The person in this position is responsible for providing technical support including systems engineering, monitoring, maintenance, and problem resolution of the client’s systems, integrated solution support and associated technical services in HPSS (High Performance Storage System) and SAN located at the customer’s primary site in Newington, Virginia. The scope of services for the role covers distributed, heterogeneous, and integrated solutions of IBM and 3rd-party hardware, software, firmware, and middleware. The role requires industry knowledge and experience with High Performance Computing (HPC), Storage Area Networks (SAN), Unix operating system and security, Unix scripting (csh,ksh), clustered file system, networking, scsi and fibre channel protocols, and various storage devices (disk and tape). Other key skill sets required are systems engineering, systems integration, system administration and testing to meet the expectations of customers.

Candidate must be based out of the local area, no remote work is allowed.

The position requires being on call outside normal Monday – Friday 8x5 working hours. The support schedule outside normal working hours is:

Mon-Wed: 6PM – 10PM ET
Thur: 6PM – 12AM ET
Fri: 6PM – 10PM ET
Sat-Sun: 3PM - 9PM EST

The Motor Transport Specialist (MTS) is responsible to the S-4 in matters concerning supply, inventory, maintenance and repair of the motor transport fleet. The MTS is also responsible for the appropriate discipline, morale, and welfare of their assigned personnel. To fulfill these responsibilities, he/she must constantly evaluate data; present regular estimates on the program; formulate, coordinate, and execute appropriate approved plans with their inherent support requirements. The MTS specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Maintain the motor transport fleet to include:
All vehicular rolling stock
ATVs
Gas powered generators
Selection of all replacement parts/services
Selection of all replacement vehicles
Vehicle registration and licensing
Issue, recovery and PPE of all rolling stock
Maintenance of all custody receipts
Maintenance and cleanliness of MT buildings and grounds
General responsibilities:
Conduct daily liaison with the S-4 for administrative guidance and priorities
Provide written recommendations to the S-4 on priorities for allocating critical resources including:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-12 level you must possess the following:

The responsibilities for this role are to cover all aspects of cloud data management. The software engineer will need to be able to assist with the translation of structured and unstructured data-sets into cloud storage technologies. The ability to understand how data access changes between traditional RDBMSs (Relational Data Base Management System) and cloud columnar databases and triple-stores is a must. The Data Manager should be comfortable with the individual technologies that make up a cloud system, as well as how they inter-operate. This includes hardware and software components. A thorough working knowledge with Linux operating systems and basic to advanced knowledge of networking are base requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Military Analysts work in close coordination with supported units, the Strategic/Operations teams and Advisors preparing regular reports on information and news gathered from LNAs and disseminate to supported units. Analysts recruit, employ, and manage local national advisors across a wide spectrum of Iraqi society for the purpose of collecting atmospheric information.

Work Environment:
Advisors will live and travel where needed. Advisors provide professional technical support services, advice, and assistance to U.S. and Coalition organizations supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom in Iraq. Therefore, contractor personnel will be required to work alongside military units and with PRTs on location in provinces around Iraq.

Provides support to the Primary Care Business Office by gathering, reporting, and analyzing data and information about the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Centers (LCHDCHC) operations, Responsible for generating and sending information as requested by the various grantors and other funding sources as required. Coordinates operational data to assist Primary Care Administration and Programmatic Managers in making more comprehensive, informed decisions. Required Skills
Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related healthcare field required. A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a healthcare business office or related setting. Experience with Crystal Reports, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and practice management systems such as NextGen is required. Experience and documented ability in the areas of business analysis, financial management systems, and financial reporting is required. Familiarity with mapping, analyzing, and summarizing large volumes of information downloaded in PC based flat files is required. This position requires occasional interaction with Spanish speaking clients who have a limited understanding of the English language or who may speak only Spanish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Provide translation and cultural expertise for specified region in support

The candidate must be a seasoned security professional with strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt in a highly charged and challenging environment. He/she will provide day to day oversight of program security within a multi-disciplinary security environment including collateral and SAP/SAR material. The individual will be responsible for the development, preparation, implementation, maintenance and customer approval of Security Plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.
Required skills/Experience include:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
8 years minimum experience supporting DOD security management efforts
Work experience and in-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and JAFAN’s as well as other national level security directives.
Complete understanding of DOD and other agency security requirements.
Ability to work closely with government security counterparts, program managers and other defense industry partners

Job description:
The Administrative Assistant(s) will be responsible for performing administrative support tasks associated with all facets of administration. The chosen candidate(s) will have specialized related knowledge and will work as a member of a team and assist with solving complex problems. Will be responsible for managing, pro-actively, a wide range of administrative duties and processes required to directly support assigned members of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Will also have responsibility for frequent management of multiple, complex and/or high-priority projects concurrently, which require considerable coordination and follow-through to successfully meet requirements.
Other responsibilities will include the following components:

Education:

This position is responsible for the administrative aspect and coordination duties of one branch special event. In addition, is responsible for outreaching to the community by building strong partnerships, lasting relationships, and collaborations that will benefit the Branch.

