• The JFO instructors/operators must remain current with regard to knowledge required to maintain proficiency in JTAC and JFO procedures which requires continual self-education on emerging technological advances in JTAC equipment, aircraft, aircraft weapon systems, munitions, and means of guidance/delivery. • Academic and training instructors must possess fundamentals on being an instructor. A minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience as an instructor and in instructional design is required.• A minimum of two Instructors for each schoolhouse shall have Curriculum Developers Course (CDC) completion or equivalent within five (5) years prior to award or satisfactorily complete the course within four (4) months of contract award date.• Each platform instructor must have Formal School Instructor Course completion or equivalent. • Each fire support instructor shall have a minimum of one (1) year of operational experience in a fire support billet and complete JFO certification within sixty (60) days of contract award date.• Each JTAC/Forward Air Controller (FAC) instructor shall have a minimum of (1) year operational experience as a
JTAC, FAC, or FAC(A) and complete JFO COI within sixty (60) days of contract award date. JTAC currency must be
maintained in accordance with the JTAC MOA and the TACP T&R Manual. Arrangements must be made for JTAC (E)
OR JTAC (I) certification with the closest EWTG. Due to anticipated shortages of sorties, simulation is authorized for
the currency requirement only, not the initial certification.
• The contractor shall have the ability to design and develop training courses or course materials, and plan and
conduct training program evaluations.

Individual should have experience using Falcon View or its equivalent. Individual must show documented completion of a manufacturer�s course of instruction, military flight training or a DoS program of instruction in UH-1 series helicopters. UH-1 series Instructor Pilot experience is desired. The Human Resources Generalist will provide the following core functions to Siverback7:
§ Supervise, mentor and train HR Assistant.
§ Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries with regards to company benefits, payroll and employee relations issues.
§ Advise senior leadership on all legal and ethical standards that pertain to human resources and the maintenance of company insurance policies.
§ Maintain compliance with regards to New Hire Reporting, I-9 verification, COBRA, FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA, ERISA and OSHA regulations.
§ Submit the Payroll Change Report (ie; salary changes, benefit deductions) on a semi-monthly basis to the company’s accounting firm to facilitate the payroll process.
§ Oversee domestic (CONUS) and international (OCONUS) payroll operations and management in conjunction with accounting firm.
Manually process all benefit applications in accordance with insurance carrier enrollment guidelines; explain benefits to employees and serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers. Reconcile billing for all corporate insurance and employee benefit carriers.
§ Collaborate with PM’s to create (and maintain) all offer letter templates in alignment with each specific contract, to include, country specific benefits and employment practices.
Design new hire portfolios and conduct all new employee orientations on-site and telephonically.Manage terminations by conducting Exit Interviews, process off-boarding documentation, to include, COBRA Continuation Notification letter, Benefit Continuation letter and benefit conversion forms. § Educate and mentor company leadership on all employee relations and the employee corrective action process, to include, progressive discipline, performance improvement plans and terminations for failure to adhere to such plans.
§ Maintain ongoing assessment of company Affirmative Action Plan to ensure state and federal compliance, update plan and management accordingly.
§ Perform traditional HR functions to include maintaining employee records, employee on-boarding and orientation, off-boarding and exit interviews, compliance with employment laws and regulations, internal recruitment, new hire benefits and annual open-enrollment, payroll and employee relations.
§ Conduct annual benefits insurance review, complete with a cost-benefit analysis based on industry standards. Advise on new benefit programs to support to support growing company.
To be considered for the Human Resources Generalist position, the following qualifications must be met:
§ 4-6 years progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
§ High degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality

The Police Advisor shall have a minimum of one year of recent and direct experience in training foreign LE forces (e.g., in Iraq or Afghanistan), working with Afghan National level police agencies and a demonstrated understanding of US inter-agency and ISAF operations and procedures, particularly as they apply to law enforcement training of the Afghan National Security Forces. AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a former or retired military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Instructor to conduct advanced EOD training for the Bosnia Herzegovina (BiH) EOD Company. Target audience for the training is non-EOD qualified personnel assigned to the BiH EOD Company.
This a 6 month assignment located in Sarajevo, Bosnia.
The mission of the EOD Team is to supervise the training of non-EOD qualified personnel, to establish sustainment training, assist unit leadership with roles and missions, advise on logistical processes and provide advanced training for selected members of the EOD Company. This training team is being provided as part of a Security Assistance Training Program that directly supports US Foreign Policy and the execution of Department of Defense Security Cooperation Plans and Programs. There is no requirement/authorization to carry firearms.
Position Requirements:
10 years experience as a military explosive ordnance technician
Graduate of US Navy EOD School
Master EOD Badge
Served as Team Leader in EOD Operations in either OIF or OEF
Capable of passing Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) for age category
Bachelors of Science degree in an appropriate discipline or sufficient vocational / military school training and certifications.
Medical physical exam within the last 12-months with no chronic conditions that would prevent performance of duties
Ability to present proof of recent negative HIV test
Must possess a current US Tourist Passport (Passport must not expire within 12-months of being hired)

Duties and responsibilities will include the following tasks:
Ø On-site operator-level maintenance and configuration of primary automated data processing equipment, audio/video and communications
Ø Perform preventive maintenance checks and services and unit level maintenance on all radio, IT and communications systems equipment
Ø Perform user-level maintenance on support equipment such as the onboard generators, heating, cooling, ventilation and air conditioning system, water and plumbing system, hydraulic stabilizer system
Ø Coordinate and assist with the day-to-day MCV activities

