L-3 STRATIS is looking for a Critical Web Developer to support a team of technical professionals responsible for Information Technology support to a major military organization located at Mac Dill AFB, FL "This position is contingent upon award"
Functional Responsibility:
Designs and builds web pages using a variety of software applications, techniques and development tools. Develops user interface features, site animation and special effects. Provides technical site maintenance and advice on issues related to animation, search engine techniques, link integrity, navigation, browsers, graphics, and other technical web development. Develops code using HTML, Visual Basic, or other web-based programming languages. Performs functionality and navigation testing. Prepares technical documentation.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance and be deployable.
• Extensive IT experience, including web design and portal experience.
• Broad understanding of information technology principles, concepts and techniques including software languages, design concepts, test methods, and integration practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
• Experience with Systems Architecture Development.
• Extensive knowledge and planning skills in the area of system integration testing, C4I applications and networks such as those employed by HQ USCENTCOM, as described in this Statement of Work.
• Experience with Enterprise-wide Software Applications.
• Experience with software test and evaluation plans for major releases of software or upgrade of existing hardware.
• Collaborate with and assist in the development of security fixes with DISA engineers and development teams.
• Knowledgeable on Web policies stated in OSD Web Site Administration,
• Responsible for implementing security and access controls.
• Ability to analyze requirements and ensure the capture of business processes.
• Experience in Developing software design documents (SDD) for creation of Knowledge Management functions within the Portal environment.
• Experience providing support gathering, documenting, testing, deploying, and marketing of web content.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain web-based application systems.
• Experience in developing, testing, and implementing web parts for the Portal.
• Highly experienced using the following program languages: C, SQL, ASP, .NET, VB and JAVA scripts.

• Understand and recommend configuration management changes that will enhance system performance.

• Experience working in a government/DoD environment highly desirable.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP and dynamic HTML; experience with .net and Team Foundation.
• Experience in MOSS, including installation and configuration.
• Superior knowledge of current web-design trends and techniques, a strong online portfolio displaying user-centered design, and experience with web database solutions definite assets.

Description: The purpose of this position is to support an Air Force Reserve Command Facilities’ Program (AFRC) in HQ AFRC/A7P, Robins AFB, GA. Desired experience and qualifications are listed below. Position Overview:

33. Collection and Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME) (Afghanistan)
Background:
Contractor Team shall provide strategic direction, develop, train, and advise the MoD Intelligence and GSG2 Staff, the Department for Intelligence Policy, the Intelligence Training Center (ITC), and the Defense Security Service (DSS) in the following functional areas: Staff Development, All Source Intelligence, HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, Information Management and Intelligence Requirements, DSS, and GEOINT.

Minimum Qualifications:
This is a mid to senior level mentoring / advising position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HUMINT collection and analysis. We are looking for a former military Major; CW3/4; E8 / E9 or government civilian equivalent.
Candidate must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for overseas deployment in accordance with current DoD regulations. Must possess a fitness level appropriate to performing work in a field environment and current medical exam completed within the past 12 months. Must have been tested and present proof of a negative HIV test result performed within six months of deployment. Dental and medical readiness must be up to date and candidate must maintain a current US Passport.

34. Facility Security Officer (FSO)(Arlington VA)(TS)
The Facility Security Officer (FSO) will provide expertise, guidance and advice to executive management as required, concerning all security administrative functions in support of a National Intelligence Security Program (NISP). Functions include the processing of personnel security clearances via the E-QIP system, record maintenance, understanding of the intelligence community and access requests, administering security awareness training programs and preparing visit requests. FSO duties are primary (75%); however, FSO will also serve as Program Specialist (25%). FSO’s direct report will be the Company Programs Manager.
This position requires independent judgment and discretion, as well as the identification, analysis and resolution of security-related matters. The successful candidate will provide support for all security functions in accordance with our company’s Special Security Agreement (SSA) and NISPOM to include managing approximately 30 PCLs associated with collateral programs. The candidate will have knowledge of and experience working with DSS on Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) issues. Daily duties will include inducting new employee briefings, exit interviews and debriefings, investigating and reporting security violations, incident reports, coordination of periodic reinvestigations, review of DD254 forms, processing visit request and contact reports. Annual duties include preparing refresher training, self-inspections and DSS audits.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Reviews all security paperwork for accuracy, completion and submission via the EQIP system.
2. Provides guidance and instruction to employees to ensure completion of security paperwork.
3. Establishes and maintains a working relationship with DSS in filing necessary clearance paperwork for new employees and periodic reviews for current employees.
4. Maintains a working relationship with each contract’s security office for processing and maintaining employee clearances.
5. Responsible for compliance of current SSA agreement with DSS.
6. Writes security policies/procedures and prepares written reports of surveys and inspections.
7. Maintains all security documentation and files in accordance with DSS requirements.
8. Prepares necessary paperwork in support of a DSS investigation or annual visit and meets with DSS representative upon request.
9. Facilitate quarterly GSC meetings
10. Program related duties such as recruiting and new employee on-boarding.
Required Education/Skills:
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of specialized experience.

