1. NBS Enterprises is in need of a Unit Service Coordinator for Fort
Gordon, Georgia.
Contractor personnel shall use proper English grammar and ACS program
vocabulary in writing procedures and information statements, as well
as, explaining procedures to individuals outside the organization.
Contractor shall have the ability to understand the organization’s
filing system, purpose, and content of files and to retrieve
information from the files, and generate reports. Contractor shall
have familiarity with established ACS guidelines, instructions, and
accepted practices. A minimum of two years experience working with a
military or civilian social service agency is preferred. The
contractor shall furnish to the Contracting Officer resumes of each
service employee to perform the work on this contract. Service
employees shall be physically able to perform requirements. Current
Unit Service Coordinator shall have the first right of refusal.
Unit Service Coordinator.
1. Serve as an alternate Point of Contact for deployment support
operations within Army Community Service Mobilization and Deployment
Readiness Program.
2. Conduct training and education that supports Families, builds
coping skills, and eases the trauma of separation due to deployment
for the direct purpose of improving the quality of life for Soldiers
and their Families.
3. Refer Soldiers and Families, as appropriate, for more specialized
assistance. Specific areas of interest are family readiness
processing (financial preparedness, personal preparedness, i.e.,
powers of attorney, Wills, DEERS enrollment, identification cards,
emergency childcare contingency planning, TRICARE support, etc.)
4. Assist with identification of at-risk families through review of
Family Assistance Information Sheets during Soldier Readiness Process
(SRP) and participation in unit command and staff briefings and
provide information and support as needed.
5. Ensure confidentiality of all records, actions, and conversations.
Enter data in the Army Community Service Client Tracking System (CTS)
within 24 hrs of accessing or working with a service member or family
member. Inform the Mobilization and Deployment Program Manager or
designee within two hours of a high profile case.
6. Develop and maintain up-to-date roster of all commanders, rear
detachment commanders, first sergeants, family readiness group
leaders, family readiness support assistants, family program
assistants (RC) and family readiness liaisons.
7. Attend staff meetings and complete required written correspondence,
maintain class rosters, lesson plans, class critiques, activities
reports, statistical reports and perform other administrative duties
as required by the Mobilization and Deployment Readiness Program.
8. Participate in exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of Family
Assistance Center/Shelter operations at on and off post locations in
response to emergencies.
9. Serve as Unit Service Coordinator (USC), providing information and
referral support services as requested. Prominently display and
maintain brochures of all ACS Programs and appropriate installation
information in work area for distribution to Soldiers and Families.
10. Refer families to www.armyonesource.com as the single portal for
up-to date and accurate information on family programs or toll free
number for answers to questions, discuss concerns or counseling
referrals; and geographically separated family members to contact
their Soldier’s unit through the Virtual Family Readiness Group (vFRG)

Job Description:
Assist DPW Engineering Division personnel by conducting on site inspections to ensure work is done to designed standards and reporting the results of those inspections to the Engineering Division. Oversee all Quality Assurance and Safety programs, processes and resources associated with a complex military aircraft maintenance and modification activity in an ISO9001:2008 and AS9100-certified environment. Supervise quality assurance personnel including union Technical Inspectors. Act as primary interface with Government Flight Representative (GFR), and ensure strict compliance with Ground and Flight Operating Procedures under AR95-20. Ensure current status is maintained for all Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) forms, log records, and reports applicable to ground support and aircraft equipment operated and serviced under current contracts as prescribed in applicable publications, service guidelines and in accordance with DI-MNTY-81067 Exhibit A, Logbook and Records, Aircraft and Aeronautical Equipment. Manage Environment, Health & Occupational Safety processes to mitigate aviation and personnel injury risks and strictly comply with OSHA and company policies. Develop and direct employee technical, quality, and safety training.
Direct quality assurance and union technical inspector personnel. Plan, conduct, and direct research and/or development work on complex quality projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches.
