Responsibilities-Intelligence Targeting Specialist: Supports to ISAF/USFOR-A, IJC and/or RC CJ2 umbrella organization. Supports maintenance of ISAF Joint Effects List (JEL), No Strike List (NSL), Restricted Target List (RTL) and Joint Prioritized Effects List (JPEL); and synchronization of joint/coalition targeting effort and all assets, lethal and non-lethal. Coordination with ISAF/USFOR-A, IJC and RC intelligence staffs pursuant to deliberate and dynamic targeting processes is required. Serves tactical and operational intelligence targeting subject matter expert to the Targeting Cell. Supports ISAF for select kinetic strikes on key al-Qaida, Taliban and Insurgent personalities and select non-kinetic actions on malign actors within the ATO. Responsible for synchronization of intelligence efforts for ISAF/USFOR-A, both lethal and non-lethal. Responsible for maintaining intelligence/situational awareness of all operations and disposition of Coalition Forces in support of ISAF/USFOR-A. Responsible for intelligence preparation of the battlefield, maintaining a thorough knowledge of all plans, orders, force capabilities and operations in CJOA-A in order to provide recommendations and updates to the Chief of Operations, the J3 and the Commander. Supports information dissemination of targeting packages and products throughout the CJOA-A. Attends Joint Targeting Working Group (JTWG), Joint Targeting Board (JTB) and other related meetings.
Qualifications-Intelligence Targeting Specialist: Requires minimum of three years intelligence targeting operational experience with DoD or equivalent government agencies. Background in DoD or service kinetic/non-kinetic target intelligence planning, development, execution and assessment preferred. Familiarity with target list development, management and assessment preferred. Must have thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities and applications. Knowledge of communication and dissemination architectures is desired. Previous joint experience preferred. Must be proficient using basic computer applications, to include Microsoft Office, and intelligence related automation, to include Falconview, C2PC and experience with Intelligence Community Collection management systems (e.g., Coliseum) mission applications, and communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNET (e.g., MIRC, Jabber Chat etc.). Reviews summaries on the daily Intelligence products for situational awareness; conduct research on all areas of operation and possesses a solid awareness level of an operational area prior to mission execution.
Qualifications- Senior SIGINT Specialist. Requires 10 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with five years at the operational level. Must be knowledgeable of Army/Joint SIGINT procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, RT-RG, NSANet and associated SIGINT databases/search engines. Must be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. Must possess strong briefing skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.

L3 STRATIS has an outstanding opportunity for a IT Project Manager. This position is in support of our client at Ft Bragg, NC. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for providing business, technical, and personnel management for the implementation and operations and maintenance of the customers IT system.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both internal and external executive leadership. The successful candidate must have experience in overseeing the management and supervision of a minimum of 5 personnel.
Specifically, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and supervising activities for the implementation of the numerous major and minor programs supporting our client at Ft Bragg. The Project manager will be the interface between the customer, higher headquarters, and higher corporate management and provide input into the management activities within their project. Daily activities include but are not limited to; managing project schedules, full understanding of the software, finances, hiring qualified staff members, coordinating operational activities with external and internal L3 or government groups, and handling personnel issues as needed.
They will be responsible for ensuring that their personnel receive adequate guidance and direction for performing their daily tasks. Additionally, the project manager will be responsible for supporting the technical and management component of all phases of business pursuit of conceptualization and initial technical presentations, to supporting opportunity qualification to providing solution support in proposals. Orchestrate and oversee technical reviews, product research, and cost analysis of IT products, services, concepts, and ideas as directed and recommend technical solutions that improve integrated IT efficiencies and performance. In addition, the candidate will ensure all technical assessments are completed in a timely manner.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5-7 years of related experience required in a healthcare environment. Four-year Bachelor's degree required. Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience preferred.
LICENSES and CERTIFICATIONS: Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) required AND/OR Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP) required. Aerial SIGINT Specialist
Conducts support to aerial SIGINT collection operations and employs a ground station to remotely control airborne collection systems performing collection and geolocation. Ground SIGINT Specialist