• Must be aware of present day security issues.
• Preferred in-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and experience with DSS.

Job Description: Services, repairs and overhauls aircraft to ensure
airworthiness. Removes/installs canopies, ejection seats, performs periodic
maintenance of all cockpit egress and life support systems of moderate
difficulty, such as seats, canopies, CADs, heating/cooling systems,
utilizing hand tools. Reads and interprets manufacturer's publications,
maintenance manuals, service bulletins and other specifications to determine
feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged
components. inspects airframe components for cracks and other damage.
Troubleshoot, remove, replace and repair egress and life support system
components. Performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft systems. As
directed by site operations and site management, be certified as a CDl.
Shall be able to correctly prioritize workload to maintain schedules and
maintenance standards on assigned projects.
Minimum requirements: Minimum 60 months Organizational level aircraft
maintenance support experience. Must have completed the US Navy/USMC AME "A"
School and the Organizational Level F/A-18 E/F Navy Class "C" school in
egress and life support systems repair or USMC/USCG equivalent. Must have
completed USN/USMC/USCG Basic Aviation Corrosion Control training. Must have
a minimum of 36 months experience in F/A-18 E/F Organizational Level Seat
Shop maintenance. 24 of the 36 months F/A-18 E/F experience within the last
24 months is strongly preferred. High School graduate or equivalent. Must

Must lead a team of 15+/-5 personnel in supporting a set of operational systems. On-call support outside of normal business hours is required 24/7/365 within 1 hour. • Provides recommendations on replacements of COTS products and legacy hardware recapitalization while addressing the functional analysis, trade studies, interface requirements, and customer requirements.
• Provide recommendations to the customer on the impact of policies and directives on the respective systems.
• Maintain continuity with associated Agency strategic plans and architectures.
• Provide recommendations and system impact statements in response to world crisis events, technical innovations, and changes in the operational environment.
Education and pluses:
• An advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or related information technology discipline is strongly preferred. Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in one of the above disciplines required (any exception to this requirement will necessitate customer approval of equivalency).
• Strong software background to include experience with various operating systems (e.g., Unix, RedHat Linux ES), networks equipment (e.g., CISCO switches), databases (e.g., Oracle DB 10g Enterprise Edition), and software languages (e.g., Java, C++, C#).
• Interest in and/or exposure to Cloud Computing and Streams Processing.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
To provide efficient and effective scheduling support to Holloman AFB RPA squadrons.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Vocational or other post-high school training.
Training and Experience: Ability to prioritize conflicting requests. Experience working in a dynamic high stress environment. Familiarity with aircraft and weapon system scheduling DESIRED. Prior operational scheduling DESIRED.
General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.
Computer Skills: Familiarity with normal government software and hardware. Familiarity with FAX and email. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, and Power Point. Access a plus.
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a security clearance of Secret or above.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop student academic schedule in accordance with current MQ-1 or MQ-9 syllabus.
• Generate daily flight schedule composed of Active Duty, Reserve and Contractor Personnel.
• Coordinate with L-3 Communications on PMAT usage requirements for MQ-1/9
• Update academics/flights/simulator events in the Crew Training Operations Management System (CTOMS).
• De-conflict range and airspace usage with base agencies; coordinate take-off and landing times.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel on aircraft configuration for daily flight operations.
• Update appointments, vacations, and instructor availability in CTOMS.
• Brief new classes on scheduling issues.
• Update Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and Center Scheduling Enterprises (CSE) with projected airspace.
• Review CSE for daily airspace restrictions; provide recommendation to unit leadership on flight window.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
