Duties:
 Provides professional engineering support for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) planning and support for Contractor supported locations and facilities and equipment within the designated strategic (fixed), tactical and mobile facilities or mission equipment shelters and in related, supporting systems inside or outside the secure areas. The Contractor shall also provide testing and balancing services and support for air and water systems.
 Reviews engineering design proposals, design drawings, specifications and other technical document submissions and recommend improvements.
 Provides advice and guidance to Government engineers involving all aspects of HVAC facilities design, construction, operation and maintenance or repair.
 Reviews reports and studies to identify deficiencies and participate in the planning of construction/redesign programs.
 Utilize appropriate software and hardware tools to track load changes or other parameters of design, construction, operation and maintenance and repair.
 Establishes energy and heat load budgets with the objective of identifying current deficiencies, anticipating future requirements and estimating factors to be included in construction planning.
 Evaluates and recommends methods of load control (including remote and tele-metering techniques) to reduce utility demand and costs.
 Prepares design concepts, program development brochures, MILCON programming documents, cost estimates, economic analyses, plans and specifications, and all related construction project documentation for construction projects to be executed through contract or with Government in-house resources.
 Inspects construction projects or existing facilities to identify deficiencies, recommend changes, ascertain compliance with plans and specifications, or for other designated purposes.
 Provides guidance, direction, and assistance to technicians working in related disciplines. Maintain technical liaison and communication between on-site technicians and the ACOR.
 Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift up to 50lbs.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Duties:

 Provides design, emergency non-routine fault isolation of smoke removal systems, fire detection/suppression equipment used exclusively in critical, highly sensitive Military Forces installations. Performs system and subsystem diagnostics and scheduling and maintaining complex electronic environmental systems, calibration, and lubrication of unique components and controls that are used to provide and monitor precise environmental conditions within SCIFs housing unique military intelligence equipment, scientific devices, and technologies.
 Performs periodic, worldwide deployments in strategic and tactical mobile facility environments. Provides expert technical assistance for a 24-hour operational environment with limited documentation resources. Responds to off-duty (evening and weekend) calls to support critical system outages and to provide rapid fault isolation and resolution concerning environmental factors affecting IEW) system performance.
 Provides critical highly skilled technical expertise for emergency fault isolation and resolution of critical IEW electronic environmental control systems and scientific devices; develops engineering and other technical documentation for IEW support system layouts.
 Supports US Army systems on site whenever and wherever deployed. Available to deploy to other countries and/or theaters to perform quick reaction technical support to US forces worldwide military contingency missions and requirements in potentially hazardous work environments.

 Manage a router-based network consisting of three electrically and physically separate subnets.

Job Summary
Work as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.

Primary Activities and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Participate in group discussions including unit meetings, job briefings, safety meetings or process reviews
• Remove and replace track and track components (e.g. ties, rails, bars, etc.)

• Slide and align tie plates

• Correct deviations in track surface, alignment and gauge

room for approximately 140 employers and service providers to register and
attend this 5 hour career fair.



The Lambeau Field Atrium in Green Bay was selected this year for one of the
100 Veterans Mega Career Fairs sponsored by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce,
Department of Labor and other partners.



We anticipate that a wide variety of Wisconsin and National employers will
be attending along with various federal and state agencies. There is no
cost to employers or those who attend this great event. In addition to the
hiring fair, during this time we will be presenting six different types of
employment preparation training workshops.

COIN Senior Advisor

The Program Manager (PM) provides oversight to ensure property
accountability of all government property under ManTech's control. The
successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of all employee

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level, an applicant must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.

One full year of Specialized Experience is described as experience as a technical expert developing and maintaining policies and procedures, partnerships, outreach, and training related to the delivery of Community Services programs to include crisis counseling, disaster unemployment assistance and disaster legal assistance.
