This position is ideal for an expert inventory management professional looking for an opportunity to provide overall inventory data standardization for the Agency Logistics Information Management system(s), including field instruction, training, and guidance. In this position, the incumbent oversees and provides operational support and software assistance to the agency wide Automated Inventory Control System, all agency locations.
 
• Responsible for the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that the automated disaster personal property and asset visibility systems are properly maintained and updated per the Agency's Personal Property Management Manual.
• Lead in all aspects of the Report of Survey process and efforts as it pertains to be personal property and asset management functions.
• Deploys to all fixed and disaster locations to support personal property and asset management functions and missions.
• Provide personal property administration support to manage contracts and/or acquired procurements and acquisitions.
• Maintains, updates, and maintains data within the disaster Logistics Information System(s).
• Review and analyze local and global reports from disaster site locations that provide logistics management with pertinent information on the availability of FEMA-held equipment, commodities and supplies.
• Establish and monitor adherence to specialized property management procedures and/or mandates in accordance with FEMA Manual 119-7-1 for personal property and assets purchases, leased or otherwise deployed for use by FEMA for disaster and fixed facilities.
• Participates in the development of proposed and revised budget estimates.  Advises supervisor of proposed changes in projected funds requirements.

Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is in or related to the work of the position to be filled.
 
To qualify for GS-12 grade level, you must have one year of specialized experience applying knowledge of inventory management principles and practices necessary to manage, coordinate and lead staff and Personal Property Programs; including demonstrated experience applying principles, practices and techniques to assist in managing a logistics disaster operations or readiness center.

Job Description: This position at the Ft. Detrick location provides engineering and testing support of the Defense Message System (DMS) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).  A set of tools used by DMS for message tracking, system status, and other functions has been developed. Responsibilities: This position is part of a team supporting DISA with DMS support, DTOOLS software development, testing, and user support.  Responsibilities include:
•      Provide on-site technical development, maintenance, and support for the DMS Tools (DTOOLS) web application. 
•         Design, build, implement, and maintain JAVA and JavaScript  code in the Windows, UNIX, and LINUX  environments.

This work requires extensive collaboration, not only with CNO teams in the COCOMs, but  also to facilitate the COCOMs collaboration with other CNO program partners, which include Intelligence Community (IC) elements, other US Government agencies and allied foreign nations to define and coordinate operationally appropriate and effective courses of action (COAs).
  
Duties:
Regularly attend and represent the Division, Directorate, and Command at senior OPT meetings with CNO program partners during which joint CNO program events and activities are defined, planned, and scheduled.
 
Exercises broadly defined delegated authority to participate in negotiations and make commitments on the behalf of the Ops center and the Command as a n actively participating member of OPTs and Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), tasked to ensure that the Command, the COCOM, and other CNO program participants are prepared to execute defined COAs in an efficient, effective, and mutually supportive manner.  Works with professional peers to identify and resolve scheduling and resources allocation issues for planned Joint efforts.
 
In conjunction with COCOM CNO team members and other affected program partners, develops and integrates full spectrum cyber operations COAs into COCOM plans. Facilitates iterative review/refinement of these CONOPs, OPLANs, and strike packages by involved program partners to ensure that CNO programs and plans are fully integrated and capabilities are effectively employed, synchronized, and support COCOM objectives.
 
Applies knowledge of the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP) to document these agreements, and to staff them through affected elements for review/comment/refinement to ensure coherent planning across all echelons.
 
In addition to future planning, also supporting planning for COCOM responses to crisis actions, in which CONOPs and other CNO plans and TTPs may have to be modified and refined on a quick turn-around basis to respond to immediate threats to the GIG.
 
Monitors COCOM crisis action operations to identify situations in which the Command and J35 can support achievement of theater objectives as needed.
 
Clearance:  DOD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) preferred.  TS with SSBI clearance will be considered.  Counter-intelligence polygraph will be required.

