JOB DESCRIPTION

Assistant Liaison Officer

This position will provide operational and technical expertise as the Assistant to the DTRA LNO. The job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide continuity of support that facilitates the instruction and training of DTRA LNOs assigned to this command
• In the case where no DTRA Government Combatant Command LNO is present, function as the primary Agency representative within the limits prescribed by law.
• Serve as DTRA’s principle advisor/subject matter expert to identified groups within the command
• Review and coordinate COCOM planning efforts, Agency analyses and supporting plan development; integrate planning and operations through the DTRA operations center
• Prepare and present technical and operational reports; assist in identifying key issues and assisting in their resolution
• Prepare briefing materials on program plans, requirements, and progress
• Plan the organization, coordination and support of workshops and review meetings; support DTRA LNO with attendance, documentation, and follow-up of meetings, conferences, and exercises relevant to DTRA’s mission
• Maintain situational awareness of COCOM key activities, personnel, and issues
• Identify and present emerging technologies that are relevant to the COCOM’s and DTRA’s mission
• Facilitate reach back to DTRA subject matter expertise via the DTRC LNO Office and the operations center

Must have superior written and oral communication skills.
Must possess current, active Top Secret security clearance based on a single scope background investigation (SSBI) eligible for SCI.

Analyst will utilize the following media to conduct collection; print, internet (but not JIHADIST websites), radio, television and local populace. Analyst will also conduct interpretation during priority US engagements with Partner Nations. OSINT will be transmitted to JSOTF-TS J2 for final processing and exploitation. Analyst will work within US Embassy environment while in Africa. The analyst may travel with JSOTF-TS tactical units to supply immediate force protection through knowledge of local language and culture.
PRIMARY CAPABILITIES:
• Must speak English and French at 3 level Interagency Language Roundtable Skill Level Descriptions For Interpretation Performance
• Must speak either Hasanya Arabic or Maghrebi Arabic at a 3 level as per Interagency Language Roundtable Skill Level Descriptions For Interpretation Performance

13. Position as Program Manager – Rotary Wing Flight Training Program (FL)

Immediate Vacancy: SPECTRE Training and Evaluation LLC, a UAE owned and operated company, has been awarded a multi-year contract to manage a Rotary Wing Flight Training Program (RWFTP) instructing local personnel at locations in both the United States and the United Arab Emirates. The Company is searching for a qualified Program Manager (PM) to manage all aspects of the RWFTP. The PM will initially be located in Florida, but is expected to make multiple trips between the US and the UAE during the first 16 months, to establish and manage the program in both locations. Afterwards, the PM will permanently relocate to the UAE to continue managing the RWFTP. This is an accompanied position with excellent pay and benefits to include housing, medical, dental, and schooling for children. Potential candidates must possess the following Qualifications and be prepared to assume the Primary Responsibilities listed below:

Qualifications: Preference will be given to a fully trained and qualified flight instructor, both commercial and military (SPECTRE will assist in acquisition of CFI and CFII). Preference will also be given to OIF/OEF Combat Veterans and those with Special Operations experience. PM should have a minimum of 10 - 18 years military service achieving the rank of Senior Commissioned Officer to include a minimum of 5 years flight training experience. He should be a qualified Military Instructor with a minimum of three years experience managing a group of Flight Instructors engaged in the full spectrum of RW flight operations training. He should be service school trained in planning and conducting military training and be experienced with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process. The PM will be able to advise the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the School Commander on all aspects of the Rotary Wing Flight Training Program. He must be medically and physically fit.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage and ensure the success of the project by meeting key performance events, implementing required tasks according to the Program Master Schedule, evaluating the status of the project, and meeting costs and budgets.• Act as the senior corporate representative in all coordination between SPECTRE and the vendor companies providing flight instruction for the Rotary Wing Flight Training Program.
• Direct and supervise all Training and Logistics aspects of the RWFTP and the RW Flight Training vendors.
• Organize, direct, mentor and supervise the Training and Support Staff in the performance of their duties.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.
