CONTRACT: Luminus consultant (with experience working in Banner environment)-50% working from home/50% working on client-site (central east coast). One of our long-time client’s hosted Banner campuses is licensed for Luminus and wants it installed as soon as possible. We are looking for an experienced Luminus support person to handle the installation. The client’s Databases (production, test, and pre-production) and Oracle Forms and Reports servers reside on IBM P Series servers running AIX 5.3. Banner job submission runs on RHEL 4. We are looking for someone to recommend Hardware and for implementation; Installation and configuration of Luminus software; Configure sign-on for MS Active Directory and train in-house technical staff re: support. The consultant to provide services must have demonstrated experience setting up and using associated products in a Banner ERP environment. Preference will be given to candidates who have done these tasks as a Banner DBA in a production environment. Some of the work may be done remotely, but training and knowledge transfer must be done on site on the east coast (central east coast). We are expecting the project duration to be approximately 3 months (with STRONG possibility of extension) and are expecting the schedule to allow for 50% remote work and 50% on site. (most likely the first 2 weeks on site – 2 months working mostly from home-office and the last 2 weeks to be mostly on-site).
FT/Perm Positions: Tech Consultants with Manhattan Associates DOM Order Management System experience-Can be based anywhere in Cont US with M-Th travel. Growing international consulting firm seeks technical consultants with a minimum of 3 years Manhattan Associates DOM Order Management System experience including: Thorough knowledge of order management and allocation processes and how these processes can be supported using DOM; Ability to review DOM configuration and determine additional configuration and/or system modifications would be required to satisfy client requirements; Hands-on configuration/design experience in DOM. FT 1-year Contract: Banner Higher Ed DBA - 80% remote&20% on-site on East-coast locations. A long-time client of ours has a need for an Oracle professional to finish configuration and implementation of Oracle Grid Control and Enterprise Manager, including Configuration Management, Diagnostic, and Tuning Pack. Grid control is installed on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 server. The company hosts Sungard's Banner ERP for multiple institutions. Databases (prod, test, and preprod for each campus plus several other test instances) and Oracle Forms and Reports server reside on IBM P Series servers running AIX 5.3. Tasks to be completed include:Verifying correct installation of EM agents on all target systems; Verifying and correcting target configurations; Resolving outstanding policy violations and alerts as needed; Setting up email notifications for critical alerts; Configuring backup and cloning procedures; Other tasks as needed to ensure best practices in enterprise management. Knowledge transfer and training for DBA staff on use of EM for problem resolution; Consultant to provide services must have demonstrated experience setting up and using associated products in a Banner ERP environment, including experience as a Banner DBA in a production environment. The business analyst designs and documents work flow, manages and provides solutions to new business ideas, trends, and concepts appropriately through the latest technological path; The business analyst understands the customer’s business requirements and business process management, and then translates them to particular requirements; The business analyst works with the software development, business process and information management teams to develop products and services to meet the client’s business needs. Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, process details, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. Communicate effectively with external clients and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements like screen, window, workflow, interface, and GUI designs. We are looking for promotable candidates with a 4-year technical degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience manufacturing hand and/or power tools. FT/PERM Position(s): Office Manager/Center Administrator – (positions open currently in Washington DC and Phoenix, AZ.Responsible for effective management of a state-of-the-art medical/dental center. The OPS Planner represents SOF interests throughout Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) planning events for designated JNTC-accredited events and exercises. The OPS Planner applies current tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and utilizes appropriate message and document formats to script storyline injects that accurately depict SOF missions and functions.
The OPS Planner must have intimate knowledge of Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) structure and should have experience from staff-level deployments in Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM (OIF and OEF). S/he will be required to maintain currency in operational and administrative procedures by accessing SOF resources. The OPS Planner will be expected to contribute as a Special Operations Force (SOF) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and role player during JNTC event execution and must be prepared to assist with Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) functions.
During exercise execution, the OPS/Intel Planner ensures that SOF events occur as scheduled and tracks the Training Audience responses. As required, the OPS Planner conducts dynamic scripting to return the storyline to its original course.Travel, within CONUS and (potentially) O-CONUS, is required.

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experience with SOF exercise design, planning and management processes, including experience with preparing exercise training objectives, translating these into storylines, and populating event injects into computerized tracking tools.

In this position, you will become a member of the Risk Insurance (RI) Program Management Office (PMO). You will serve as a program analyst who performs information technology (IT) and evaluative tasks related to RI's project management. - work with their designated office to organize, build, and maintain an effective SharePoint Site Collection.

Requirements:

Strong PC Literacy and Microsoft Office skills.