18. ITMO Portal Share Point Developer, US Special Operations Command, Tampa, Florida, 2 Positions
Succeed to Lead, LLC has the following requirement for 2 Share Point Developers. Candidates must be Cleared at the Secret Level. The positions are 6 months in length and the start date is on or about 1 September.
The objective of this support is to provide services in developing the J61 Information Technology Management Office (ITMO) Portal and dashboards for the effective management of Information Technology Service Delivery (ITSD).
The J61 ITMO is charged with managing the processes and service contracts associated with providing Information Technology services to the Command. The purpose is to develop the portal and dashboards that will be used to manage the processes and deliverables for overall Service Level Management (SLM), Performance Monitoring, and associated contractual requirements like Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) reporting. The J61 ITMO Portal will provide a structured environment for Government and contractor personnel responsible for executing the processes, ITMO personnel responsible for managing the process, as well as real time status for senior level managers.
The Consultant shall:
The consultants shall design and implement a portal dashboard to automate the effective management of ITSD. This site will contain all of the processes and procedures used in ITSD along with defined roles and responsibilities. The associated dashboard will allow ITMO personnel to manage the content as well as all IT support personnel and customers access to view the process for managing IT.
The contractor shall design and implement a portal dashboard to automate the effective management of SLM. This site will contain the performance data associated with all of the IT contracts providing ITSD. The site will be used to automate the tracking of contract Service Level Agreements (SLA) and their associated performance levels. This site will also automate the processes for Service Improvement Plans, Value Engineering Change Proposals, Customer Feedback, and Contract Discrepancy Reports. The associated dashboards will allow ITMO personnel to manage the content as well as all IT support personnel and customers access to view the process for managing IT.
Performance Monitor Dashboard. The contractor shall design and implement a portal dashboard to automate the effective management of SLAs. The Performance Monitor dashboard will pull live data from the existing monitoring tools to display real time performance data compared to established targets in the contract SLAs. This dashboard will automate the process for contractors to submit their required metrics as well as the Government performance monitors monthly reports. This site will formalize the methods and processes used by ITMO and SORDAC-KS and provide the required information for senior managers to make informed award/incentive determinations for all IT service contracts.

Mission/ Responsibility:
Analyst will work as a member of the Army’s Regional Computer Emergency Response Team – SWA at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Will work
as a Senior Operations Analyst and will perform CERT operations to include triage, incident handling, vulnerability scans and log
analysis. Candidate should be familiar with Intrusion Detection Systems, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, the Army IAVM program, anti-
virus software and cyber security management. Review network traffic, and router logs along with open source information to determine
the threats against the customer, as well as appropriate countermeasures, and damage assessment. Participate in internal research and
development efforts aimed at evaluating new tools, analyzing exploits and countermeasures, and developing new security solutions and
strategies. Perform other duties as assigned by the customer or the corporate management chain.
Requirements:
6 years of experience in fields related to the duties and responsibilities as noted - BSCS or related degree preferred but not required. Proven knowledge of Information Systems (and associated weaknesses. GSEC, SSCP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, or CISSP certifications desired. Proven ability to research, analyze and make recommendations on complex multifaceted problems. Ability to speak effectively before groups of government and contractor personnel.
Travel into hazardous areas may be required.
SANS GSEC, MCSE, CCNA or CISSP certifications desired. Shift work required, less than 25% travel.
Top Secret SCI clearance is required.