Major Functions
Financial Development:
 Assist in the recruitment of campaigners to ensure Teams Division is filled and trained.
 Actively participate in Branch Special Events as assigned.
 Generate $50,000 in new program funding during fiscal year through grant writing efforts
 Research new funding opportunities, including local, state, and federal grants, along with private foundations
 Develop appropriate and timely proposals to these sources
 Review websites/grant bulletins daily, and advise Executive Director on what to pursue
 Maintain accurate records for all research done and requests and results
 Research potential foundations, and develop and nurture relationship with those foundations
 Create an organized system of tracking all grant deadlines
 Create templates and research files for future grant proposals
Administrative Support:
 Key staff contact with committee members and new and past honorees.
 Develop agendas and take minutes.
 Coordinate and manage mailing of invitations, solicitations letters, thank you letters and correspondence with present and past honorees.
 Work with hotel on food and other hotel arrangements.
 Maintain accounting of all expenses.
 Prepare format for printed program souvenir book, invitation, brochure, and all printed materials.
 Coordinate lunch meeting meetings with all honorees.
 Compile Civic Tribute notebook.
 Prepare materials for opportunity drawing and/or live auction. Prepare packages for winning bidders and opportunity drawing winners.
 Order special gifts for Civic Tribute table sponsorships of $10,000 and above.
 Responsible for all program logistics.
 Coordinate children's favors.
 Send out thank you letters to all donors.
 Provide administrative assistance to Executive Director with donor cultivation (based on donors who have donated $1,000 or more) and recognition.
Outreach:
 Build relationships with community leaders and local agencies by sharing the Copley Family YMCA story with the community.
 Coordinate special meetings at the facility at targeted groups, as presented by Supervisor.
 Attend community outreach meetings and fairs.
Planning:
 Assist with the development and implementation of the overall branch operating plan to include branch planning, strategic
planning, special events, and staff development.

You will serve in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Disaster Assistance Division, Public Assistance Branch in Bothell, WA. In this position, you will serve as a program specialist under the direction of the Branch Chief. As delegated, you will direct the implementation of public assistance programs, and provide leadership in and serve as coordinator for various specialty areas and/or in various program areas.
PROMOTION POTENTIAL: Future promotions will be dependent on your ability to perform the duties at a higher level, the continuing need for an employee assigned to the higher level, and administrative approval.
This position is being announced under FEMA's CORE Program (Cadre of on-call Response/Recovery employees). These positions are authorized under P.L. 93-288 to perform temporary disaster work and are funded from the Disaster Relief Fund. Appointments are excepted service, temporary appointments. This is a 2 year temporary appointment in the Excepted Service.
EMERGENCY ASSIGNMENT: FEMA employees are subject to 24 hour on-call in the event of any emergency. This service may require irregular work hours, work at locations other than the official duty station, and may include duties other than those specified in the employee's official position description. Travel requirements in support of emergency operations may be extensive in nature (weeks to months), with little advance notice, and may require employees to relocate to emergency sites that require functioning under intense physical and mental stress.

Specific Duties:
• Manages various public assistance components required for rapid Federal response to Presidentially declared disasters and emergencies, to provide assistance to the affected people, States and local governments. These components included, disaster damage assessment teams, public assistance field offices, and other field offices and operations elements as directed.
• Establish and maintains contact with counterparts in various Federal, State, local and voluntary agencies and organizations participating in the operation in order to coordinate the overall public assistance.
• Carry out assigned tasks relative to floodplain management and wetland protection, environmental assessment, and insurance requirements.
• Analyze assigned projects and programs to ensure legal and technical compliance with the provisions and criteria of the Disaster Relief Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-288).
• Assists in the management of the Public Assistance data management systems.

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position you must possess at least one of the following:
One full year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is described as experience in Public Assistance Programs, as demonstrated by emergency management experience at the Federal, State, local or voluntary agency levels.

EDUCATION
Education obtained in an accredited college or university may be substituted for specialized experience requirements for positions at GS-11. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the work being advertised.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, concepts, and practices of the engineering and construction field and the ability to apply that knowledge to the review and evaluation of projects covering the repair, reconstruction and rehabilitation of public and private nonprofit facilities which were damaged in disaster situations.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of management techniques and skills, as well as other basic administrative and fiscal principles.
3. Knowledge of computer systems as it relates to managing data for public assistance programs.
4. In-depth knowledge of principles and techniques of intergovernmental and interpersonal relations.
