Provide flight medical support for the U.S. Department of State (DoS), Bureau for Diplomatic Security (DS), under oversight from the Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A) in the Republic of Iraq.

Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provides health care services to patients under the direction and responsibility of a Physician Assistant, Physician, or Nurse Practitioner.
2. Provides medical support as a flight medic during aero medical evacuations.
3. Examines patients, performs physical exams, and compiles medical data, including health history.
4. Performs therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, management of infection, EKGs, etc.
5. Renders direct patient care, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of health problems, health promotion, and preventative care.
6. Applies scientific knowledge to human treatment responses to actual or potential health problems.
7. Documents and maintains patient records of services.
8. Participates in employee training and orientation programs.
9. Plans and prepares for aero medical evacuation missions.
10. Coordinates with operational mission planners for the safe evacuation of the patients from the originating mission to the destination facility.

Have an in-depth knowledge of Security and life-saving Medical procedures. Have a working knowledge of FOL sanitary requirements to maintain a healthy working environment. Have knowledge of body recovery procedures. Have knowledge of advanced cardiology, to include operation of Defibrillator equipment, accurate reading and diagnosis of cardiac strips, and ACLS algorithms with appropriate drug treatment protocol. Be knowledgeable of Advanced Trauma Care, to include immediate assessment and treatment of ANY traumatic life threatening injury, advanced airway management (Intubations, Surgical Cricothyrotomy), advanced invasive procedures (Needle Decompression, Chest Tube Thoracotomy), advanced Circulatory support (Venous access through cut down procedures, blood typing and cross match, blood transfusion protocols). Have knowledge of Advanced Diagnosis and Treatment of illnesses to include, but not limited to, the following systems cardiac, pulmonary, dermatology, musculoskeletal, neurological, endocrine, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary. Be knowledgeable of wound repair, to include anesthesia, nerve blocks, and suturing with proper aseptic technique. Have knowledge of general sick call procedures. Principal Accountabilities
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Transportation of Cargo and Passengers to include other missions (Command and Control, Movement of Quick Reaction Forces and other Security Forces, Armed Escort) as directed by the Senior Aviation Advisor. These missions are accomplished during the day, night, night vision goggles and under both visual and instrument meteorological conditions. Instrument proficiency is required. The employee must be prepared for assignment to a remote area, under austere living and working conditions. The employee may be assigned duties as Lead Pilot, and if qualified Standardization Pilot, Instructor Pilot, Maintenance Pilot, Maintenance Evaluator, Pilot in Command, or other additional duties related to flight operations as required. Assignment will be made in the designated Chief of Mission facilities in Iraq. Potential for exposure to hostile fire in this region is high. IP/SP - Conducts academic and hands-on performance training and administers evaluations to ensure pilot proficiency and standardization of training in addition to maintaining IATF's and completing required AWIS entries. MP/ME - Performs operational checks, routine maintenance, and maintenance test flights to ensure the airworthiness of the fleet.

The successful candidate will manage a variety of small to medium sized programs in the areas of technical, contract, schedule, and cost compliance. Silverback7, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Senior Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Systems Requirements Analyst to begin immediately as a Full-Time employee in Tampa, FL.

The CI/HUMINT Systems Requirements Analyst will:
- Be responsible for CI/HUMINT Systems Requirements development and program management responsibilities and issues supporting the CENTCOM AOR
- Work directly with customers and team members to research, evaluate, analyze, fuse and interpret operational systems requirements focused on identifying applications improvements and information systems capable of automating CI/HUMINT processes
- Address reporting tools, research database search engines, Military Source Operations and HUMINT Collection Management applications to assist CI and HUMINT collectors to generate field operations
- Prepare and present intelligence assessments and briefings to customers

Required qualifications to be considered for the Senior CI/HUMINT Systems Requirements Analyst position:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR 20 years of relevant experience
- A working knowledge and recent demonstrated experience in CI and/or HUMINT related automated systems
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to frequently interact with outside customers and functional peer groups
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Working knowledge of intelligence analysis applications, tools, and systems to include: Microsoft Office (to include Visio and Form Flow), Microsoft Share Point, IDSRS, DSOMS, HOT-R, CIDNE, PORTICO, POM, TAC/TRIPWIRE, WEB-TAS, and DCGS

Desired qualifications for the Senior CI/HUMINT Systems Requirements Analyst position:
- Expertise in information dissemination, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Biometrics Collection and Analysis Tools
- Direct, working knowledge of the functional aspects of CI and/or HUMINT systems, versed in current Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF), Joint Capabilities Integrations and Development System (JCIDS), and industry standards
- Ability to capture the business processes and functional requirements of CI/HUMINT operations in order to assist the development of Concept of Operations, provide Initial Capabilities Documents, and create Operational and System Overviews for CI/HUMINT Systems utilized by collectors, reports officers, theater source managers, interrogators, investigators, collection managers and analysts.