This position will serve as an Experimentation Certification and
Accreditation Manager to multiple projects and provide guidance on

POSITION SUMMARY
The Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis of system issues based on
continuous testing of user-facing applications to ensure minimal downtime.
The analyst will follow standard testing procedures on a daily basis to

F. Engineer IV/ GCS Systems Engineer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general directions with limited review, this position supports the GCS
Project Engineering Team performing system level design of the Ground
Control Stations (GCS) for GA-ASI UAV system. Develop new designs or
modifications of existing systems as required to meet project goals.
Assignments are normally outlined in terms of overall objectives and
anticipated results. Work is reviewed at milestones or at completion.
Applicant needs to be self-motivated, requiring minimal supervision. Review
Statements of work (SOW) and define Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) project
tasks and responsibilities Work with other GCS team members to define system
design requirements. Work with other groups such as Software Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering and Program Management personnel to facilitate task
completion. Oversee sustaining engineering tasks and work closely with
manufacturing on the integration of new and existing GCS assemblies and
sub-assemblies. Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair systems in assigned area
by utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles. Working with
drafters and other engineering support organizations, produce documentation
such as engineering drawings, source control drawings, system
specifications, and test procedures. Provides documentation and makes
technical presentations as required. May represent the organization as the
prime technical contact on small contracts or single component projects.
Provides direction to design or technical staff and may lead a team of
moderately experienced professional staff. Responsible for observing all
laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever

Job Description:
Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches of part to determine machining
to be done, dimensional specifications, set up, and operation requirements.
Mount work piece between centers, in chuck or the faceplate. Select and
install tooling in tool posts, turrets or indexing heads, and automatic tool
change magazine, in sequence specified on process sheet. Observe numerical
displays on control panel and compare with data on process sheet to verify
dimensional adjustments, feed rates, and speeds of machining cuts. Turn
dials and switches to override control and correct machine performance.
Inspect first run piece and spot check succeeding pieces for conformance to
specifications. Study job packet and organize materials for next run during
automatic controlled cycles to shorten changeover time. Set up and operate
another machine tool during controlled machining cycles. All other duties as
assigned. Be cognizant of Company's ISO 9001-2008 QMS Policy and procedures;
their relevance and importance in daily activities and strive to continually

As an Accounting Technician (OA), you will:
• Perform detailed review, monitoring, record maintenance, and document/data processing work relative to an extraordinary high volume of travel authorizations, travel vouchers for CDP staff members and responder students, and payment vouchers for contractors and vendors that provide services to the CDP. Receive a variety of travel authorizations and vouchers with responsibility for examination and verification of documents ensuring completeness and accuracy of all information.
• Assign document control numbers and maintain the accurate automates log of all transactions. Review, analyze and monitor transactions with discrepancies, determine cause of discrepancy and corrective action to be taken. Provide thorough review of all documents assuring they are authorized in accordance with regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and advice on travel related issues. Assist all activities in the interpretation of governmental travel requirements. Advise travelers/activities of problem areas and renders assistance to resolve these problems. Performance of these functions requires a knowledge of CDP and DHS accounting systems.
• Be responsible for entering data into automated financial system in the commitment of Government funds for travel and providing comprehensive review of system data.
• Maintain a commitment log for current and prior years travel. Perform recurring reconciliation of the commitment log against actual dollars obligates annotating all adjustments on log and in the automated financial system. In conjunction with the CDP operating accountant perform reconciliation of log and automate system against obligation printout. Review monthly reconciliation/error report and makes adjusting entries to the log and automated system.

In this position the incumbent will serve as a senior manager, policy advisor and executive staff official for implementing the National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF). The primary function will be to serve as Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator (FDRC) and principal staff advisor to the Federal Coordinating Officer (FCO) on all recovery issues as they relate to the overall mission of FEMA during disaster recovery operations.
DUTIES:
• Representing the FEMA Regional Administrator, the incumbent develops and implements a strategically managed program to coordinate and guide disaster recovery support activities and to promote partnerships between the federal government and stakeholders at the tribal state and local levels.
• Promotes development and maintenance of partnerships between the Federal government and stakeholders at the State, Tribal and local levels, both pre and post disaster levels.
• Provides assistance to Federal departments and agencies, state, Tribal and local governments for the development of pre-disaster recovery organizations, capabilities and processes.