Ø Prepare, review, and consolidate technical and administrative reports and requests. Maintains files and records. Consults with local customer to prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures. Interpret written instructions and specifications; plan and lay out work; interpret and apply parts list, manufacturer's repair manuals, technical manuals, and diagrams where dimensions and symbols are shown and abbreviations are explained.
Ø Each Technician will support MCV deployment for exercise and real world operations by driving the MCV to various locations, setting up and maintaining the equipment for official use
Ø Perform unit level maintenance on vehicle mounted telecom equipment.
Ø Operate automated message switches and strategic telecommunications centers using system command consoles, radios, computer terminals, processors, magnetic tape units, disk packs, tape readers, digital recording equipment, visual display units, facsimile, and other associated FPS devices.
Ø Prepare maintenance and supply requests for unit level support. The COLTS system our personnel will utilize on this program will allow us to automate this process. 100% of critical pieces of inventory are maintained in a constant state of readiness.
Ø Maintain a complete inventory (logs, checklists, records, documents, equipment, etc.) and maintenance schedule for management of the vehicle and on-board equipment. Documentation and reports shall be provided as required to the M/CO/COTR.
Ø Inspect all equipment for faults and completeness. Test equipment to determine operational condition. Troubleshoot to determine location and extent of equipment faults. Makes minor repairs to equipment by adjusting, aligning, repairing, or replacing defective components. Test repaired items to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Advise and makes recommendations concerning equipment repair and status to GSA points of contact. Techs will perform preventive maintenance checks and services on tools, test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment, vehicles, and power generators. Prepares appropriate maintenance forms and records.
Ø Maintenance/calibration logs will be kept for all applicable items. Any Discrepancies will be noted and steps to correct the discrepancies shall be identified. Record all regularly scheduled maintenance within 24 hours of completion.
Ø Provide monthly reports consolidated by our Program Manager to the PM/COTR that will list inventory on-hand, including identifying physical locations within or outside the MCV storage facility and identifies expendable equipment/material shelf-life dates, including projecting expiration dates.
Ø Additionally, each Technician
§ will provide training to designated customer operations and maintenance Personnel as required.
§ will provide technical assistance and training for user owned and operated automation and communications equipment.
Ø Technicians will ensure that security breaches, damage to government property and similar occurrences are reported to the COTR in a timely fashion, generally within two (2) hours during business hours. Emergency notifications will be made to the appropriate FPS Mega Center during non-business hours, with follow-up notification to the PM/COTR within two (2) hours of the beginning of the next business hour period.

We are currently seeking an Environmental Scientist to join our qualified team.
As a member of the Environmental Engineering/Scientist staff, the environmental scientist is responsible for independently authoring Programmatic Environment, Safety and Occupational health Evaluations (PESHE) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation as an Environment Safety and Occupational health (ESOH) subject matter expert. Independently applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapon subsystems or systems. Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation. Interfaces with system or program contractors, vendors, and government representatives regarding the technical aspects of engineering programs/projects.
Education
Required - Bachelors degree in an engineering, chemistry, biology or equivalent science. Each advanced technical degree may be substituted for a year of experience. Knowledge of environmental compliance policy of the DOD & DON as an Environment, Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) Subject Matter Expert.
Minimum - 4 years performing the foregoing functions

The Business Manager must be a self-starter and operateself-directed. The successful candidate must provide proven experience in leadershipand guidance across the enterprise and will be responsible for program growthand new business opportunities. The Business Manager must have governmentcontract experience with hands-on knowledge of and experience with FederalAcquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS), and governmentCost Accounting Standards (CAS). The Business Manager must have demonstratedexperience in the bid and proposal process with hands-on experience inresponding to government solicitations.
The Business Manager must manage profit/loss; financials and avariety of small to medium sized programs in the areas of contract, schedule,technical, and cost compliance. The Business Manager must be an excellentcommunicator (verbal, written, presentation) in both technical as well asbusiness development terminology. The Business Manager must be the main pointof customer contact; drive customer satisfaction, and provide open and frequentcommunication.
The ideal Business Manager will be someone who has experience andrelationships within the DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC). The Business Manager should have provenexperience in navigating the complex organizational and political environment the DoDand the IC, as well as the technical expertise and interpersonal skills to addressthe needs of these clients.
Specifically seeking people comfortable with strategic planning,opportunity generation and qualification, and the efforts required to leadformal or informal teams toward complex defense contracts. A strongindicator of experience along these lines will be a record in contract pursuitsand role within the pursuing team (e.g. PM, tech lead, business developer,capture manager, proposal manager-with preference toward the business developerand capture manager roles).
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage allbusiness, human resources, administrative and financial matters relative to theassigned program or contract.
Responsiblefor oversight of all aspects of employee administration, to include employment,EEO/AAP/ADA, compensation and benefits, training programs, negotiation andadministration of collective bargaining agreements (if applicable), and relatedadministration matters in compliance with contractual requirements andestablished company policies.
Leverageexisting contracts to expand business within the DOD & Intelligence targetmarket.
Establishnew business relationship in the Cyber Security & Intelligence governmentareas.
Establishnew business relationship with current offerings in the non-governmentcommercial markets.
Ensurebalanced understanding of customer budget and priorities, environment,missions, opportunities, programs, technology solutions and competitiveenvironment and dynamics.
Draw onprevious and existing customer relationships to develop growth opportunities indesignated markets.
Manage andcoordinate with the Corporate HQ and Government the financial, contract, humanresources, administrative, and other specifically assigned duties under theProject Manager.
Reportstatus of financial affairs at the Financial (external) and Managerial(internal) and Project specific (customer) levels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business orrelated field. MBA in Finance or Accounting is desirable.
SECURITY: TS/SCI
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7-10 years managementexperience and at least 5 years of business development experience in thecyber-security/intelligence environment.
