We are immediately looking for Certified FMV (Full Motion Video) Imagery Analysts in two locations: Washington, DC Metro Area and Fayetteville, NC.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The use of HUMINT, SIGINT, and IMINT are vital to the operation of the FMV (Full Motion Video) Analyst role. Imagery Analysts are critical to the success of the intelligence community to work effectively in a combat environment. Our FMV team works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to obtain the best intelligence in the industry. Our team will give real time assessment of important targets that include persons of interest, facilities, search and rescue, combat operations, and battle damage assessments.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE FOR THIS JOB IS AN INDIVIDUAL WITH SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE IN A GEOSPATIAL ENVIRONMENT. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Under supervision, the purpose of this position is provide information management support to manage Civil Information Management team in support of the Combined Joint Task Forces’ (CJTF’s) civil military operations (CMO) and activities at Bagram Air Field and other Forward Operating Bases (FOBs). Employees in this position will be responsible for the day-to-day management of administering CJTF CIM Policy.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the task performed. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein if such functions are a logical assignment to the position.
Prepare and conduct briefings.
Attend and participate in working groups and conferences with U.S. and Afghan Government Officials.
Manage workflows of data management processes of units subordinate to the CJTF and Regional Command East.
Track and update all applicable Civil Information Management database and Geospatial Information systems.
Conduct data entry, data maintenance and information dissemination for Regional Command East.
Identify procedural shortcoming that impact the quality of civil information available to the CJTF and the U.S. Government and recommend changes.
Liaison with the interagency, GIRoA and international community to integrate those agencies information pertaining to CMO with civil information collected by the assigned unit.
Create data queries and maps using ArcGis in order to provide overlays of civil information including infrastructure, projects, engagements, and personalities for comparison with military operational information, intelligence and information derived from the interagency and international community and inspects all civil information products produced for dissemination by command to ensure accuracy of data.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Not applicable

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by college-level course work or vocational /specialize training with a minimum of three years experience in Information Technology, Information Management, or Geographic Information Systems. Candidate must possess a minimum of six (6) years of directly related work experience with the U.S. military. Army or Marine Corps combat or combat support MOS desired. A college degree (4 year or higher) in Information Technology, Information Management, or related field strongly preferred.
Prior deployment to Afghanistan or Iraq (U.S. military or contractor) required
Must be familiar with operational concepts for Stability, Security, Transition and Reconstruction operations.
Experience with Civil Affairs or Provincial Reconstruction Team.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient use in the following: Microsoft Outlook, contact management systems; Microsoft Access, SQL (operational and technical knowledge), ESRI ArcGIS (operational experience) database software; Google Earth internet software; Microsoft Project, project management software; Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word, word Processing software.

Human Intelligence Analyst

Primary and General Requirements:

o Analyze CI/HUMINT data pertinent to counter-terrorism, subversion, sabotage,
espionage, paramilitary / insurgency, organized crime and threats to force protection, personnel and physical infrastructure security.

o Operate threat analysis systems.

o Provide mission essential continuity during transition of authority and throughout daily operations.

o Produce reports, studies and briefings, and maintains CI database. Works all leads received from sources including CI/HUMINT teams, national level HUMINT platforms, Locally Employed Personnel (LEP) screening cell, host nation CI elements, and Counter Intelligence Directorate (CID) for possible exploitation.

o Utilize multiple intelligence disciplines to support HUMINT reporting.

o Update and maintain files, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and calendars.

o Assist to ensure requests for information, source directed requirements, and HUMINT
collection requirements are forwarded to appropriate HUMINT collection assets.

o Ensure the HUMINT Collection Focus is updated and routed for authorization prior to
publication.

o Review collection products to ensure the collection focus is being met.






Minimum Education/Experience:

The CI/HUMINT Analyst shall have the ability to communicate effectively, in writing and orally, and work as a team member. Previous experience as a BN or BDE level intelligence staff officer or Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) or a CI/HUMINT officer or NCO.
MOS 35F(96B) - Intelligence Analyst is desired. Furthermore, the CI/HUMINT Analyst shall meet one of the following minimum education and experience levels:

o Experience with M3, BAT, Query Tree, and Analyst Notebook toolsets are required.

o A Bachelor of Science Degree in related field with military intelligence training and five (5) years technical experience in the intelligence analysis field; or

o Six (6) years technical experience and training

Position Description
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, maintains assigned Fixed Wing Aircraft in support of the INL/A Drug Eradication program. Troubleshoots and repairs aircraft and properly documents corrective action that has occurred. Coordinates maintenance with the Fixed Wing Lead and is able to assist other mechanics and sections as required. Able to work alone at remote locations to keep aircraft flyable.

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Services and repairs aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness.
B. Repairs and replaces aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and associated equipment.
C. Reads and interprets manufacturers' and maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
D. Examines engines for oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions. Inspects turbine blades to detect cracks or breaks.
E. Tests engine operation, using troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic test equipment, to identify source of malfunction.
F. Replaces or repairs worn or damaged components using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
G. Familiar with The Army Maintenance Management System and the Air Wing Information System (and willing to learn to become proficient in all aspects of same).
H. Removes and installs engine from aircraft.
I. Disassembles and inspects parts for wear, warping, or other defects.
J. Repairs or replaces defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.
K. Adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories.
L. Performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
M. May service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition.
N. May specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies. May specialize in engine repair.
O. Mixes and loads spray herbicide, if required.
P. Performs as a crewmember on in flight operational checks, if required.