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency, (FEMA), Office of the Regional Administrator, Region III in Philadelphia PA. In this position the incumbent will serve as a senior manager, policy advisor and executive staff official for implementing the National Disaster Recovery Framework (NDRF). The primary function will be to serve as Federal Disaster Recovery Coordinator (FDRC) and principal staff advisor to the Federal Coordinating Officer (FCO) on all recovery issues as they relate to the overall mission of FEMA during disaster recovery operations.
DUTIES:
• Representing the FEMA Regional Administrator, the incumbent develops and implements a strategically managed program to coordinate and guide disaster recovery support activities and to promote partnerships between the federal government and stakeholders at the tribal state and local levels.
• Promotes development and maintenance of partnerships between the Federal government and stakeholders at the State, Tribal and local levels, both pre and post disaster levels.
• Provides assistance to Federal departments and agencies, state, Tribal and local governments for the development of pre-disaster recovery organizations, capabilities and processes.
• Promotes inclusiveness in recovery activities to ensure resources are maximized. Manages external relations to communicate the availability of assistance to applicants, elected officials and the general public; establishes links with the media and elected officials.
• Serves as a principal advisor to the FCO on the coordination of disaster recovery field operations.
• Monitors disaster recovery operations to track and measure progress; identifies critical areas of concern; facilitates solutions to address resource needs, conflicts, and/or overlaps and potential delays in assistance.

You qualify for this position at the GS-15 level if you possess the following:
One full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 in the Federal Government. Specialized experience is described as experience managing and facilitating whole community disaster recovery and redevelopment support and coordination and collaboration between the Federal interagency and State, Tribal and local governments, the private sector and voluntary, faith-based and community organizations in large and complex disasters.

TekPartners Government Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, based out of Herndon, VA, is in needof TS/SCI cleared Admissions Specialists, Department of Enrollments and Student Services in Washington, DC.
Description:
Serve as an Admissions Specialist within the Department of Enrollments and Students Services. Advertise, recruit, screen and admit highly qualified candidates for NIU degree and certificate programs in the NCR and abroad. Assist enrollments staff with department mission tasks including data entry, copying, filing, faxing, mailing letters and packages, creation of student files, verification of information on NIU website and e-mailing prospective students.
Specific tasks include but not limited to:
• Counsel prospective students on NIU admissions policies and procedures.
• Evaluate undergraduate credits for transfer into degree completion programs.
• Working in conjunction with Academic Center Directors, responsible for recruitment and admissions activities relating to NIU’s European Academic Center (Molesworth UK), Southeastern US Academic Center (Tampa, FL), and certificate programs in PACOM (California and Hawaii). Frequent travel to Centers and sites is required.
• Responsible for recruitment and admissions activities related to certificates in the NCR and, in conjunction with NIU Admissions Officer, will provide recruitment, advertising and screening support to admissions activities related to other NIU programs as required.
• Use the Jenzabar Student Information Management System to track candidates, provide reports and prepare briefings for leadership.
• Prepare admissions packages for screening by Faculty Admissions Committee, attend and facilitate Admissions Committee meetings as a non-voting member.
• Accurately and efficiently scan and index student and academic records using the Jenzabar Student Information Management System and the Feith Document Imaging Software in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in the preparation for and execution of NIU events such as Graduation, Convocation, Orientation, Outreach Day, Board of Visitors’ meetings, and recruiting events.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of admissions experience in a regionally accredited IHL
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to operate independently
• Strong time management skills; excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written); effective people skills
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite
Additional Required Qualifications:
• Experience using a student information management system, Jenzabar highly preferred
Education Requirements:
• Graduate degree earned at a regionally accredited IHL
Clearance:
• TS/SCI is required; background investigations should be no greater than 4 years old.
• Must be willing to take and pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph
• Current DIA-issued TS/SCI clearance is preferred/highly desirable
Place of Performance:
