The Dominion Generation business unit seeks a highly-motivated first line supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of the Virginia City Hybrid Energy Center. Virginia City Hybrid Energy Center is a new coal and wood waste-fired power station located in the beautiful mountains of southwest Virginia (near St. Paul, VA). With a net generating capacity of 585 MW, the station provides electricity to power about 146,000 homes and is one of the cleanest coal fired power stations in the country! The successful candidate will direct employees in the production department at Virginia City Hybrid Energy Center, a conventional steam generating facility consisting of two sub-critical, single reheat Circulating Fluidized Bed boilers with an SNCR and an air quality control system, one reheat condensing steam turbine, and an air-cooled condenser. The successful candidate will be able to perform the duties noted below in accordance with applicable codes and regulatory requirements: 1) Oversee a production team at the station; 2) Ensure the station is operated safely and reliably in accordance with all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations; 3) Support training and qualification program; 4) Act as the liaison for the station with the Market Operations Center, System Operations Center, and Fossil & Hydro Operations Support; 5) Provide operational and technical advice to management; 6) Lead and mentor production employees; 7) Complete production qualification program; 8) Provide leadership in the implementation of policies, procedures, and work methods; 9) Coordinate operational activities with other departments at the station; 10) Ensure equipment is maintained and available; 11) Perform other duties as requested or assigned. The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and the friendly communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating them. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for information, conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, as well as fuse and prioritize multiple intelligence disciplines and operational capabilities to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.

REQUIREMENTS

The Senior Logistics Planner will coordinate program management functions, generate, update, and report required documentation, provide logistics support to the AFSB, and assist in program management over site.
Provide a variety of logistics tasks such as supply support, configuration management, and
data management in support of components, equipment, and/or systems. Coordinate and may
supervise efforts of ILS team.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Review drawings. Research databases to determine technical documentation requirements; reliability, maintainability, and availability; life cycle impacts; source issues; and configuration impacts.
2. Perform inventory management, cataloging, warehouse management, material coordination, data entry, and property control in support of various supply activities and/or equipment installations. May assist technicians with equipment installations.
3. Develop, execute, maintain reviews and comments on logistics support plans,
policies, procedures and similar data. Recommend improvements to enhance the process.
4. Support maintenance planning systems; perform maintenance planning tasks.
5. Identifies specific procedures or processes that could be modified in order to increase
efficiencies or quality.
6. Demonstrates development and application of new systems, processes, or techniques that contribute to the achievement of business area goals
7. Applies knowledge of procedures and systems to a broad range of basic issues. May require knowledge of specialized processes or technical skills.
