and armed escort helicopters. Special mission tasks include fast rope and rappel operations. Supports air assault movement of one counter narcotics battalion (up to 500 personnel) and other units at least twice per month in hostile fire zones. Interdiction support of the Cano Limon pipeline includes troop movement to hostile activity. Assists key managers in providing oversight, initiating, conducting training or/and supervising within his/her respective area of responsibility to meet the contract objectives of host nation and contractor training; also, responsible for host nation counterpart training if required.

qualified and have a minimum of 300 hours of NVG pilot time. Individual must hold a current
FAA Airman�s Certificate with rotorcraft helicopter and instrument ratings, or equivalent
military ratings, and a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate. Recent experience in high
mountain/desert and tactical operations is highly desired. Individual should have 100 hours flight
time in the past 12 months. A minimum of 300 hours operating UH-1 series aircraft is desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Joint Task Force-GTMO. Will conduct security assessments, design, install,

Specifically the Systems Engineer will be responsible for supporting systems and applications on a geographically dispersed Windows 2000, 2003, and 2008 network with multiple types of servers and server applications to include but not limited to; Exchange 2003/2010, SQL, Oracle, IIS, SMS and Share Point. They will be directly responsible for the effective and efficient operation and interconnectivity of a Department of Defense Network. The SE will coordinate Information Assurance efforts and network security with the Computer Security Manager. The Systems Engineer will execute the actions required to correct deficiencies or shortcoming and to improve system performance and efficiency and assist in the integration efforts for lifecycle migration plans, as well as new systems with COTS, GOTS, NDI (non-development items), and developmental equipment.

Strong understanding and operational experience using VMware vSphere (4.0)

Familiarization with COMMVAULT Enterprise Backup Software and Netbackup Enterprise Backup Software
Familiarization with SAN Technology, specifically Dell EMC and NetApp devices
Experience with Altiris 6.x or Altiris 7.x is a definite plus
Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems related to LANs/WANs
Conduct analysis and problem solving in relation to issues on the Enterprise Network

GENERAL
Provide intelligence support for critical operations using counter-narcoterrorism technology (CNT) networks, infrastructure, and capabilities that are focused on the detection, identification, and disruption of narcoterrorist activities and organizations. TASK DESCRIPTION
• Compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate intelligence and provide subject matter expertise in direct support of U.S. Central Command requirements supporting a variety of tasks and disciplines.
• Write and produce counter narcotics intelligence summaries, estimates, targeting packets, and visual graphic presentations to convey the current counter narcotics common operating picture derived from multi-discipline intelligence sources.
• Write and produce counter corruption intelligence summaries, estimates and visual graphic presentations (i.e. malign influencer mapping) to convey the counter-corruption current situation from fused multi-discipline intelligence sources.
• Analysts will work directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse, and interpret intelligence from multiple sources to provide current and finished intelligence for intelligence products.
• Prepares and presents intelligence assessments and briefings to customers. Advises key leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate.

Description: **"Responsible for planning, organizing and executing field
maintenance of all maintenance significant items including PMCS. This
position will manage scheduling of periodic maintenance and services,
dispatch of passenger, cargo and combat vehicles, requisition and exchange
of repair parts (if applicable) and use and disposal of petroleum, oil and
lubricant (POL) products. This position will direct the establishment and
operation of Unit shop stock lists for field repair and maintenance related
operations - if required. The Readiness/Fleet manager will prepare readiness
reports and write and update internal SOPs for maintenance areas. The
Readiness / Fleet Manager will manage the Army Maintenance Management System
(TAMMS). The Readiness/Fleet Manager will establish and enforce shop fire
and safety programs, manage Unit calibration requirements (as required) and
Unit level oil analysis program (if required), ensure that environmental
protection procedures (to include spill response plans) are established and
followed in all maintenance activities and direct emergency recovery and
repair of all Unit equipment. The Readiness/Fleet Manager will establish
internal procedures to receive, issue and store tools, parts, publications
and POL products as well as establish, direct and supervise procedures for
turn-in, receipt and exchange of repair parts and accessories. Directs
emergency recovery and repair of unit equipment. The Readiness/Fleet Manager
must be highly qualified with general supervisory experience and must have
specific management experience in Maintenance operations and have a minimum
of 10 years experience in fleet management / maintenance. The Readiness /
Fleet Manager must have prior experience similar to a Battalion Motor
Officer".
