Typical work assignments include: • Supervises a group of employees performing work at the GS-9 through GS-12 level. Performs the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised. • Evaluates the quality of customer service provided by the Recovery Directorate to both external and internal customers and develops major organizational proposals involving extensive analysis prior to recommending changes in workforce distribution, positions, or functional responsibility. • Provides expert analysis and evaluations to management that encompass programmatic milestones, schedules, budgetary resource planning and execution required for effective management, operations and decision making in support of Customer Satisfaction Analysis programs. • Designs and develops customer satisfaction survey instruments, reports and analysis for management officials at all levels within the Agency. Provides interpretations of data that point out trends, identify deviations from standards and/or plans, project data in to the future. • Communicates and anticipates challenges related to survey design, data collection and project deliverables. Specialized experience is described as experience in successfully providing day-to-day supervision to a diverse staff that is responsible for agency customer satisfaction survey programs, including questionnaire design, analysis, and reports.
