The National Science Foundation is seeking a Supervisory Auditor primarily responsible for the conduct of performance, financial, and compliance audits of entities and institutions receiving NSF funding, as well as oversight of CPA firms contracted to conduct these audits. The Supervisory Auditor may also be responsible for the conduct of performance audits and evaluations of NSF internal operations and activities. Specific duties include:
• Plans, directs, and coordinates a comprehensive audit program
to ensure the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of NSF's

principles and administrative requirements;

conclusions are supportable and the recommendations appropriate;
• Serves as an advisor to NSF key management officials in planning and implementing audits;
• Works with other federal agencies to provide government-wide audit services;
• Represents the Associate IG for Audits in conferences with other
government officials and professional organizations in matters of
mutual concern and interest; and,
• Directly supervises a staff of approximately 5-10 auditors and support personnel, determines position requirements, recommends staffing requirements, makes selections, develops work improvement plans, resolves complaints, identifies training and development needs of staff; prepares performance plans and evaluates performance; rewards employees, and furthers equal employment opportunity in the workplace.

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
All candidates must meet the following basic education requirement:
1. Completed at least 4 years of college, and hold a 4-year or
advanced degree in a field such as business administration, finance,
or public administration, that included or was supplemented by 24
semester hours in accounting. The 24 semester hours may include up
to 6 hours of business law.
OR
2. Have 4 years experience in accounting/auditing or 4 combined
years of experience, higher education, & training to include 1 of
the following: 24 semester hours in accounting/auditing or a
certificate as Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal
Auditor gained by written examination or completed degree
requirements to include substantial, but less than 24 hours,
accounting coursework and worked successfully at the full-working
level in accounting, auditing, or a related field.
In addition to meeting the basic education requirement, to qualify
at GS-15 level, you must have at least one year of specialized
experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service.
Examples of specialized experience include conducting performance
audits, financial statement audits, and/or attestation engagements
in accordance Government Auditing Standards.

This is a Supervisory Management Analyst position located in the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), Office of Audit(OA), Denver, Colorado.
The mission of the OIG is to conduct independent and objective audits, investigations, and other reviews to support NSF in its mission by promoting the economy, efficiency, and effectiveness, and safeguarding the integrity of NSF programs and operations.

Major Duties:

budget estimates. The incumbent is responsible for the timely and accurate
input into the IFCAP and FMS systems. This employee coordinates and reviews
work production of routine and non-routine problems and makes section
personnel familiar with data available through various mediums and data
bases furnished by FMS, PAID, IFCAP and VISTA Management Information
Systems. The incumbent is responsible for the completion of all required
accounting reconciliations and for the correction of any discrepancies
found. The incumbent is the ADPAC Coordinator for Fiscal Service and is
responsible for the monitoring and training of employees regarding the use,

Qualifications:

Must have an FAA Commercial Pilots License � Instrument. Expert knowledge in the technical field of aviation safety and accident prevention and experience in use of DOD, FAA, NTSB, or ICAO documentation is required. At least 1,500 hours of in aircraft flight time (RW preferred). Prior U.S. Military or DOD Aviation Safety Officer experience is desirable. Previous experience in conducting aircraft accident investigations is highly desirable. Experience dealing with safety and environmental laws, rules, and regulations is required. Extensive experience in risk management and mitigation.
BA/BS degree from an accredited College or University in an aviation related field of responsibility is required. 18. Avanti Placements is searching for a Technical Radio Manager, Radio Technician and Studio Manager for deployment to Afghanistan for a Regional Radio Centre ( RRC) broadcast media project.
The Technical Manager will be responsible for the radio team and will perform all technical operations and maintenance pertaining to the Regional Command Center (RCC) broadcasting studio’s software and hardware in order to conduct radio media broadcasting. The Technical Manager shall supervise and provide technical support for each of the RIAB locations in conjunction with the RIAB Technician, field RIAB representative and RIAB operators for the operations and maintenance of the RIAB equipment.
The Technical Manager must have one year of deployed experience in a contingency environment. Experience of the Technical Manager shall include no less than two years previous experience working in or with a live radio or recording production studio. The RIAB Technician shall be based out of the CJTF-101 Headquarters but will be available to travel to RIAB locations for any required operations and maintenance support.

The Studio Manager perform all duties required to execute and manage media production and content broadcasting. The studio manager shall supervise the daily operations of the radio station. Daily operations include transmitting routine news and weather updates to local RIAB stations, conducting recorded studio events and live broadcasting events, monitoring RIAB transmission status, scheduling and producing regional broadcast content which include re-transmission of a national broadcast, archiving of local RIAB operator content and broadcasts, managing shared media and content files and broadcast on-demand breaking news messages. The Studio Manager shall maintain a daily broadcast schedule and provide a copy daily to the RCC as required.
