1. Engineering Manager, Sustaining products - Elyria, OH
You will be accountable for the overall technical direction and success of Sustaining and R&O engineering investigations, corrective actions and process / product improvements. Develop, maintain and manage goals and metrics needed to achieve a proactive understanding of product reliability, quality and performance, initiating required investigations and product improvement programs necessary. Facilitate achievement of overall objectives through effective leadership of Sustaining Engineering, Product Support Engineering, and cross-functional team personnel. Engineering Responsibilities
• Assume complete technical engineering leadership for all group assignments and work in unison with representatives of Operations, Product Support/Field Service, Business and Engineering to plan and effectively exe­cute pro­grams.
• Provide engineering oversight and approval for investigations, product improvements, MRB activity, etc, ensuring that all activities are complete, accurate, and meet requirements. Responsibilities include the following categories:

General Job Description:
Telum is pursing a contract and seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) that conduct New Equipment Training (NET) for Operator Level and Field Level Maintenance (OPNET and FLMNET) and the Operator and Field Level Maintenance Delta (OPNET DELTA and FLMNET DELTA) as well as Field Level Maintenance (FLM) services directly related to MRAP vehicles at various continental United States (CONUS) and non-southwest Asia outside continental United States (non-SWA OCONUS).
The PM manages all programmatic requirements including; directing all phases of MTT training programs from inception through completion. The PM develops schedules milestones and processes to meet requirements for MTTs in locations worldwide. The PM develops MTT composition and capabilities to meet the full range of training requirements associated with MRAP training requirements, manages programmatic budgetary considerations for administration of the program. The PM develops, manages and reports on all program related logistics support requirements to support MTTs in CONUS and non-SWA OCONUS locations.
The PM for MRAP MTTs is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. The PM is responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the Telum MRAP MTT program. The PM contributes to negotiation of contract and contract changes. The PM works with, and manages the involvement of, subcontractors to ensure work-share requirements are met and sustained in accordance with subcontracting agreements. The PM coordinates the preparation of personnel assignments for a time & materials contract. The PM manages proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of the contract. The PM acts as primary point of contact with the government for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. The PM establishes training design concepts, criteria and measures of effectiveness for training development, integration and assessment. The PM establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the MRAP MTT program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.Position Requirements: • Prior NET and MTT management experience that includes a demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams traveling to multiple locations.

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level you must possess at least one of the following:
FOR GS-11: Applicants must meet at least ONE of the qualification requirements described under A, B, or C below:
[A.] To qualify at the GS-11 level, you must possess one (1) year of specialized experience that equipped you with the skills needed to perform the job duties. This experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level in the Federal service or private sector that involved knowledge of the operational concept of the National Response Framework (NRF) relating to emergency operations procedures and emergency notifications.. [B.] Three full years (54 semester hours or 81 quarter hours) of progressively higher level graduate education, or possess a Ph.D., LL.M., or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited college or university, or has been evaluated by an Accreditation Association responsible for evaluating foreign education. Degrees in the following fields are preferred: emergency management, crisis management and/or homeland security. OR

BENEFITS:
These positions are temporary and intermittent and you would only work during disaster declarations when there is a need. You will be paid only during times of deployment. You will be paid sick leave based on every 20 hrs in a pay status you will earn one hour, up to four hours each pay period. There are no other benefits associated with a Disaster Assistance Employee position.

As the programs S-61 standardization representative, must possess a complete understanding of the ATP. Additionally must be able to objectively train, evaluate, and document the performance of crewmembers, and develop individual flight training plans in support of the organization�s mission and ATP. Serves as a member of the organization Standardization Committee, and as such must be able to provide guidance to all S-61 crewmembers as well as recommendations for improvement and modification to the existing ATP to ensure compliance with current and future mission requirements. Responsible for standardization administrative duties, i.e. flight records, AWIS, publications and references. Monitors flight instruction, to include standardization of transitions, annual proficiency reviews, and flight evaluations. Conducts academic and hands-on performance training and administers evaluations to ensure crewmember proficiency and standardization of training in addition to maintaining IATF's and completing required AWIS entries. Performs operational checks, routine maintenance, and maintenance test flights to ensure the airworthiness of the fleet. Applicant will be required to maintain NVG currency and Instrument proficiency. Potential for exposure to hostile fire at OCONUS sites is high.

The CM will have the overall responsibility for all contract deliverables, contract compliance, and the direct supervision of all Inter-Con officers under this contract with the authority to act on behalf of Inter-Con. The CM ensures the contract is operating according to contract requirements. The CM will oversee all management, supervision, manpower, training, equipment, supplies, licenses, permits, certificates, insurance, pre-employment screenings, reports, and files necessary to accomplish large-scale security guard services required and outlined in the contract.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen. A Lawful Permanent Resident who is currently a member of the U.S. armed services (Reserves or National Guard) or who possess an Honorable Discharge from a U.S. Military component may be approved

Job Duties:
Under general supervision. Performs FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System) engineering investigations, root cause analysis, and makes recommendations for design improvements based on findings.
