The ideal candidate must have extensive technical and practical knowledge, and experience as an Engineering Technician in DoD construction environments with sound understanding of engineering concepts, principles and practices applicable to civil, mechanical, electrical, and/or environmental engineering concerned with the design, layout, and supervision of construction operations.

Engineering Technician responsibilities will include:
Maintaining extensive, daily contact with key contractor representatives to promote an atmosphere of partnering and cooperation and to quickly resolve problems and maintain construction schedule.
Coordinating temporary utility and communication hook-ups for contractor, lay-down area and storage areas, utility outages and road closures, excavation, hot work, burn and other construction-related permits.
Acting as main point of contact for daily interface/coordination in the field and assisting with coordination of warranty work, investigation of potential latent defects, installing cores, key facility, and coordinating facility system training for owner/occupants.
For both design-bid-build and design-build projects, reviewing pre-final contract drawings and specifications and performing on-site visits to review constructability and compatibility with actual field conditions.
During design development and constructability review, provide technical knowledge of local conditions including availability of construction materials and skilled labor. For problems found, make solution recommendations for designer consideration.
Supporting the review/approval of all government approved technical and administrative submittals including but not limited to the schedule of prices, contractor's base line critical path schedule, accident prevention plan, activity hazard analyses, safety and health plan, quality control plan, test plans/reports, performance verification tests of major systems, etc.
Investigating engineering problems that may arise on construction contracts, such as unforeseen conditions, contractor requests for information (RFls), and dimension conflicts then making recommendations for solutions to the CM.
Supporting preliminary scheduling meeting and review 3-week look ahead schedules and reviewing updates of the base line schedule with the CM to determine if contractor is ahead, on or behind. Reviewing the critical activities to ensure the work on the construction contract remains focused on completion in the most reasonable time.
Reviewing contractor invoices for accuracy against actual work-in-place and recommend approval/disapproval/partial payment to CM. Assuring environmental compliance by contractor and coordinate EPA jobsite visits when required. Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of as-built drawings and when applicable, coordinate with CM and recommend issuance of non-compliance notice to contractor.
Arranging and coordinating pre-final and final acceptance inspections, tracking completion of punch list items and supporting the close-out.
Performing worksite safety assessments, coordinating OSHA jobsite visits, reporting of contractor significant incidences/near misses, mishap investigations and the preparation of the report.
Providing overall coordination of the construction quality management program and maintaining working knowledge of the requirements set forth in NAVFAC BMS as
it pertains to Construction Quality Management.
Coordinating support to review and witness successful testing and commissioning/certification of critical systems. Assuring quality workmanship in accordance with specifications and industry standards on building materials/structural systems as required.

Analyze exercise and training objectives, as determined during the Joint Event Life Cycle training process and events. These MSEL events/conferences will be conducted as part of the JELC process and the MSEL manager will orchestrate all aspects of these events, during the JELC process in coordination with the Exercise Lead Planner. Conduct JMSEL training. In coordination with the Intelligence Planner, establish and maintain the AFSOC MSEL database. During exercise execution, perform duties in the Joint Exercise Control Group (JECG) as scenario manager and MSEL Coordinator/Tracker. Ensure SOF events occur on schedule, accurately portray the SOF scenario, and enhance the JFC Battle Staff’s understanding of SOF roles in attaining operational goals. Senior Irregular Warfare Analyst

