The All-Source Requirements Collection Specialist works in the ISAF/USFOR-A and IJC CJ2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division (ISR-D). The All-Source Requirements Collection Manager shall give presentations and briefings when required. The contractor shall travel (ground/air), as required, throughout the CJOA-A, in order to accomplish directed support activities. Requirements:
• Position requires former MOS 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 180A or service equivalent, or DoD civilian/joint service equivalent.
• Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, Microsoft Office products and Intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and tasking. Knowledge and familiarity of national systems such as M3 and experience with
• Intelligence Community systems, mission applications, and communications capabilities within INTELINK, JWICS, and SIPRNET.

The BD Systems Integrator serves as the expert with database design, administration and reporting tasks with an emphasis on SQL Server as well as Functional Systems Administrator and Systems Integrator. This position maintains redevelops and re-platforms various legacy applications databases on SQL and embeds new or rewritten applications into respective environments. Also coordinates database administration work with the existing application support team where applicable.

The BD Systems Integrator conducts, but is not limited to, the following job duties:
• Administers, maintains, redevelops, and re-platforms existing databases currently using Oracle versions 10g and earlier and Microsoft SQL 2005/2008

Duties and Responsibilities: The principal duties of an Equipment Operator consist of operating and assisting in the maintenance of all equipment associated with coal handling operations, barge loading/unloading operations, limestone and gypsum handling operations, ash re-burn operations and various other yard activities as needed. This will include operating locomotives, railcar positioners and car dumpers; rail and electrical switching; indoor and outdoor stacker and reclaiming facilities; coal samplers; coal conveyor systems; and operation of bulldozers, front end loaders, tractors, other heavy equipment and plant service vehicles. The Equipment Operator will move and compact coal on the outdoor storage piles and reclaim coal as needed, operate baghouse systems, coal transfer systems, fugitive dust control systems, fire protection systems, plant water treatment systems, vacuum trucks, back hoes, skid loaders, and any other miscellaneous mobile plant equipment.
Equipment Operators perform periodic maintenance inspections and assist maintenance personnel with equipment and routine repairs. This may include the changing of air, fuel, water and lube oil filters; packing equipment; valve replacement; lubricating and greasing equipment; proper disposal of drain oil; and replacing belts, etc.
Equipment Operators are expected to assist in keeping the grounds in good repair. This may include painting, sweeping, janitorial work, cleaning, shoveling coal spills, filling and grading yard areas, removing ice and snow, trimming shrubs, and mowing grass.
The Equipment Operator will isolate equipment, perform electrical switching and participate in the administration of the Protective Tag Procedure. The Equipment Operator will troubleshoot, correct malfunctions, and assist in the maintenance of equipment, including conveyor systems, pumps, valves, fans, air compressors, drive components and water systems.
Equipment Operators must be capable of wearing respiratory protection.

To qualify for this position at the GS-14 level you must possess at least one of the following:
GS-0301-14: at least one year of specialized experience in regional and state planning and development of national preparedness guidance and National Hurricane Program methodologies.
Time-in-Grade Requirements: Status applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade in the Federal service. To be creditable, one (1) year at the GS-13 level for the GS-14.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Communication training (Four Weeks)
Trainers will instruct selected FARDC students in basic radio communication procedures on an off the shelf unsecure Radio communication system (type TBD).
Medical training (Eight Weeks)
Trainers provide training for company medics and battalion Physician’s Assistant.
Training is in addition to modules provided under other elements of this Scope of work. All designated medical personnel should be trained to a Tactical Combat Casualty Care standard, in accordance with FM 4-25.11. Additional instruction is to be provided for the establishment and the day-to-day operation of a battalion aid station and field aid station.
Weapons training (Eight Weeks)
Trainers provide instruction on the 7.62mm machine gun (type TBD). Training includes the care, maintenance, and use of machine guns.
Validation exercise (Ten Day exercise)
Trainers will oversee the local deployment of the entire battalion to a local training area (actual location TBD). This exercise will be to test the full range of the battalion’s capabilities. International, USAFRICOM, and SOCAF will be present.
Logistics, maintenance, mess operations, and small boat operators training should be integrated into as much of the training as possible for the appropriate personnel.

The Maintenance Logistics Analyst III will identify potential problems and develop sound, well-reasoned recommendations to minimize the impact on FORSCOM readiness and the transition to a new force structure under the auspices of Army Force Regeneration (ARFORGEN). Will participate in meeting, teleconferences, and other events pertaining to supply, AAA audits, RFI, CCA requests, and other related topics. The analyst will perform other duties as assigned in support of the Government’s mission. A SECRET security clearance is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain high level of knowledge of FORSCOM’s supply operations, supply policies, and the Army’s transformation concept.
Maintain high level of expertise with all FORSCOM supply programs.
Prepare analyses of FORSCOM’s supply procedures and recommend as appropriate possible operational improvements; maintain a high level of supply-related operations and how it affects FORSCOM Soldiers and units.

