1. Biometric-Enabled Intelligence (BEI) Analyst (Charlottesville, VA)
InCadence is seeking motivated Biometric-Enabled Intelligence (BEI) Analysts to work at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesville, VA. NGIC is the Defense Department’s primary producer of ground forces intelligence.
Candidates will act as a Rotational Biometric-Enabled Intelligence (BEI) Analyst in Charlottesville, VA and Afghanistan. Candidates will be part of a fast-paced team tasked with creating all-source, action-oriented intelligence products and solutions for NGIC and deployed commanders. The candidates will serve as a focal point and subject matter expert for facilitating biometrics-related issues, taskings, briefings and integration of biometrics into the targeting process as well as enable integration with rear intelligence support teams at NGIC.
Job Requirements:
• 4+ years of general intelligence work to include a minimum of 1 year Biometrics Analysis experience
• Knowledge of roles of DIA, NGIC and the Biometrics Task Force (BTF) concerning biometrics
• Understanding of the purpose of the Biometric Enabled Watch List (BEWL) and its nomination process
• Technical knowledge of the DOD biometric enterprise and / or knowledge of operations in the maritime domain
• Knowledge of or aptitude to learn forensics evidence chain of custody (including major case prints), criminal case prosecution, and interrogation support
• Prior experience in counter-IED analysis and targeting support a plus
• Familiar with Analytic Tools to include: Pathfinder, Biometric Automated Toolset (BAT), M3, and Query Tree, HIIDE

K2 Solutions Inc is currently seeking Intelligence Analysts to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting JIEDDO-COIC and deployed US Forces with fused intelligence products in order to enhance US Forces effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
Detailed Responsibilities:
The Intelligence Analyst will assist in developing analytical products that focus on finding immediate through long-term solutions to the IED problem set. The analyst will prioritize and categorize requests for information. The analyst will conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets usually focused on Violent Extremist Organizations that employ the IED as a strategic weapon. The Intelligence analyst will aggregate outputs from all RFS activities to enable a cross-boundary knowledge continuum of enemy network activities. The desired end state is a comprehensive database of all known enemy networks.
Specifically, the analyst will:
Develop and maintain a cohesive and comprehensive information repository of human enemy networks that employ IEDs and other networks of interest to JIEDDO-COIC.
Provide input to the analysis conducted by All Source Intelligence Analysts at JIEDDO-COIC and incorporate updated network analysis from the All Source analysts into the knowledge base.
Utilize Palantir software applications to describe the composition of networks, the individuals who comprise the network, methods used by the network especially as they relate to the production, facilitation, and emplacement of IEDs, the preferred tactics, techniques and procedures of the network, and a catalogue of IED events associated with the network.
Employ JIEDDO-COIC tools and processes to populate the knowledge base and to corroborate data.
Deliver technical reports that respond to Requests for Support.
Experience and Education:
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with Palantir and other common tools within the DoD intelligence community to analyze and develop human networks.
Required:
This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a DOD TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
Documented experience and/or training using Palantir.
Documented experience conducting analysis to develop and enable targeting of human networks.
Associates Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 years of relevant intelligence experience. Deliver and coordinate technical reports that respond to Requests for Support or the JIEDDO-COIC analytical teams.
Experience and Education:
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The Intelligence Analyst must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support national and strategic goals set forth by the national leadership in order to inform strategic decision making. The Intelligence Analyst should also possess an understanding of IEDs and the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate their construction, design, and usage.

Items usually are of a general, common-use type, non repairable and seldom require intensive investigation of atypical variations in their supply and demand patterns. The work includes requirements determination and forecasting, distribution or redistribution of material, procurement authorization, limited funds management, or other related work.
2. Material coordination: Performs material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops. Duties are performed on the basis of practical experience in processing and expediting supply transactions related to the particular organizations serviced.
3. Cataloging: Writes item descriptions for a range of new items entering the supply channels of a particular agency or field establishment. Applies requirements selecting the appropriate description pattern and answering the requirements contained in the pattern. Reviews existing stock catalogs, manufacturers' catalogs, drawings, or other resource materials, for the purpose of matching characteristics or part numbers to identify duplicate items already catalogued or otherwise recorded in the supply system.
Level of Responsibility:
Works within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. Deals with a variety of operating officials regarding limited aspects of program needs of the organization serviced. Sets up and adjusts envelope folding machines providing optimum output and quality.
Adjusts machine for size, window and gumming using various hand tools, e.g., wrench.
Must be capable of reading and interpreting a straight edge ruler.
Installs and Sets up printing and/or score cylinders applying various printing plates and adjusting ink flow. (max. 40-65 lbs. lifting)
Makes minor replacement of machine parts, e.g, gummers.
Installs paper and window rolls using hydraulic lifts, when available. (max. 25-35 lbs. lifting, pushing)
Inspects folded envelopes to ensure customer specifications.
Completes production reports.
COMMENTS: An adjuster will receive a customer order with envelope and window size along with any print requirements. He/she then sets up the machine to size (e.g., #10) and window (e.g. 2" from bottom) according to customer specs. Depending upon printing requirements he/she will place printing plates on a print cylinder (plates accompany order) and will obtain ink from ink coordinator and fill ink pump. He/she will then start machine and inspect envelope product to customer specs. Once envelope product meets the customer specs.; the adjuster then has the packer/operator begin packing envelopes from a feed table. The adjuster then keeps watch over the machine to ensure it doesn't jam or run out of paper, window material, or ink. The adjuster is also responsible for intermittently checking the finished product to ensure no variation has occurred. An adjuster may take up to 8 hours to set up a machine or as little as 1 hour. Once the machine is set to size the only change may be a print change. An adjuster may complete 2-3 set ups per day or may not have any depending on the volume of the run. An adjuster does not perform repetitive type functions; movements are varied and not continuous; they are at intervals between 1 to 8 hours. Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling is only performed at the initial set-up of equipment; they are not required during the run of the machine.

The Rail Systems Engineer will be responsible for ensuring documentation and

and oversee installation, testing, and implementation of all rail systems

Distinguishing Characteristics
The Rail Systems Engineer observes the activities of contractors and
consultant project teams through all phases of development and system
installation, testing, and commissioning, including reviews of design
drawings, specifications, technical data analysis and reports, and product
submittals for conformance to contract requirements and Federal regulations.
Effectively manages best practices in safety, quality, and production, and
identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensures compliance with

Supervision Received and Exercised
This position reports to the Chief Rail Systems Officer and coordinates
closely with the Project Managers and the Chief Operations Officer. This

Working Conditions
This position works primarily in an office setting, and may occasionally
