Location: Hawaii (island of Oahu)
Description: Will monitor and manage the operation of a 15MW/10MWh Grid-Scale Energy Storage System and perform all required maintenance, periodic as well as corrective, on this and other units in Hawaii. This will include troubleshooting, repair, interfacing with customers as well as employees, creating a PM schedule, keeping meticulous records for written reports and travel to other Hawaiian islands for conducting repairs as needed.Company Type: Power GenerationRequirements: Strong electrical experience. Advanced training in power plant operations & maintenance, and a minimum 5 years hands-on power plant/substation Operations & Maintenance experience with excellent troubleshooting skills. 1-2 years experience supervising others or independent field operations is also required. 2. Position: Field Service Technician
Locations: CA (Paramount, Bakersfield, and Benicia)
Description: Responsible for teardown, repair, new assembly, calibration, and diagnostics of all brands of control valves and instruments. Responsible for associated paperwork, valve diagnostics, digital control technology and the associated instrumentation such as AMS & Delta V, while working in field environment with some home office service as needed. Includes repair, calibration and modification of all makes and models of control valve and associated instrumentation and may include providing field service, inventory management, customer training and focus on building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with product divisions.

For purposes of this task order, the CJIATF-NEXUS All Source Intelligence Analysts are considered key personnel subject to resume review by the COTR to ensure capabilities match the requirements indicated in this PWS. All proposed analysts must demonstrate capability to perform all tasks as indicated.

All CJIATF-NEXUS All-Source Intelligence Analysts shall handle and process up to Top Secret (TS)-Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) operational and intelligence information and possess and maintain an active TS-SCI Security Clearance for the duration of this effort. All analysts are required to work shift-work.
Analysts shall work primarily at the Combined Joint Inter-Agency Task Force-Nexus Kandahar Air Field, Kandahar, Afghanistan and also at alternate locations in the other RC locations/provinces as required and directed by the Commander, CJIATF-NEXUS.
Specific Intelligence Analysts duties to be performed include, but are not limited to:
• Utilize experience in all-source intelligence analysis with an emphasis on the counternarcotics problem set. This analysis will also include knowledge of law enforcement functions and illicit activities (corruption and links to the insurgency.)
• Analysts must have knowledge of the Joint Prioritized Effects List (JPEL) targeting list process including the nomination process.
• Analysts must have knowledge of Southwest Asian narcotics trafficking including drug trafficking personalities and drug trafficking organizations to include major trafficking routes.
o Must also have experience analyzing counter terrorism and illicit activities in the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Must be proficient in the application and understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate intelligence and provide subject matter expertise in direct support of U.S. Central Command requirements supporting a variety of tasks and disciplines.
o Special emphasis is placed on corruption, illicit finance, Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA), and connections to the insurgency, geo-political situations, and their implications to the US mission in Afghanistan. Required to facilitate cross level information flow between adjacent, lower, higher, and supported headquarters.
o Write and produce counter narcotics intelligence summaries, estimates, targeting packets, and visual graphic presentations to convey the current counter narcotics common operating picture derived from multi-discipline intelligence sources.
o Supports lethal and non-lethal operations against insurgents, narco-traffickers, malign influencers within GIRoA and Afghan National Security Force (ANSF) to include JPEL targeting, law enforcements, and key leader engagements.
o Analyze, assess, produce, and disseminate all-source integrated intelligence on corruption, and the links to the insurgency and GIRoA to ensure that US forces and its allies have a decisive edge on the battlefield and in implementing Counter Insurgency (COIN) strategies.
o Write and produce counter corruption intelligence summaries, estimates and visual graphic presentations (i.e. malign influencer mapping) to convey the counter-corruption current situation from fused multi-discipline intelligence sources.
• Analysts are required to work collaboratively with other analysts and agencies involved in the Global War on Terror (GWOT) to ensure the most complete and accurate intelligence picture possible.
o Analysts will work directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse, and interpret intelligence from multiple sources to provide current and finished intelligence for intelligence products.
o Prepares and presents intelligence assessments and briefings to customers. Advises key leadership of intelligence issues and challenges as appropriate.
o Provide analytical support to Commander United States Forces – Afghanistan (COMUSFOR-A), COMISAF, US Ambassador, CENTCOM, Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF), Senior US officials, ISAF CJ2, Intelligence Joint Center (IJC) Information Dominance Center, and RC(S).
o Perform other intelligence tasks as assigned by Commander, CJIATF-Nexus.
• Have geo-political knowledge of Southwest Asia to include cultural and historical knowledge with an emphasis on Afghanistan and Pakistan.
• Coordinate and interact with analysts from service, component, DoD, and national-level intelligence agencies. May represent the organization at working groups, meetings, conferences, and seminars.
• Analysts must have working knowledge and recent (in the last 5 years) demonstrated experience in a variety of intelligence analysis issues and have the ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a team in a dynamic, wartime joint environment.
• Must have a working knowledge of intelligence analysis applications, tools, and systems to include Pathfinder, AMHS/M3, Analyst's Notebook, MS Office (to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.). Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to work rotating shifts.

Experience/Background:
New Century is looking for a well-rounded All-Source Intel Specialist. This individual needs to have HUMINT, SIGINT, Open Source, Terrorism, and Analysis knowledge. Mission is to conduct Analysis in order to provide the DEFMIN and the National Leadership with information needed to achieve national level objectives and implement the National Military Strategy. Perform Collection Management Horizontally and Vertically within the MoD. Conduct Analysis of intelligence information, produce intelligence estimates and reports, and disseminate intelligence products. Conduct liaison with GIRoA intelligence and security agencies and Coalition Forces.

This individual will be part of a multi-instructor workforce providing instruction, coaching and mentoring in their functional area. Superior writing, computing and communications skills required and be experience in program or project management; office automation programs, such as MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word.

Experience in working with Middle Eastern or Asian cultures is desired. Former military experience either serving, or working with the military required. FAO experience in Russia, Serb-Croatia, Middle-East and EasternEurope preferable. SAMS or PGIP graduate preferred.

Must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. D. Maintain, review and update the weapons safety program, safety bulletin board, weapons SOP�s, weapons checklists, related publications and technical library every month.
E. Understand maintenance data forms and historical records and they are accurate and complete.
F. Perform bore sight and harmonization checks to ensure proper alignment of gun barrels.
G. Troubleshoot weapons systems as situations dictate.
H. Inventory of all weapons assigned to the site at the beginning of each rotation.
I. Ensures proper storage and accountability of all weapons on site and complete a weapon transfer hand receipt for in-transit weapons.
J. Ensure the proper storage, handling and inventory of all ammunition on site.
K. Reports and maintain a daily accurate account and usage of ammunition.
L. Maintains an accurate account of rounds fired and used per weapon on hand.
M. Ensures load of ammunition requirements on hand support the mission.

Experience/Background:
New Century is looking for a GEOINT professional. This person will be responsible to meet the training requirements for processing, exploitation and dissemination (PED) of imagery based and full-motion video products. Trainer will assist in the training of the Afghan National Army GEOINT staff to include the supervision, and evaluation in the development of the staff and cadre to meet an increased student throughput. Trainers establish, implement, and deliver comprehensive and functional POIs and lesson plans in each of the identified core tasks.

Formulates and defines system scope and objectives, develops or modifies processes to solve complex problems for computer systems and business and electronic interfaces to achieve desired results through the use of innovative technologies. Develops and applies advanced engineering and design methods, theories and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced system requirements, hardware/software interfaces and applications and solutions. .