The Senior Irregular Warfare Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing information to determine and ascertain patterns and methodologies of subjects to support requirements. They will perform irregular warfare analysis to identify possible key nodes and their relationships. They will identify resources required for each subject amd provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Senior Irregular Warfare Analyst must be able to deploy to a hostile environment for four (4) to six (6) months every year to provide analytical support to client.
Duty Description:
Respond to Requests for Support (RFS) by conducting operational methodology analysis
Employ the "CALEB Analysis Methodology" and other proven software tools as developed by the CALEB Spiral I & II Program in data mining, data fusion, predictive pattern analysis, geo-profiling techniques, temporal analysis, and other evolving techniques
Exploit open source and classified data bases, reports, and message traffic searches and other sources as required
Systematically identify and analyze cells and networks germane to or associated with the financing, construction, and employment of IEDs and various other weapons and explosives, as well as the purveyors of such material
Identify commercial value chain chokepoints, exchange mechanisms, and vulnerabilities at which SOF can monitor, disrupt, and neutralize VEN’s manipulation of the legal value chain
Analyze data that informs of the existence, organization, and operation of networks including data that provides insight into technical, tactical, operational and strategic capabilities
Provide predictive analysis specific to likely evolutions in adversary TTPs and operations. Develop the IW analysis based upon a combination of assessing past trends and adaptations and factoring in current adversary intent, constraints, capabilities, and likely targets at an operational level
Apply insurgent and unconventional methodologies developed under the CALEB Spiral I & II program to prepare lessons learned from the adversary point of view and past precedents
Develop concepts of operations and courses of action representative of adversary activity
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of experience performing Irregular Warfare analysis
At least 3 years of experience in a position of authority
Demonstrated analytical experience at the operational or strategic level
Prior experience in 18F, 18Z or 180A MOS, ASOT level II highly desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Description
Job Summary
Work as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Participate in group discussions including unit meetings, job briefings, safety meetings or process reviews
• Remove and replace track and track components (e.g. ties, rails, bars, etc.)
• Replace or repair track switches with specific components
• Slide and align tie plates
• Drill holes through rails for insertion of bolts and tighten or loosen bolts at joints that hold ends or rails together
• Correct deviations in track surface, alignment and gauge
• Cut rails to specific lengths
• Receive instructions, requests, orders, and information from posted bulletins, memorandums, rules and regulation manuals
• Adjust, lift and roll rails
• Sort track material for loading and unloading
• Install and repair street and railroad crossings
• Cut brush and vegetation from the right-of-way
• Spray switches, angle bars and joints with oil for lubrication

You will attend three weeks of training at the Railroad Education & Development Institute in Atlanta, GA. CSX will pay for travel, lodging and meals as required by collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma/GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
• Outside work experience (e.g. construction, heavy equipment operation, farming, landscaping)
• Welding experience
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Basic Competencies
• Verbal comprehension (Understand oral and written communications--both general and technical)
• Communication skills (provide clear instructions/directions)
• Reasoning skills (problem solving and troubleshooting skills)

Physical Requirements
• Heavy Work, lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally and up to 85 pounds on a rare basis
• Stoop/bend/kneel/crouch/balance/climb on an occasional basis
• Exposure to equipment that intensifies the heat factor on an occasional basis
• Demonstrate auditory and visual acuity/tracking/inspection
Employment Conditions

• Must pass a post-offer medical examination including drug (hair/urine), pulmonary function test, physical capabilities test which entails a 1.5 hr strength and cardiovascular fitness test. You will be required to travel up to 4 hours to a testing center at your expense. If you are selected for this position, you will be required to supply up to a 1 ½ inch hair sample at the time of your medical appointment. Failure to supply an adequate hair sample will result in your offer being rescinded. Additionally, depending on your medical history/exam results, you may be asked to provide additional medical documentation as a part of the post offer medical exam process.

Walsingham Group, Inc. a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, is seeking a Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) Requirements Collection Specialist and Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) Requirements Collection Manager to support the CJ2 in Afghanistan.
Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) Requirements Collection Specialist:
Works in the ISAF/USFOR-A and other commands’ CJ2 ISR Division. The MASINT Requirements Collection Manager shall assist MASINT collection requirements and ensures all MASINT products are properly disseminated within the ATO. This individual shall monitor various systems for newly nominated requirements, validates, and tasks them to the appropriate MASINT Sensor. This person shall develop training material as required to support ISR analysts and staff members on all aspects of MASINT ISR mission.
Requirements:
This position requires a minimum of 5 years MASINT operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required. Background in MASINT techniques and applications are preferred. The candidate shall be proficient in utilizing MASINT sensors to collect intelligence. Candidates with unattended ground sensor and multi-spectral/hyper-spectral imagery experience is preferred. An extensive MASINT background either in the military or DoD civilian/joint service equivalents is desired. The contractor shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and intelligence related automation. The candidate shall have knowledge and familiarity of systems such as Falconview and C2PC and experience with Intelligence Community systems, mission applications, and communications capabilities within INTELINK, JWICS, and SIPRNET. The candidate shall possess strong writing skills and be capable of effectively operating as a member of a MASINT team. The contractor shall possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of MASINT reporting and requirements. This position requires a current Top Secret/SCI clearance.
