Minimum Requirements:

URS Corporation is seeking a qualified CH-47 Pilot Aviation Safety Officer
(ASO) in support of maintenance test flight operations at our Ft. Lewis, WA
JBLM helicopter maintenance facilities.

Must Have completed the Aviation Safety Officer Course(Required).

"1000 hours first pilot time with 300 hours in specific MDS (CH-47F)

Job Description:

The Airplane Pilot pilots airplane to transport passengers, mail, and
freight, or for other purposes such as crop dustings, spraying fields
with seeds, fertilizers, or pesticides, photographing areas of the earth's
surface for mapping and other photogram metric purposes,
dropping cargo, fire retardant, and smoke jumpers. The pilot reviews load
weight, fuel supply, weather conditions, flight route, and
schedule, orders changes in fuel supply, load, route, or schedule to insure
safety of flight, checks gauges to verify that oil, hydraulic
fluid, fuel quantities, and cabin pressure are at prescribed levels prior to
starting engines, starts engines and taxies airplane to runway.

This pilot sets brake and accelerates engines to verify operational
readiness of components, such as superchargers, carburetor-heaters,

SUMMARY Coordinator shall develop and/or implement programs to facilitate the fiscal accountability for Department of Defense funded programs in support of sport-related programs being implemented for injured service members assigned to DOD Medical Treatment Facilities, Warrior Transition Units and Wounded Warrior Battalions through the following services:


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Develop and implement processes procedures to pre-approve expenditures consistent with the proposed DOD spending plan.

2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to track spending to ensure consistency with the proposed DOD spending plan.

3. Conduct perpetual research of government rules and regulations for the translation of knowledge gained into managerial usable language for improvement to operational processes and procedures.

4. Gather, review, organized, submit and defend with key DOD leadership all supporting documentation necessary for reimbursement from the DOD for activities conducted in support of programs and services for injured service members.

5. Ensure that all documentation in support for all claims for reimbursement are in accordance with all appropriate governing rules, regulations, processes and procedures.

6. Ensure the timely resolution of all issues and concerns regarding questionable claims for reimbursement with DOD officials.

7. Maintain and provide for key USOC Military program staff monthly cost analyses to ensure the most effective use of fiscal resources.

8. As a member of a Paralympic Military Management team monitor sports program implementation at Warrior Transition Units located throughout the country.

9. Develop and implement processes and procedures for the preparation and submission of monthly operational and fiscal progress reports to US Paralympic Military program officials, key leadership at DOD Wounded Warrior Care & Transition Policy and the Armed Forces Services Corporation.

10. Provide operational oversight to the timely preparation of all travel arrangements for injured service membersNeterans, coaches, Paralympians, Military Program staff and contractors.


11. Provide operational oversight to the development of subcontracts for coaches, paralympians and contractors to ensure the accurate and timely submission of legal requirements.

12. Other duties as assigned



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


Education
• BS in Accounting, Business Administration, Sport Administration or a related field, an equivalent level of training or five years of comparable experience.

Experience:
• Three to five years of progressive experience in Accounting, Business Administration, Sport Administration or a related field.

Background
Serve as combat advisors and provide direct support to the Army, Marine and other US Joint Forces in combat.

The SOF SME's serve as members of a multi-discipline team performing tasks directly related to the Global War on Terrorism, focused on countering improvised explosive devices.

The SOF teams work in remote locations; perform missions in a small unit, and accompanying US and Coalition forces into high-threat environments worldwide.

The SOF SME’s wear uniforms, carry weapons, and deploy to combat environments such as Iraq and Afghanistan for up to 120 days.

In CONUS, the SOF SME’s work remotely and travel in a TDY status to various military installations providing pre-deployment training and support to deploying units.

Qualifications: These are the minimum qualifications and will not be waivered
• Minimum of 10+ years of SOF experience.
• Extensive Special Operations and direct counterinsurgency operational experience in positions from Special Forces team member through Special Forces Battalion/Group level.
• Multiple combat tours at various operational levels that include a mix of direct combat, operational planning, training development and Operations-Intel fusion are preferred.
• Current TS/SCI Clearance.
• Excellent physical fitness level.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• High level of proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Current U.S. Passport.

SME’s can live throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and are not required to relocate.

• Work with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering personnel to field check and diagnose possible problems. Work to correct problems with no material repair cost. Refer more complex problems and recommended corrective actions to Base management.
• Provide resource conservation training to facility personnel. Prepare briefings and reports. Identify possible funding sources for execution of projects.
• Provide and maintain a Verification Plan.
• Develop a facility and utility system energy and water audit plan, identifying facilities/.buildings to be audited by fiscal year.
• Become proficient with being able to view and input data in Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM) and the new EISA 432 Compliance Tracking System (CTS).
• Develop a re-commissioning/retro-commissioning plan for HVAC systems.

Requirements
• Must be able to obtain at least a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Must have a Master’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field and at least 3 years of energy-related experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, or a related field and at least 5 years of energy-related experience.
• An Energy Management Certification, such as a CEM from the Association of Energy Engineers, is highly desirable.
• Experience in engineering analysis of facility and utility systems.

