Details: Sears Outlet Stores, a member of the Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) family of companies, provide overstocked, returned and/or distressed home appliances, fitness equipment, tools, lawn tractors, consumer electronics and mattresses to customers by offering the merchandise at a 20 to 60 percent off the regular retail price. Currently, there are over 80 Sears Outlet stores throughout the United States.
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The District Sales & Operations Coach is responsible for the overall (P&L) financial performance of their district. This includes merchandise sales, margins, credit, Protection Agreements, and other revenues, expense management and achievement of planned EBITDA. In addition to planned financial results, they are accountable for the delivery of customer satisfaction, associate morale and team productivity.
In their role they are accountable for all operational processes, including but not limited to non-productive inventory, merchandise flow, balancing each of their stores Ideal Floor Plans, addressing challenges with trapped merchandise, handling delays in processing technical repairs and reverse flowing of Home Delivery inventories from Direct Delivery, Contract Sales, Retail Stores and Vendor merchandise receipts. They are accountable to work with their business partners from Product Repair and Merchandise Delivery Teams that operate within their market.
The Sales & Operations Coach ensures the consistent presentation and delivery of service across all stores.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The District Sales & Operations Coach will oversee operations in three separate types of facilities… those that sell, Outlet Stores, those that Sell and Repair , Outlet Repair Centers – ORC’s , and those that Sell, Repair and Distribute, Outlet Repair & Distribution Centers – ORDC’s . In our Larger Stores (ORDC’s), Coaches are responsible for the management of inventory, pricing and efforts to maximize EBITDA to achieve business objectives. The District Sales & Operations Coach oversees, leads and supports the liquidation efforts within their districts, up to and including support provided to all other retail channels (PRS, FLS, Essentials, TGI, Hardware, Kmart, etc) and Distribution Channels (DDC’s, MDO’s, SDO’s, and RRC’s). The District Sales & Operations Coach owns their business and is accountable for the management of inventory levels/balance of merchandise, salability of goods, operations, staffing / scheduling, systems and required marketing needs for each market. The District Sales & Operations Coach will manage 4 – 12 Store Coaches.
They are directly accountable for all Outlet Stores in their district and assist in the liquidation of distressed / discontinued appliances, hardlines merchandise and other unproductive inventories supporting all other retail and distribution channels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively lead their district teams, ensuring the achievement of business goals in revenue, cost recovery, expense reduction, customer satisfaction, inventory shrinkage, and associate morale.
• Select, coach, and develop effective management staff in all field units. Develop a diverse, high performing team. Take action as needed to ensure that all associates fully contribute to store goals demonstrating required Performance Management processes.
• Actively manage the customer experience within the region, holding management and associates to the consistent execution of selling, service and operational processes.
• Take ownership for full implementation of corporate programs and initiatives on merchandising, cost management, productivity, cost recovery and associate moral.
• Participate with the corporate staff in developing strategic objectives, which lead to the meeting planned objectives.
• Ensure consistency of merchandising execution and operational processes within the region.
• Fully optimize Protection Agreements, Credit, and other miscellaneous income opportunities within the region.
• Monitor and react to profitable revenue opportunities for his/her Sales & Operations, aggressively supporting DDC, RRC and MDO liquidation efforts, Retail Stores and all other SHC outlets, and vendor liquidation opportunities, to Sales & Operations gross margin and cost recovery.
• Positively represent Appliance Outlet Stores with all Sears partners within the local market.
• Participate with Product Repair Service and SLS Distribution Channel Leadership to address non-productive inventories improving SHC cash flow and attaining planned cost recovery.
• Partner with Product Repair Service to ensure required technical repairs are processed timely.
• Understand and communicate to Home Office, Corporate Staff, and requirements, suggestions and plans needed to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure that the Sales & Operations operate in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide a safe working environment for both associates and customers.

The additional workers will join the company's existing two shifts as it prepares for the spring launch of the car, said Chrysler spokeswoman Jodi Tinson.

• Provide lead role in various medium-level systems programming projects and initiatives.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:
• 4 year college degree or applicable experience
• 6 years of mainframe experience to include building complex mainframe configurations, system dump debugging and problem determination and performance and tuning
• 2 years of project management experience
• Actual installation experience and support of a mainframe operating system. At least 1 complete evolution of upgrading from one mainframe version to the next.
• 3 years experience installing and maintaining mainframe and 3rd party software products.
• 3 years of DASD administrator experience.
• 3 years security experience in the mainframe environment.
• Experience in managing the job and system outputs subsystems in the mainframe environment.

MTT Task Order Manager/Team Leader Job Qualifications: The Task Order Manager will serve as the Team Leader (TL) for a 4-week M109A5 maintenance MTT to Saudi Arabia. The TL will have experience as a Battalion level maintenance officer. Required qualifications include:

• Prior 913A – Armament Systems Maintenance Warrant Officer with six years experience in MOS 91F, 91G, or 91K.

