We are faced with an extraordinary challenge:
In the face of a decade of war, multiple deployments, and the accompanying emotional and financial stress, members of the military and their family members are completing suicide in record numbers. Yet we believe that these tragedies are avoidable through the use of a technique that is as simple to remember and implement as CPR.
The challenge is that the people that need to know this technique are not aware of it.
