8. Job Title: UAV operator(s) Iraq
Oconus UAV Operators preferably already deployed in Iraq and available in
September 2011
Experienced tactical UAV operators needed to train DOD personnel and
sustain UAV platforms in Iraq. Operators will be provided detailed training
course prior to deployment on all aspects of UAV tactical operations in all
weather conditions both day/night. Once trained, Operators will be expected
to conduct New Equipment Training (NET) for personnel either in CONUS or
OCONUS Locations and to maintain UAV platforms in 100% Operational Readiness
(OR). Deployment is expected to occur in next 30-45 days. If you are in
Iraq currently this would be an advantage. Because of very short timeline,
all applicants must provide proof of having completed CRC/IDS, a physical,
up to date shot records and valid passport. Initial deployments will be six
months with additional deployments optional. Disabled veterans are asked to
apply. Pay will be dependent upon levels of proficiency and experience both

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications and Evaluations
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for the grade GS-12, you must have at least one year of specialized experience that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service. Quantum Research is currently seeking an experienced candidate to perform duties as a Logistics Analyst for Headquarters, Army Materiel Command (AMC), G3 Support Operations, Materiel Management Division.
Responsibilities:
Individual must research, analyze, and diagnose mitigation equipping strategies; identify and prioritize solution sets ISO ARFORGEN. ICW HQDA, ASA (ALT), ACOMS/ASCCS/DRUs ARNG and USAR, ASC develop and coordinate materiel sourcing strategies in support of Army units to the AA level of detail IAW HQDA Priorities, Army equipping strategy, ARFORGEN Readiness Goals, and Laws/Statutes and appropriations. Have the ability to identify units approved Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) shortages, overages, out-of-production items and substitute items; identify and coordinate with responsible Program Managers (PMs), LCMC Item Managers, Program Executive Officers (PEOs), DA G-4/6/8 Systems Support Officers (SSO) and Force Integration Staff Officers (FISO); to resolve issues associated with the provisioning of AMC LIN MTOE required equipment/items. In addition, the individual can be expected to perform work on Non-Standard Equipment issues and requirements and associated databases (NS-E MENS Database).
Responsible for and production of customized logistics management reports. Required to use various Army logistics databases to track equipment fill status at unit level. Analyzes supply status and assists in resolving supply and equipment readiness challenges. Evaluates equipment visibility and availability of AMC managed items to ensure assets are on hand to fill requirements. Coordinates with the LCMC POCs on availability or other equipping sourcing solutions for AMC managed LINs in support of the Combined Equipping Conference and ARFORGEN Equipping Synchronization Conferences. Presents AMC managed LINs status to conference participants (Unit, G-4/6/8, FORSCOM and others).
Prepares input to official correspondence: Memorandum, Information Paper, Trip Paper, EXSUMs. Additionally, uses other Web-based logistics tools such as Integrated Logistics Assistance Program (ILAP), Parts Tracker, Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) Database, USAFMSA Force Management Web Site (FMSWeb) and FEDLOG to maintain line item information. Sr Network Engineer
Description:Sr Network Engineer shall provide field engineering services to install and configure IPT communications equipment to include rack installations, cable installations and initial and final configurations of equipment. Must provide all tools for basic installation and participation on all site conference bridges. Management experience helpful as potential team lead. Certification preferred CCNA.
Position is based in Dulles, VA area, requires about 75% travel all CONUS. Candidate must be able to pass an in depth background search. Salary upto $130K depending on skills and experience.

Specific Job Description Applicant must have extensive knowledge and will be expected to perform troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, storage, and shipping for military tactical ground mobility vehicles to include but not limited to HMMWV, HEMET, PLS, 5 ton, 10 ton, MHE, and power generation. Individual must also be skilled in the troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, shipping, storage of an array of motorcycles, All Terrain Vehicles, and other “non-standard” ground mobility vehicle platforms.