Background

Tasks Required:
United States Marine Corps:
• Analyze, plan, and coordinate work operations of subordinates to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
• Identify and integrate internal and external logistics and material readiness that supports major exercises and operational plans involving MARSOC major subordinate organizations.
• Integrate technical and functional contributions of logistics planners, transportation specialists, and general logistics specialists that provide coherent, integrated and timely logistics support and sustainment for MARSOC personnel and equipment. Analyze current exercise support plans for logistics supportability and based on priorities, recommend allocation and/or reallocation of resources.
• Participate in MARSOC budget and execution programs to prioritize requirements with regard to training exercises.

• Responsible for planning contractual actions assigned. Typical phases for which the employee has responsibility for include: Procurement planning, negotiations, cost/price analysis, source selection, contract administration, and other pre/post award functions associated with Government contracting.
• Develop support and sustainment concepts and plans to satisfy Special Operations Forces (SOF) peculiar equipment and supply requirements to exercises.
Exercise Control:
• Oversee all logistics support requirements relative to sustainment of MARSOC personnel and equipment deployments and redeployments to, from and during the exercises.
• Serve as a mentor/evaluator to MARSOC units logistical staffs during the execution of the exercise.

Qualifications:

Ground SIGINT Specialist

Location: Afghanistan
Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Ground SIGINT Specialist provides support to ground SIGINT collection operations, SIGINT operations coordination and synchronization, and other SIGINT activities as necessary. Supports the timely, relevant, accurate and predictive SIGINT and Electronic Warfare support to enable the commander and subordinate unit commanders the ability to understand their battlespace and enemy forces. Will be available to travel to and operate from multiple fixed sites within an assigned AO and IAW unit procedures, but will not conduct intelligence activities outside of secure areas.

Responsible for monitoring unevaluated traffic as it is received by the AROCC ONEROOF server resident on NSANet, and manipulates it as required to ensure proper processing.
Provides indications and warnings tipping and force protection reports.
Shall provide direct support to the Brigade Combat Teams (BCTs) as appropriate.
Shall provide routine and recurring support to SIGINT activities from fixed and secure locations (defined, bases, camps and installations).
Shall possess working knowledge of relevant NSA tasking, collection, processing, reporting procedures, and communications architecture.
Shall possess working knowledge of military ground and operations, target‐area geography, place names, personal names, titles, and cultural norms, as well as relevant enemy objectives, tactics, techniques and procedures.

Requirements:
Requires an Associate's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Requires former military MOS: 18F, 18E, 180A, 1N, 35S/P/N, 35B, 352N/P/Q/R/S or equivalent.
Must be knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT‐RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT databases/search engines.
Must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, mIRC, Jabber Chat, and intelligence related automation in support of analytical efforts and product development.
Shall be trained in SIGINT operations with a minimum of 4 years SIGINT experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred.

Researches technical solutions and product specifications for intelligence systems enhancements, projects and programs to enhance ISAF/USFOR-A and other commands’ staff intelligence architecture, databases and information flow.
Coordination and support of information management processes for ISAF/USFOR-A CJ2.
Provides technical guidance in the resolution of complex intelligence dissemination and data management problems.
Manages, analyzes, and mitigates the impact of technology changes on current and projected organizational requirements and work processes.
Participates in Configuration Control/Review Boards as required. Ensure the proper execution of policy and program guidance governing Knowledge Management operational initiatives within the Afghan Theater.
Supports and improves IM efforts in accordance with the missions of the ISAF community, to include organization and dissemination of materials via SharePoint.
Identifies and develops ways to implement IM concepts and techniques to accomplish command principal program goals, to include improving collaboration and information access.
Insures command IM efforts leverage and benefit from integration with existing information technology capabilities.
Implements methodologies for sharing theater best IM practices across the entire community using virtual teaming, online meetings and other synchronous and asynchronous IM technology enablers.
Assists in demonstrating functional capabilities and explaining technical attributes of existing capabilities to various audiences.
Implements data flow standards and support agency interoperability development. Works closely with intelligence architecture and communications architect to ensure usability of design recommendations.

Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related fields.
Must understand large network communications architectures and how they affect information sharing between enterprise databases.
Minimum 5 years experience performing in position related fields.
Experience in and excellent understanding of, enterprise database structure and design, capabilities and limitations, and replication/information sharing when working in a complex operational environment.
Experience in large network implementations with Microsoft SQL, Oracle, and Sybase databases.
Excellent understanding of intelligence information flow, collection, tasking, processing, exploitation and dissemination, including an excellent understanding of how MI operates using latest technologies.
Working experience with Military Intelligence equipment and architecture.