Logistics Analyst III (Financial/Resource Manager) supports Army Reserve Command Funds

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use automated financial systems such as STANFINS and Funds Control Module (FCM).
Review and research of financial data in FCM and STANFINS to identify financial transaction errors.
Prepare reports using Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP) and Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) data.
Research and correct inter-fund bills processed erroneously against the United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) funds.
Provide “status of funds” reports as required by the government.
Conduct periodic review of SARSS parameters as pertains to the compliance to regulatory and USARC mission priorities. Provide information and decision points for primary staff in understanding the import of these parameter settings.
Review pending System Change Packages for corrections to systemic problems, new settings and or functionality.
Run standard preformatted reports in LIW and provide an analysis of these reports.
Write and execute an SQL queries to obtain a specific element of LIW data rather than expending time and assets on running and reviewing large ‘canned’ reports.
Perform database management functions at a “MACOM USER" control level for the SARSS Gateway. Insure data integrity and correct data errors. Must understand UNIX editor, Informix Structured Query Language (ISQL), format and data contained in the SARSS Gateway Tables to develop ISQL reports.
Build data tables for customers, maintain this data, monitor the system for correct of processing, delete inactive customers, and identify and correct processing errors.
Provide guidance to incorporate Army catalog data, processing of supply transactions, and posting of supply and financial transactional data.
Use knowledge of Army Materiel Command supply and finance systems, SDS/AMCIS and SOMARDS Financial System. Monitor emerging system and changes such as Exchange Pricing, Funds Control, GCSS-Army, and the effect of LMP on the supply system.
Use Microsoft Office Products to produce required reports.
Coordinates with the financial section for logistics actions impacting the division and the USARC logistics and financial divisions.
Any and all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Experience with ARSIDS, STANFINS, LIW, ISQL and SARSS
A Bachelor degree with 6+ years relevant experience, or Associates degree with 8+ years relevant experience or high school degree with 15+ years relevant experience in logistics management.

Skills: Provide doctrine writing, analytical, technical, training analysis services as subject matter experts (SMEs) to the DCIED Attack the Network (AtN) efforts to enhance the survivability, reduce the vulnerability and improve the mission effectiveness of units in Army and Joint forces.

Education Required: A Master's Degree in a related discipline is required.
Work Experience Required: Work experience includes 10 years' experience in military operations, doctrine, concepts, materiel acquisition process or force development. Professional experience in military operations should include service at a Division, Corps, in-theater Army, Coalition or Joint headquarters.
Technical Experience Required:
- Demonstrated expertise in doctrine writing.
- Demonstrated expertise/documented knowledge of Attack the Network ClED strategies.
- Subject matter expertise related to the development of CIED Capability Gap Analysis/Solution Process.
- Demonstrated expertise/documented knowledge of materiel solutions processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate shall perform analytical and support tasks and provide policy recommendations under the direction of the USSOUTHCOM Foreign Disclosure Office (FDO) in a dynamic, fast-paced, and mission-oriented environment. Duties will include preparing recommendations on foreign disclosure actions, advising personnel on foreign disclosure policy and procedures within DoD and the Intelligence Community, facilitating release of information to foreign nationals, implementing bilateral agreements, conducting technical reviews of information, and communicating SOUTHCOM foreign disclosure positions within and outside the organization. The candidate will recommend action to the government FDO and conduct training for US personnel; Advise on foreign visits and export license requests, communicate foreign disclosure sensitivities related to SOUTHCOM initiatives to SOUTHCOM personnel and Service elements, conduct research and analysis on complex issues, and coordinate/release requests for information. The candidate shall support the SOUTHCOM foreign disclosure program in accordance with National Disclosure Policy One (NDP-1), DoD Directives and Instructions, and applicable Intelligence Community Directives.
Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, configures and maintains website(s) for internal and external communications for USSOUTHCOM. Ensures website(s) is available to the customer with appropriate links and security. Develops, assesses and communicates website usage and security policies and procedures. Designs web page layout, graphics, color schemes and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive website based on the organization's communications strategies and goals. Researches and evaluates new related technologies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of related specialized intelligence training/analysis experience. 20 years of relevant experience may substitute for a bachelors degree.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Background and training in foreign disclosure to support acquisition, intelligence, or military operations highly desired; Demonstrated interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with senior staff and organizational leaders.
