To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level you must possess the following:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
If applicable, candidates should attach the latest report of Separation from Active Duty (DD 214) to establish honorable discharge from military service. If appropriate documentation is not received by the closing date, preference will not be granted. Applicants who are on active military duty will not have a DD 214. Prior to appointment, we will verify your eligibility for veterans preference and that your military service was honorable.
To be entitled to preference, a veteran must meet the eligibility requirements in section 2108 of title 5, United States Code. This means that:
