Duties: You will serve in a fast-paced environment as Executive Assistant
directly supporting the Deputy Director. In this position you will oversee

. Ensure that the service member (or family member) understands the

continuous up to date feedback.
. Provide recommendations based on the circumstances of each case and the
member's best interest; assures that the member has full and fair assistance
in the preparation and submission of written comments or rebuttals.
. Furnish estimates of retirement and severance pay. Explain retirement pay
in relation to VA payment entitlements.
. Inform member that the retirement grade will be based on provisions of
law. Refer member to Social Security and State Employment representatives.
. Furnish information and assistance in completing appropriate applications,
especially as they apply to disability compensation, medical/dental
treatment, vocational rehabilitation, clothing allowance and aid for the
blind. Interpret appropriate guidelines to determine eligibility for such

. Assure that documentation for medical boards is processed under
appropriate regulations.
. Assist members in making sworn statements, assists in preparation of
appeals and rebuttals, and obtains information from the physicians. Obtains
past medical record and official statements of service.
. Utilize knowledge of precedents and regulations, medical terminology and
coding. Assures preparation of TDY orders for appearances before the PEB.
Furnish interim reports on feeder information to appropriate interested
personnel as to status of cases. Secure information for congressional
inquiries.
. Work with other services on Temporary Disability retired members for
Medical Boards, periodic physical examinations and final results, giving
assistance in preparing rebuttals, and obtaining adequate examinations. Make
arrangements for transfer to VA hospitals; requests orders.
. Provide interactive patient education and coordinate with medical social
workers and nurse case managers as well as physicians and other medical
professional staff.
. Record, evaluate and collect data for statistical use, audit and outcome
measures for quality assurance, performance improvement and research.
. Book appointments and complete encounters in a timely manner with the
Military Services Coordinator (MSC)
. Input new cases and follow-up data into the Medical Evaluation Board
Internal tracking Tool (MEBITTs, IDES, and VTA) within 24 business hours of
conception.
. Consult with members on the temporary Disability Retired List (TDRL) at
each periodic re-evaluation.
. Review and provide information to members concerning results of the
informal PEB, compute and verify the level of recommended benefits,
determine the need for and assist in obtaining additional information which
may change benefit levels upon reconsideration, and advise member concerning
the advisability of requesting a formal PEB
. Upon receipt of a message or orders for the member from the Army Personnel
Command (PERSCOM) effecting retirement or separation, contact the member to
report to the appropriate military personnel office for out-processing
. Verify Reserve component personnel's eligibility for treatment. Request
active duty orders and Line of Duty Determinations from the member's
respective units and initiates MEB procedures for eligible service members

KNOWLEDGE:

. Non-clinical or clinical case management and counseling experience

The Facility Security and Environmental Officer (FSEO) oversees the government security program for both the corporate office and the AMS Board of Directors’ personnel, subsidiary companies, and all contracts as required.

This position also oversees the building security program for the corporate headquarters offices to include the operation of the building alarm system. The FSEO also serves as the primary POC and has overall responsibility for facility management for the Corporate offices.

The FSEO conducts, but is not limited to, the following job duties:
• Security
o Follows directives as identified in the National Industrial Security Program Operations Manual (NISPOM) and coordinates with the government representative for that program

Basic Requirements: You must meet either A or B to be qualified for this position at either grade level.
A. Summary:

Will be responsible for assisting the Lead Instructor with duties associated with the course.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Train contracted employees to be efficient members of an OPFOR team.
Responsible for the employment of his/her OPFOR team during the training exercises and for conducting the post OPFOR run AAR with the AD/L2T instructor, unit AL manager, and student(s).
At the request of the AD/L2T instructor or unit AL manager, he/she will provide a written AAR for each run. Responsible for the performance of work and therefore will be responsive to the unit AL managers during all requests.



Supervisory Responsibilities:

Will supervise the activities of the OPFOR.



Skills and Knowledge:

• Must be a graduate of the Level III ALT course or an equivalent Federal Law Enforcement course that trains the combination follow techniques of chosen suspects or subjects.

• Minimum of one year experience as a manager for the level of effort regarding a contract of similar size and scope or have served in a similar leadership position within the military or federal employ. It is preferred the OPFOR Lead have a minimum of three years experience as a SME performing similar work/task related throughout the PWS.

• Skilled as Subject Matter Experts(SME) in vehicle and foot follow techniques. Teams shall be able to follow specified subjects throughout the entire exercise. They must be able to change out/rotate individual team members during the exercise.

• Shall be able to conduct area familiarization and adapt to the operational area within twenty-four (24) hours prior to providing the required coverage to the students.
Be able to conduct and participate in AARs as determined by the respective training course chain of command.

A current DoD Secret or higher clearance is required.

• Staff experience at Division, JTF or COCOM (or equivalent).

• Must be competent with MS Word, and Power Point and able to independently develop documents and briefs for GO/FOs

• Must be available to deploy up to 120 days per year into combat areas or in support of contingency or training operations