Description:
The Senior Inspector role is to obtain, maintain, and provide fixed equipment and piping condition monitoring data and analysis to Operations, Maintenance, Capital Projects and the Turnaround organization to ensure safe and reliable operation and compliance with Mechanical Integrity.

• Champions, manages and administers applicable Inspection programs (such as RBI/CUI, RAT, RV compliance, Leak Tracking Database, etc.) to support Mechanical Integrity.
• The Inspector develops and ensures timely execution of Unit Inspection Plans.
• The position provides inspection test plans with the corresponding acceptance criteria.
• Inspector develops and finalizes stationery equipment inspection plans and if assigned leads the execution of inspection scope during turnaround.
• The position assesses equipment condition per company and industry standards, and provides recommendations for corrective course of action per associated code(s).
• The position issues Inspection Recommendations and Nonconformance Reports (NCR) for fixed equipment and follows-up to ensure proper and timely completion.
• In addition, the Inspector ensures that Technical Directives, Engineering standards and Best Practices are implemented in his/her area of responsibility.
• The position maintains electronic and hardcopy files of equipment data and history.
• The position also provides QA/QC support for repairs and new fabrications, as required.
• The position is responsible for setting expectations and coordinating contract Inspection Services resources.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A High School diploma or equivalency is required.
In addition, 10 years experience in inspection-related activities or a two-year associates degree plus 5 years experience in inspection-related activities.
Assertive in recommendation of repairs critical to plant safety.
Sr. Inspector must hold at least three API or AWS (API 570, 510, 653 and AWS - CWI) certifications with strong knowledge of the following codes and standards: NBIC, ASME Section VIII Div. 1, ASME Section V, ANSI B.16.5, ANSI B.31.3, and ANSI B.31.1.
NACE Corrosion technologist certification (3 course) is desired.
Inspectors assigned to Above Ground Storage Tank Inspections must hold API 653 certification. This is not a requirement for all Inspector positions.
Sound knowledge of NDT methods and how they are used in inspection activities is required, certifications are preferred.
Must have good working knowledge of pressure relieving devices and applicable codes.

The Mission Support Business Unit (MSBU) of SAIC has an opening for an experienced Security Market Analyst to manage the direction and development of a security business area in the national security and intelligence community sector.
The Security Market Analyst will report directly to the Operations Manager (OM) and will be responsible for developing and socializing the Operation and BU marketing approach in this business area, to include: cultivating relationships with customers in the personnel, physical, policy, technical, program, and IT security fields; developing and leveraging external partner relationships with potential subcontractors and/or prime contractors; creating strategy documentation and building internal consensus to achieve strategic goals and objectives; conceiving of and assisting with the implementation of new ideas, tools, and business models to achieve profitable growth objectives; developing marketing, capture, and proposal artifacts; and overall expanding and improving the ability to develop and profitably grow the security business area. The candidate will be responsible for quickly ascertaining SAIC’s capabilities in this business area and leveraging those capabilities to expand and grow business. The candidate will identify and qualify the business development pipeline of opportunities in the security business area, and be able to effectively communicate pursue and bid strategies and recommendations to the Operation’s line managers. The candidate may participate in establishing plans and budgets, as well as serving as an acquisition manager for proposal activities. The candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude and be able to coach and mentor program managers to promote continuous staff development for security professionals in the organization.

Description
Provides expertise in the use and implementation of the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability - Entity Resolution Federation (JLCCTC-ERF) with emphasis on federation simulations, AAR construct and/or database builds during all training events. Individual will provide coaching in JLCCTC-ERF, AAR & database build operations to all organizations participating in training events. Defines system capabilities and limitations of JLCCTC-ERF to military personnel in order to successfully execute unit's training objectives. In addition, is responsible in the operation and implementation of the other corresponding systems of the Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation (JCATS) simulation during training events. Individual will be obligated to interact with training audience to ensure historical and relevant database and scenarios are understood and developed as it pertains to modeling and simulations. Act as a primary operator, setting up the hardware, software and databases, establishing communications, starting, stopping, monitoring, and conducting crash recovery on the software and hardware as needed. Install computer equipment, set up routers and operating system and application software for operations. Conduct operational testing and troubleshooting to insure proper operation of the systems. Assist in the preparation of training materials, documentation and briefings as required. Maintains accountability and responsibility for all assigned equipment.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: Must have a working knowledge of LINUX, and a minimum of four years experience conducting simulations. Should possess the ability to setup and teardown simulation work stations prior and after all training events. Requires the ability to communicate and share constructive perspective in order to achieve success of task and missions present and future. Must be a US citizen with a secret or higher security clearance or the ability to obtain one; applicant will be subject to a government security investigation. Must be willing to travel outside Fort Carson 2-4 times/year for up to 2 weeks/trip. Must be a disciplined worker capable of meeting short suspenses without intense supervision.


Preferred Qualifications: A degree in information technology, or a related field is desirable but may be replaced by business experience on a case by case basis. Certifications: CCNA, A+, Security +

We have multiple openings for qualified Emergency Vehicle Technicians to travel to Afghanistan to perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, repairs, flow test and ladder bend test in accordance with OEM and NFPA requirements on various fire trucks.