2-4 years of MOSS 2007 Site Owner experience including the following:

• Create, leverage and manage content types, site columns and templates for re-use in the sites.
• Setup and manage alerts to monitor activity on business critical information as required.

Position Description


In support of this effort, the Budget Analyst will provide:



Budgeting and budget execution expertise in
support of a Program with Fiscal Year funding levels approaching one billion
dollars, distributed among thirty-nine separate delivery orders under four
major defense contractors.



More specifically, in the execution of those
responsibilities, all on behalf of and at the direction of the Program Manager
or his Deputy, the Budget Analyst will assist in budgeting and execution
formulation and analysis;



Assist in defining, planning for, resourcing,
defending, and executing the breadth of Program Office’s Linguist contracts; prepare
reports and studies regarding the status of the structures, appropriate
realignments, and allocations of the Program’s resources;



assist in the development of budget year
execution guidance; research, develop, and analyze single source and integrated
data derived from, but not limited to, multiple and specialized Department of
Army Financial Management databases, routinely accessing, manipulating,
maintaining, and extracting and analyzing data from myriad Defense Finance and
Accounting System (DFAS) automated systems and programs, including the Database
Commitment Accounting System (dbCAS) and the Standard Army Finance Information
System (STANFINS);



Draw appropriate disbursement, obligation rate and
unliquidated obligation data from these applications in evaluating contract
funding or execution issues;



Develop budget execution recommendations using
such tools as MicroSoft EXCEL spreadsheets, memorandums, reports, and
briefings, and prepare associated and necessary reports or briefings detailing
the results of such analysis for the Program Manager’s review;



Monitor the commands’ budget execution rates;



Maintain and track debits and credits and
specific contract expenditures to linguist accounts in applicable databases and
spreadsheets;



review, research, and validate completed and
pending financial transactions, including military interdepartmental purchase
requests (MIPRs) and contract purchase requests; review the state of funding
obligation plans;


 Maintain both current and prior year budget
execution records and analyze billings related to multi-year contracts;


 Assist as directed in annual Fiscal Year
contract close-outs;



Work to resolve issues related to unliquidated
obligations, and apparent over-disbursements, with counterparts at appropriate
Defense Finance and Accounting Center(s);


 Assess
and develop viable alternative strategies that address budget execution issues,
and provide appropriate recommendations to Program decision makers.





 Additionally,
the Budget Analyst will be charged with conducting day-to-day coordination with
Headquarters, Department of the Army Staff, Major Command, and Major Subordinate
Command budget analysts and Defense Finance and Accounting System counterparts in
all areas required for successful Program execution, and, at the direction of
the Program Manager or his Deputy, will prepare periodic, ad hoc reports
detailing current or projected budget execution status, and make
recommendations regarding any issues surfacing there from.

Perform Electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance on DOD Systems in Iraq or Afghanistan or Kuwait, often under field conditions. Utilize mechanical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams to perform system diagnostics and fault isolation to root cause failures. Travel to DOD sites to respond to calls for corrective maintenance; perform scheduled maintenance and upkeep of systems. Conduct system operator training for DOD personnel.

Essential Job Duties:

- Installs, operates, and maintains simulation computer workstations and networks in support of simulation based events.
- Performs simulation systems administration and integration in an exercise environment, supporting exercise design, and planning and preparation, execution and post-exercise events.
- Responsible for the interoperability of assorted simulation hardware and software components necessary for model and simulation driven exercises.
- Prepares, monitors, and evaluates simulation test plans and events.
- May be called upon to edit software/hardware documentation.
- Must be capable of system administration in a Linux RedHat, and Win2000 or 2003 Server, Vista, XP, Windows 7 computer operating network environment. Shall be knowledgeable of distributed simulation protocols/communication technologies in support of remote operations conducted at various selected sites.
- Trains/certifies foreign national counterparts on system administration, operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

-Experience with Microsoft applications such as word, access, excel, outlook, etc. (MOS, MCP or MCITP)
-Experience with Ethernet cable installation & termination; CAT 5/5e & 6
- Must also demonstrate capabilities in Linux Red Hat Enterprise operating system), Microsoft Operating Systems, principles of database installation, configuration, and operation, and LAN and WLAN operations in support of constructive simulation (preferably JCATS).

- Develop and implement a JCATS Instructor Training/Certification Program designed to provide the knowledge and skills for Georgian counterpart JCATS Trainers/Instructors to be able to teach the functioning of the simulation system.

- Assist in building databases (equipment, organizations and terrain) for all organizations and units participating in computer assisted exercises supported by the GSTC.