Experience Required:
Five years mechanic experience on fixed wing aircraft, especially Ayres Turbo Thrush, Air Tractor, Cessna-208 or equivalent single and multiengine turboprop and radial engine aircraft. Must have multi-engine cargo aircraft experience for C-27 mechanic positions. Must have worked full-time in aviation maintenance for the past 12 months. Must have at least 6 months of flight line and overhaul & inspection experience.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Must be capable of living and working in a potentially hostile environment for an extended period. May be required to travel to and between remote location(s) in austere environments. May be required to respond to a wide variety of operational circumstances, including extreme weather conditions and rudimentary infrastructure. May be exposed to extreme noise from turbine and jet engine aircraft. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles; may be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts, vehicles, or aircraft.

Position Description
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, maintains assigned Fixed Wing Aircraft in support of the INL/A Drug Eradication program. Troubleshoots and repairs aircraft and properly documents corrective action that has occurred. Coordinates maintenance with the Fixed Wing Lead and is able to assist other mechanics and sections as required. Able to work alone at remote locations to keep aircraft flyable.

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Services and repairs aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness.
B. Repairs and replaces aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and associated equipment.
C. Reads and interprets manufacturers' and maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
D. Examines engines for oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions. Inspects turbine blades to detect cracks or breaks.
E. Tests engine operation, using troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic test equipment, to identify source of malfunction.
F. Replaces or repairs worn or damaged components using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
G. Familiar with The Army Maintenance Management System and the Air Wing Information System (and willing to learn to become proficient in all aspects of same).
H. Removes and installs engine from aircraft.
I. Disassembles and inspects parts for wear, warping, or other defects.
J. Repairs or replaces defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.
K. Adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories.
L. Performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
M. May service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition.
N. May specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies. May specialize in engine repair.
O. Mixes and loads spray herbicide, if required.
P. Performs as a crewmember on in flight operational checks, if required.

Identify funding sources and methods to implement the USFOR-A integrated
waste management strategy within the area of responsibility. Assist in the
preparation of funding and other support documents as required (e.g., JARB
packages, budgets, MIPRs, PR&Cs) to purchase additional equipment and the
incorporation of new technologies or the development of appropriate
environmental projects.

Conduct limited training in conjunction with the mayor and base needs on
environmental policies and procedures and methodologies.

Assess the current policy standards to include the USFOR-A Environmental SOP
and how it applies to the bases within the area. Provide recommendations to
bring environmental practices into compliance with USFOR-A Environmental SOP
and other regulations used in theater. Provide recommendations on

Test flies Dos INL/A helicopters in support of counter-narcotics operations (Middle East) IAW Dos INL/A Operations Directives. Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform tests flight duties in rotary wing aircraft in accordance with the aircraft maintenance test flight manual, operator's manual, Dos INL/A Operations Directives and site SOP. Gains and maintains aircraft proficiency in all maintenance test flight tasks designated by the Site Manager. Applicant will be required to fly both single and multi-ship missions, day, night and NVG missions, primarily under visual meteorological conditions. Instrument proficiency is required. Applicant will be required to maintain NVG currency. The candidate for this position must be physically prepared for, and accept assignment to remote areas under austere living and working conditions. The successful applicant will perform duties as MTP, Pilot, Pilot in Command, Air Mission Commander or Flight Lead. Potential for exposure to hostile fire in this region is high.

General Description
The Suitability Analyst will fill a position with AFOTEC’s F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) Operational Test Team (JOTT) operating at Edwards AFB, CA. The Suitability Test Analyst will be part of a team developing and conducting operational test and evaluation of the F-35. The analyst will be subject matter expert (SME) in a number of suitability areas to include but not limited to, support equipment, technical data, training, and supply chain management related to the F-35 Air System. Essential Job Functions
The analyst will coordinate with contractor and government team of suitability analysts, F-35 program and contractor personnel, and other related SMEs. Qualifications/Experience
Ability to gather data through observations and validate information by applying judgment for test results. This includes administrative and technical aspects including acceptance of grant applications, approval of reimbursement requests, review of quarterly reports, assistance with technical resources and training, coordination and support with solving GIS or loss modeling technical problems, review and acceptance of final GIS products.
• Uses GIS techniques to provide a better understanding of variables in a given geographic location. Extracts data from GIS software and uses varying analysis methods to arrive at results. Recommends appropriate reactionary strategies in response to GIS analysis.
• Presents and performs HAZUS GIS analysis of hazard identification and risk assessment in support of the Map Modernization Program, Risk MAP initiative, Disaster Operations planning, Mass Casualty assessments and disaster applications as appropriate. Specialized Experience Requirements: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service.

[B.] Three full years (54 semester hours or 81 quarter hours) of progressively higher level graduate education, or possess a Ph.D., LL.M., or equivalent doctoral degree, if related, from an accredited college or university, or has been evaluated by an Accreditation Association responsible for evaluating foreign education. Specialized Experience Requirements: Applicants must possess one of the following:
Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
To qualify for GS-12 grade level, you must have one year of specialized experience applying knowledge of inventory management principles and practices necessary to manage, coordinate and lead staff and Personal Property Programs; including demonstrated experience applying principles, practices and techniques to assist in managing a logistics disaster operations or readiness center.

Conduct physical security operations for all collateral and SCI cleared
