Principle Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Monitors the tool control program, coordinates, monitors, and schedules the maintenance of aircraft and related equipment at the main base and forward operating locations.
2. Coordinates with contractor and Guatemalan military representatives.
3. Implements and monitors quality control procedures, enforces company directives and procedures, develops procedures for the timely and accurate reporting of corrective maintenance actions.
4. Functionally responsible to the site mission support manager and the Patrick Support Division (PSD) maintenance manager for aircraft maintenance related issues, policies, and procedures
5. Provide instruction to host nation technicians. Supervise and oversee maintenance of aircraft, aircraft components, test equipment, GSE, and fuel servicing equipment.
6. Perform maintenance and quality control tasks as required for maintenance of aircraft, components, GSE, test equipment, etc.
7. Oversee the technical training, counseling, certification, and documentation and performance appraisals of host nation technician�s lAW PSD policy.
8. Ensure compliance with aircraft record keeping procedures lAW PSD procedures.
9. Enforce �by-the-book' maintenance and safety procedures.

Primary Purpose: The incumbent performs duties performs duties pertaining to the objectives of the NFIP, that focus on providing assistance to communities to prevent unwise use of flood prone land to avoid or reduce furture damage to structures, specific flood plain management requirements, mapping, and the provisions of flood insurance.
Specific Duties:
1. Evaluates the community floodplain management program efforts by the branch, providing direction, program development and evaluation of activities. Verifies compliance with NFIP regulations by site visits, surveying the flood hazard areas of the community and reviewing community records, implementation, variances and enforcement procedures. The incumbent will frequently become the lead technical advisor for the more complex compliance cases that may have been initiated by other program specialists.
2. Provides detailed information to a diverse audience, such as local and state officials, other federal agencies, engineers, lenders, attorneys, insurance agents, appraisers, environmentalists, congressional staff, and news reporters and other interested groups on the purpose and regulations of the NFIP, through conducting or participating in workshops, seminars, public meetings and speeches.
3. Frequently required to draw on an authoritative technical knowledge of the NFIP and excellent communications skills to represent the Region in complex and highly controversial public settings. Provides technical assistance and advisory solutions on NFIP related problems through letters, telephone calls and site visits to respond to federal, state and local officials, realtors, lenders, insurance agents, developers, community groups and individual property owners.
4. Coordinates the complete community conversion process including scheduling, gathering background information and conducting, as assigned, the community coordination meetings with local government officials to explain the results of flood insurance studies, restudies, and new or revised Flood Insurance Rate Maps.
5. Assists selected communities to assess and delineate potential flood hazards for inclusion in new or revised flood studies and maps. This is accomplished through site visits, analysis of current and projected developmental trends, and community population growth projections. This requires a basic understanding of floodplain mapping, land-use planning, developmental patterns and economic stimulus.
6. May serve as Floodplain Management and Insurance Branch Chief in the absence of the Branch Chief. The incumbent also assists in the performance evaluation of the Branch Chief.
7. The incumbent assists the Branch Chief by coordinating the internal controls and risk assessments of all FIA activities to assure the programmatic fiscal and management integrity. Incumbent maintains communications with other Federal, agencies involved in floodplain management activities. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Associate of Arts Degree in Social Work or related field. 4 years experience in the fields of employment, job training, or related social services in social service agency.

Duties: Receive daily shipments of merchandise and materials delivered from the Chino Distribution Center. Receive and monitor all the daily Direct Freight and High Value merchandise arriving. Maintain the organization of the warehouse which includes merchandise and fixtures. Collecting and processing Chargeback and attain RA’s from Vendors. Provide work direction to warehouse workers of lower grades. Ship/Receive transfers from outlying stores or storage locations. Support retail and other operation departments of requests and needs. Conduct periodic inventory of merchandise/supplies along with ordering and delivering goods to outlying stores. Operate a forklift. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Warehouse, merchandising and receiving experience preferred. Position Description
Graduate of the USAIS Sniper Course, (ASI-B4)
Served as a Sniper at Battalion level for at least 2 years and planned, prepared, and executed sniper ranges & training IAW DA PAM 350-38.
Preferred graduate of a recognized survival course (i.e.; Special Forces, Air Force, Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape Course, or Malaysian Survival Course)
Must have a current U.S. Passport, or be able to attain one upon hiring.
Must possess minimum communication skills equivalent to a 12th grade education level (oral and written)
Graduate of BNCOC (minimum).
Prior US Army Instructor with the “8” ASI identifier who has had experience in creating and updating lesson plans, Programs of Instruction (POIs), and Training Support Plans (TSPs).
Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time

40. Job Title: 14S Air and Missile Defense Crewmember (Ft Sill, OK)

Job Summary:
The 14S Air and Missile Defense Crewmember shall teach Advanced Individual Training (AIT) and train students that need Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 14S training. This position requires personnel with the skills and knowledge to teach Soldiers on the Air and Missile Defense Avenger Weapon System. The 14S Air and Missile Defense Crewmember shall be trained to the current military standard to attain accreditation of unit related personnel. Place of performance for contractors will be the 6th Brigade training area with the 2-6 Battalion, Fort Sill, OK. This is their place of duty, 80% classroom, and 20% outside conducting practical exercises and in a field environment conducting tracking practice and Warrior Tasks and Battle Drills (WTBDs). The 14S Air and Missile Defense Crewmember shall provide instruction to U.S. Officers and enlisted personnel.
Qualification Requirements:
• Has system knowledge regarding to characteristics and capabilities of the Avenger Weapon System
• Shall conduct training on subject areas covering all the components of the Avenger Weapon System, which includes: Communications equipment, Slew To Cue (STC), Command and Control C2 systems and associated test equipment. Also includes training on environment control unit (s), prime power unit (s) and M3P machine gun
• Shall provide related training which will consist of missile reload, principle of operation, preventive maintenance checks and services at the operator level for the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheel Vehicle (HMMWV) and Avenger Turret
• Shall provide instruction on the operation, capabilities, characteristic, tactics, techniques, procedures (TTP) and functions of the system and subsystems of both the A1 and A2 Avenger system to include the M3P machine gun
• Shall review, analyze and provide recommended technical changes to the AMD crewmember POI, TSPs, examination packets and student handouts
• Shall instruct students in Avenger Air Defense System, Power up, initialization, maintenance, troubleshooting, and power down procedures on the A1 and A2 systems
• Shall instruct students in Avenger A1 and A2 operations, system initialization, maintenance, troubleshooting, TTPs for the Avenger, HMMWV, turret and communications subsystems
Education and/or Experience:
• Associates Degree or related experience, four or more relative years of experience in the 14S MOS
• Must be prior service or have performed within the capacity as a 14S
• All Contractor employees shall submit proof of completion within 30 days of being hired for the following courses: Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC); Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC)
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government clearance at the level of “SECRET”
