Responsibilities:
Rapid development of database objects, optimization of data, loading and enriching data through the use of SSIS.
Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BI development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Direct, organize, and lead projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems.
Lead the integration efforts for merging BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications.
Design, code, test, and document all new or modified BI systems, applications, and programs.
Assist in the design of databases and data warehouses to ensure interoperability with BI solutions.
Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications.
Produce ETL design guidelines to ensure a manageable ETL infrastructure for the BI system and implement ETL packages for various application data sources.
Creating workflow and technical diagrams and other documentation Develop procedures to manage software development life cycle including documentation of all artifacts Building stored procedures, functions, and views and integrating them with SSRS, SSAS, and third party applications

Job Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience designing and supporting SQL2000, SQL2005 or SQL2008 Server databases Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.
Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications.
Strong track record of delivering business intelligence functionality leveraging Microsoft's SSAS, SSIS and SSRS components Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.

Strong knowledge and experience in writing store procedures, triggers, views, user defined function and complex queries for Ad-Hoc Business Intelligence reporting purpose
Creating reports using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services.
Performing adhoc troubleshooting and data correction for end users
Designing new database tables, creating indexes/foreign keys/etc.
Analyzing requirements and engaging in discussions and brainstorming with technical and non-technical staff
Refactoring/troubleshooting existing stored procedures as needed
Provide data management through the development and maintenance of data models and data element standards and definitions.
Estimate SQL Server database capacities; develop methods for monitoring database capacity and usage. Perform routine space and consistency checks and manage SQL security.
Managing, tuning, and performance monitoring of SQL Server databases. This includes consideration for optimization of server and storage utilization, troubleshooting hardware problems.
Develop/Maintain/Enhance custom monitoring of database servers/processes and tune databases to ensure high availability/performance and no failed scheduled jobs or backups.
Reconfiguration and performance tuning of large databases
Maintaining user logins, roles, and permissions
Establish mechanisms for data backup/restore of relational databases; provide restoration services as needed.

Work Experience:

Intelligence Analyst

Location: Afghanistan

Tactical/Operational Intelligence Analyst functions as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of CJ2 analytical requirements. The Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analysis, reporting, databasing and dissemination of Afghanistan measures of stability which include security, governance and development, Human Terrain Analysis, preparation of provincial and district assessments and Campaign and Mission Analysis briefings and annexes, High Value Individual Targeting products, Extremist and Regional Threat Network Nodal Analysis, Preparation of Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Assessment Metrics which include daily IMINT, SIGINT and HUMINT products to gauge the effectiveness of collection operations, 24/7 Indications & Warning withstanding and all‐source exploitation of documents and media from detainees.

Responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing all‐source intelligence products at the tactical, operational and strategic level related to Military actions, insurgent activities, economic and political activities, and threats to regional stability as part of an overall analytical team.
Provides input to multiple Government requirements and objectives.
Assist with the analysis and production of various intelligence products, and supply analytical support for senior Military leaders.
Shall attend meetings and conduct comprehensive research on complex topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long‐term trends that could impact the Government’s mission.
Responsible for intelligence analysis related to counter‐terrorism, HUMINT, SIGINT, counterintelligence, Afghanistan and South West Asia regional issues, political/military analysis and support to targeting.

Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree.
Requires the submission of an unclassified analytical writing sample on Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Al Qaida, the Taliban, the Haqqani network or the HIG (250 words minimum) with resume.
Experience in either CT, Afghanistan, South West Asia regional issues and HUMINT or political/military analysis desired.
Shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.

Description:
The Screener provides the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) or United States Force-Afghanistan (USFOR-A) with intelligence operations support. This position supports ISAF/USFOR-A by aiding in the coordination, planning and execution of intelligence collection operations, exploitation and analytic support in coordination with other entities and agencies in the Combined Joint Operating Area – Afghanistan (CJOA-A).

Duties:
Conducts screening on both Host Country Nationals (HCNs) and Third Country Nationals (TCNs) for access to ISAF/USFOR-A military base camps to recommend access or denial of access in accordance with ISAF/USFOR-A SOPs, and must adhere to the standards and procedures set out in FM 22-2 Human Intelligence Collector Operations.
Coordinates and works in conjunction with Base Level Force Protection and Strategic Force Protection operations to conduct interviews, collect biometrics data, review data collected and cross-reference intelligence collection priorities.
Plans, inputs collected data and analysis/assessments into appropriate databases, websites and portals, and support other Force Protection and Intelligence activities.
Provide support in conducting PCASS as required per ISAF/USFOR-A and consistent with applicable policy and SOPs.
May be required to travel outside Afghanistan within the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Qualifications:
Requires former MOS 18F, 180A or other 18 Series with strong experience, 35L/M, 351L/M, 35E, or DoD civilian equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Strategic Debriefer or an individual with a similar skill set is desired.
Must have experience with screening, screening tasks, and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledgeable of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3.
Deployed experience is preferred.
Must possess a working knowledge of the Afghan culture.
Knowledge of the Dari or Pashto language a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to multi-task.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities include but not limited to:

In this position the incumbent will serve as a senior manager, policy advisor and executive staff official for implementing the National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF). The primary function will be to serve as Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator (FDRC) and principal staff advisor to the Federal Coordinating Officer (FCO) on all recovery issues as they relate to the overall mission of FEMA during disaster recovery operations.


DUTIES:
• Serves as a principle advisor to the FCO on the coordination of disaster recovery field operations.
• Coordinates and guides Recovery Support Functions, recovery support activities to promote partnerships between the federal government and stakeholders at the tribal, state and local levels.
• Monitors disaster recovery operations to track and measure progress: identifies critical areas of concern;facilitates solutions to address resource needs, conflicts, and/or overlaps and potential delays in assistance.

Polygraph Specialist responsible for polygraph and Credibility Assessments (CA). Job Requirements:
•10+ years prior experience in preparation of export license applications and agreements for the export of technical data, hardware, and services

Job Description:
The Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.

This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments. Inspects jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction.
