Finally, you will apply the tenets of Raytheon's principles of Customer Focused Marketing (CFM) to establish and maintain effective customer relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness, and ethical conduct. Some quarterly travel will be required. This position will be out of the Expeditionary Warfare Center (EWC), San Diego, CA.
Do you have the following Basic Qualifications? B.S. / B.A. Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, Contract Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Law.
• 4-6 years of contracts experience with Government contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, ITAR, etc. and/or equivalent government regulations. .
• Prior experience interfacing with customer during all phases of contract performance.
• Knowledge of rate structures and pricing strategies
• Knowledge of intellectual property
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

JOB DUTIES

Ensures the development, implementation and oversight of the Comprehensive Recovery Plan (CRP)/Comprehensive Transition Plan (CTP)
Consults and collaborates with Multidisciplinary Teams (MDT) during initial treatment phase and continuing throughout the continuum of care
Oversees, coordinates, and monitors the medical and non-medical services across the continuum of care as documented in the CRP/CTP
Facilitates an efficient, effective and smooth rehabilitation and transition back to active duty or civilian life as a veteran through coordination with appropriate personnel (Military Service Coordinators/VA Liaisons)
Collects, maintains, and analyzes data for planning and reporting purposes in accordance with governing program guidance

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
All candidates must meet the following basic education requirement:

1. Completed at least 4 years of college, and hold a 4-year or
advanced degree in a field such as business administration, finance,
or public administration, that included or was supplemented by 24
semester hours in accounting. The 24 semester hours may include up
to 6 hours of business law.

OR

2. Have 4 years experience in accounting/auditing or 4 combined
years of experience, higher education, & training to include 1 of
the following: 24 semester hours in accounting/auditing or a
certificate as Certified Public Accountant or a Certified Internal
Auditor gained by written examination or completed degree
requirements to include substantial, but less than 24 hours,
accounting coursework and worked successfully at the full-working
level in accounting, auditing, or a related field.

In addition to meeting the basic education requirement, to qualify
at GS-15 level, you must have at least one year of specialized
experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service.
Examples of specialized experience include conducting performance

The Technical Manager will be responsible for the radio team and will perform all technical operations and maintenance pertaining to the Regional Command Center (RCC) broadcasting studio’s software and hardware in order to conduct radio media broadcasting.
