Description:

Looking for a top-notch Intelligence Business Development Manager hat will be responsible for developing business within both the DoD & Intelligence Communities (IC) for multiple Government departments. Someone who is detail-oriented with excellent people skills, a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic. Strong computer skills and a capacity to learn new, emerging technologies is also a must.




Duties:

Develop and maintain relationships with key leaders and staff within both the DoD & Intelligence Communities.

Provide advice and guidance to Senior Management on all matters relating to the IC and its associated disciplines and adjacent markets.

Develop marketing strategies and plans to increase awareness & capabilities within the IC.

Provide support for planning, coordinating and executing intelligence community, business development, pursuits, and the capture of new business.

Lead Identification, Qualification(s), Pursuit and Proposal Development activities of New and Follow-On business opportunities.

Acquire customer feedback and initiate continuous quality improvement initiatives and programs.

Monitor current events that have an impct within the IC and business opportunities; such as DoD policies/strategies, Foreign Affairs, and other National Security issues which have an impact on within the IC.

Qualifications:




Must possess expert knowledge of U.S. Government Agencies components, missions, and interrelationships regarding Intelligence operations.

Working knowledge of the Congressional process for authorizations and appropriations with a comprehensive understanding of and experience with the DoD and IC acquisition process.

Experience in the National Capital Region is required.

At least 15 years of experience in a relevant industry with an established network across a government customer set.

LAN/WAN Support Engineer Level 5

The LAN Support Level 5 serves as the organization’s single point of contact for the design and follow-on support of wired and wireless architectures and infrastructure in both pre-existing buildings and new construction supporting Ft Detrick and customers at surrounding installations.

This is a mission critical position and is part of the network engineering /administration staff that provides the network administration for the Fort Detrick LAN/WAN IP Network to include voice, data, wireless, video and security applications.

Effective coordination and communication with Task Owner, internal Teams and customers is of paramount importance.

The LAN Support Level 5 conducts, but is not limited to, the following job duties:

• Provides engineering, installation, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting of various LAN hardware and software for the campus switched network and the implementation of LAN/WAN connections

• Designs and improves current methodology deployed in monitoring network health through the use of Enterprise System Management (ESM) tools

• Provides proactive network problem solving to the Tier 1 help desk personnel

• Analyzes ESM performance data to identify and engineer proactive solutions based upon utilization trends, congestion issues, or capacity problems on the network

• Ensures the Fort Detrick network is compliant in accordance with applicable DoD, Army, MEDCOM and DIACAP directives

Job description:
ALATEC is currently seeking a qualified Tactical Radio Subject Matter Expert to support the on-going and future needs of the Software Engineering Directorate (SED).

The chosen candidate will serve as a member of a Government Systems Integration Lab (GSIL) team supporting testing of tactical radio hardware and software. The individual will assist the team in the development and execution of plans, procedures and test cases to support informal software testing, interoperability tests, and field tests and exercises.

Other duties will include identifying, troubleshooting and documenting technical problems relating to tactical radios and software used by the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Program Office.

Required Experience:
• 8 years experience with testing Link 16 and other tactical radio systems related software, developing test cases and documenting anomalies with software and hardware
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and Link 16 interfaces, associated military standards, and interoperability
• Experience working in command posts and/or tactical operations centers

Desired Experience:
• Tactical communications experience such as Link-16, Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS), High Band Networking Radio (HNR), Multi-functional Information Distribution System (MIDS), satellite communications, and Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT)
