Provides geospatial analysis techniques against assigned targets. Exploits and manipulates geospatial data in appropriate formats in support of customer specific directed intelligence analysis and reporting. Acquires, stores, analyzes, maintains, and displays geospatial information in formats inclouding complex graphics, textural reports and briefings. Extracts geospatial information, derivative information and multi-INT data from selected sources for analysis and visualization and applies geospatial analystical methods to solve problems and enhance knowledge for intelligence issues. Additional functions include producing various geospatial datsets and visualizations of geospatial information and intelligence to satisfy customer requirements; provide representational support for internal and external meetings as required. Words closely with All-Source and Imagery Analysts to compile geographic data from textual sources and create graphics in support of the warfighter. Creats geographic representations of areas of interest or specific locations related to a person of interest, compiling data from multiple intelligence sources. Creates geospatial products for internal analysis as well as customer delivery. GIS products produced include: shapefiles, geodatabases, kml and kmz files for use with both ArcGIS and Google Earth.

Provide subject matter expertise to Persistent Surveillance and IED Analysis. Assist in meeting a broad spectrum of requirements for providing Ground Moving Target Indicator data analysis and research support to a wide customer base within the United States Government. The Operations SME interacts directly with the unit Commanders and JIEDDO C-IED Operations Integration Centers (COIC) during the development of intelligence products that respond to Division or MEF Requests for Support (RFS). He/she activiely coordinates the support packages provided to meet unit and subordinate element operational requirements. The Operations Integrator assists in fusing the operational and intelligence information available to the supported unit, providing an operational perspective to the products that the supported commander and JIEDDO COIC’s deliver, including target and network analysis packages. The Operations SME also plays a major role in assisting unit elements in the formulation and integration of RFS to the COIC’s throughout the operational planning cycle.