RESUME OF DUTIES: Plans and administers a segment of a sports program for a military community.  Responsibilities include team sports programs and activities involving a variety of athletically related recurring and non-recurring activities such as special and intramural events, etc.  Selects and emphasizes competitive sports activities to be offered, both within the required basic program categories and those additional ones possible through available resources and desirable in terms of participant's interests and needs. Duties: POSITION DESCRIPTION
AVIATION AIR/GROUND SAFETY ADVIS
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Aviation Air/Ground Safety Advisor for the RSAF F-15 TSP, the incumbent will:
a. Design, develop, and implement a safety program with emphasis on management, safety technology, human factors, investigation, and prevention and provide a systematic procedure for execution.
b. Design, develop, and implement an aviation mishap prevention program with emphasis on pre-accident planning, airfield surveys, and mishap investigation.
c. Design, develop, and implement an accident prevention program, which includes information collection, analysis, countermeasures, and control.
d. Assist in the planning, organizing, and directing of current and future training by providing safety impact statements on operational activities.
e. Interface with training, operations, maintenance and other support personnel from the RSAS, US Government, and contractors on the entire spectrum of the Air/Ground safety program.
f. assist in the integration of new equipment into the aviation program by providing safety impact assessments.
g. Attend and participate in safety program reviews and briefings in-Kingdom and other locations as directed.
h. Assist in the development and implementation of an on-the-job (OJT) program for officers and enlisted in both aviation and ground safety.
i. Design, develop, and instruct officer and enlisted aviation safety courses. This instruction will include, as appropriate, blocks of instruction on Air/ground safety.
j. Assist as directed, in the investigation of any aviation and ground accidents.
Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
a. A Bachelor of Science degree is desired.
b. Must have at least 5 years of recent aviation safety experience. Three (3) of these years must be at the Air/Ground Safety (or equivalent) or higher level.
c. A minimum of 1000 flight hours in F-15 aircraft is desired.
d. Must be a graduate of the Air force Aviation Safety Officers Course or equivalent course. Graduation from the Safety Program at the University of Southern California is desired.
e. Desire experience as a member of Air/Ground staff at the Safety Center. 
f. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Arabic is desirable

47. Job Title: Veterans Case Worker

Job Summary:
The position is for a caseworker to work in the Congressional Office to facilitate and coordinate responses to a wide range of requests received from constituents.  District caseworkers also help constituents interact with administrative and government agencies by acting as facilitators, ombudsmen and, in some cases, advocates.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent for this position will serve as a facilitator between constituents and federal, state, and local agencies as necessary as a representative of Congressman Scott.  The caseworker will be required to communicate clearly with constituents about what can and cannot be done on their behalf by the congressional office.  The caseworker will be required to learn the laws, regulations and intricacies affecting a constituent’s case as well as the procedures and structure of Congress and the district office regarding casework and employee obligations, as outlined in Representative Scott's Office Handbook and the House of Representative’s Ethics Manual.  Additionally, the employee will be responsible to perform other duties as assigned by the Congressman, Chief of Staff, District Director and other staff members.
 
Requirements:  This program is limited to veterans who have served on active duty since September 11, 2001, have a minimum 30% service connected disability rating from the VA and less than 20 years of service.  High school degree required, some college courses preferred but not required.  Professional education through the U.S. military is highly encouraged.  Excellent communication and organizational skills.  Recent experience with and understanding of the U.S. Military and Department of Veterans’ Affairs structure, procedures, and policies.  Service-oriented, positive attitude, and strong teamwork ability.”

 The Wounded Warrior Program was established to create fellowships that will provide employment opportunities for wounded or disabled veterans within the House of Representatives in Washington, DC and in district offices nationwide.  Those selected for the program will be employed by the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer but will be given the opportunity to work in Member, committee and leadership offices and, if a fit is found, transition into full-time employment.  However, full time employment is not guaranteed at the conclusion of the two year fellowship.

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide reachback and forward-deployed Irregular Warfare analytical support to military forces in Afghanistan and other areas worldwide.
 
The Irregular Warfare Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing to determine and ascertain patterns and methodologies of subjects to support clients requirements and perform irregular warfare analysis to identify key nodes and their relationships. The analyst shall provide expert IWA services and support to JIEDDO. The IWA analytical support shall respond to Requests for Support (RFSs) by conducting operational methodology analysis on insurgent organizations. The IWA analytical support shall employ the "CALEB Analysis Methodology" and proven software tools as developed by the CALEB Spiral I & II Program in data mining, data fusion, perdictive pattern analysis, geo-profiling techniques, temporal analysis, and other evolving techniques and methodologies coupled with the Irregular Warfare Analysis and COIC toolsets shall be applied with an expert understanding of insurgent-based unconventional warfare. The contractor shall exploit open source and classified data bases, reports, and message traffic searches and other sources as required. Must be able to deploy to a hostile environment for four (4) to six (6) months every year to provide analytical support to client.
 
TRAVEL
4 to 6 months OCONUS deployments, Afghanistan and possibly other austere environments.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
10 - 15 years of progressive subject matter expertise

This candidate will be responsible for preparing a Medical Countermeasure Manufacturing Advanced Development Manufacturing (MCM ADM) Risk Management Plan and perform risk management functions to include risk identification, risk assessment, develop mitigation and contingency plans. The contractor will maintain a risk database and will provide weekly reports and make recommendations to the project’s manager.
 
Qualifications
Experience in applying risk management principles in a program is required; experience in applying risk management principles in a medical program is preferred.  BS required.  RMP certification desired.
