Supervise and manage program activities in multiple disciplines covering technical and/or non-technical areas. Such areas include engineering design, development, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of diverse integrated electronic and mechanical systems; operations research; asset management, and program documentation.

Oversee programs providing multi-disciplinary engineering analysis and support in the design, development, implementation, operation and maintenance of diverse systems. URS Corporation is now hiring for qualified Aircraft General Repair Mechanics in support of maintenance operations at Elizabeth City, NC.
High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum three (3) years actual and recent depot level aircraft general repair maintenance/modification experience is required. Must have completed military aviation maintenance training or maintenance technical school curriculum or possess an FAA issued A&P license. Prior experience with U.S. Coast Guard general repair maintenance operations on rotary aircraft (UH-60) highly preferred. Knowledge and use of special tools/equipment required to perform assigned maintenance tasks is mandatory. Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and/or pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned tasks.

Job Description:
The Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills.
This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments.
Inspects jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction. Work involves: replacing or repairing worn or damaged components, such as carburetors, alternators, magnetos, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment; removing engine from aircraft, using hoist or forklift truck, disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects, and repairing or replacing defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft.
Job duties require that this mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes. This incumbent supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. This worker may be required to be licensed by Federal Aviation Administration.

Description
The SME shall determine, teach, and assess appropriate Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for Vulnerability Assessment. SMEs will play a role in the entire lifecycle of training evolutions to include: curriculum development, teaching in a classroom environment, teaching in a field environment, development of realistic scenario-based training, and conducting after action reviews (AARs).
SMEs shall also assess student potential and recommend certifications of students preparing to conduct real-world and combat Area of Responsibility (AOR) missions based on standards set forth by the government. 8. Observe, report and take action to correct any unsafe conditions, equipment failures or any other faults that could result in injury to personnel, work stoppage, environmental events or damage to the drilling unit.
9. Knowledge emergency duties and participate in safety drills as required.

Our customer is currently seeking a program manager who has a current and intimate understanding of the Special Operations Command as well as running a multi-million dollar program that operates in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The program manager's initial responsibilities prior to award will include helping to shape a pending RFP as well as assisting in expanding the MEP brand within the USSOCOM community. Additionally, the PM will vet and select Task Order leads to be bid on the program. GENERAL DESCRIPTION, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Aiding in the development of products that market customer’s capabilities to the USSOCOM account, such as white papers, customer meetings, and various other methods of marketing.
• Assist in the development of a proposal once an RFP has been released.
• Supervise all contractor personnel during the period of the contract including but not limited to the locations and assignments of all site managers.
• Serve as representative to the customer on customer site (TBD, either Tampa, FL or Fayetteville, NC.) PM will work closely with COR, KO, and various other elements within USSOCOM.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all subcontractor activities once contract has been awarded.
• Direct activities of personnel performing on the contract to ensure task order cost, schedule, and performance requirements are accomplished; includes the direct and indirect management of employees and contractors to include’ hire/fire, performance management, coaching, etc. Formulate and enforce work standards, assign schedules, and review work discrepancies of all personnel performing on the task order, and directly supervise on site USSOCOM LSS personnel working on the task order.
• Interface with Government on any issues which may arise during the contract period of performance.
• Draft technical execution and management plans for proposals; draft project operational security plans, progress reports, training plans, reporting metrics, and task order management plans.
• Initiate projects by creating a baseline and conducting an internal kick-off meeting, and external kick-off conferences with the U.S. Government and foreign coalition forces.
• Design and write project plans based on the Delivery Orders and Performance Work Statements, to include work breakdown structures with individual roles and responsibilities.
• Based on the Delivery Order CLINs, develop Project spend plans and manage monthly budgets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing personnel within DoD or equivalent government agencies, preferably in a program management role; minimum of 5 years at the operational level.
• Additional or concurrent years of general experience in Special Operations and/or significant knowledge of Special Operations desired.
• PMP Certification is highly preferred.
• Must possess the ability to edit, draft and write various types of project documents, reports, and memoranda.
• Must be able to work with minimal direction, to multi-task across multiple customers and divergent mission sets, meet stringent deadlines, and set priorities in keeping with USSOCOM Program standards and expectations.
• Must be able to travel to various customer sites both CONUS and OCONUS on a regular basis.

Experience:

This is a software integration and support position on a team of highly
skilled engineers working on programs that are forward deployed with U.S.
forces worldwide. Candidates for this exciting work will be required to
oversee the establishment of Command and Control (C2) host environments in a
laboratory that will then be used in verification of delivered software, and

Summary:
The Technical Support Analyst (Lead) will support the Manager, IT Support in

The successful candidate will provide technical support to the senior
leadership team within an accelerated Service Level Agreement (SLA), handle
confidential and sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy and will assist

and account requests. This individual will build and maintain all department
images using imaging software, including testing, custom configuration and
deployment and will document troubleshooting efforts and resolutions into
the company Help Desk ticketing application. As a key player, they will need
to assist in the training and mentoring of junior members of the team with
the goal of improving their technical skills and department processes and
efficiencies. They will monitor activities of Desktop staff including
support tickets, special executive level support, and daily maintenance of
business processes and will alert management to personnel issues, outages,
priority issues, recurring problems and patterns. It is important that the
Technical Support Analyst (Lead) be responsible for creating or revising
existing technical documentation and procedures, championing all

Requirements:
For consideration it is strongly preferred candidates have a BA/BS Degree in

years' of related experience with increasing responsibility in a senior
technical role for a midsize or larger organization (800+ user
environments). One (1) to two (2) years' of experience in a departmental
lead role or supervisory capacity is preferred. To perform this job
successfully an individual must have CompTIA A+ and Security +
certification, solid working knowledge and in-depth understanding of
Microsoft Windows XP-7, Microsoft Office 2003-2010 and imaging and

Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a Project Safety Manager for
the Southern, California Region.
Description of responsibilities:
. Coordinate all aspects of the project Safety & Health program
. Establish procedures and guidelines for the Safety Program, and
keep these updated;
. Develop safety recommendations for specific operations;
. Study and provide current information on government regulations
for Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), Mine Safety Regulations, Federal
Railroad Administration and keep Management and Supervisors advised of
revisions of new regulations applicable to company activities;
. Contractors designated safety representatives shall conduct safety
inspections of the jobsite and public areas contiguous and adjacent thereto
and take necessary and timely corrective actions to eliminate unsafe acts or
conditions;
. Establish and implement a safety-training program for supervisors
and employees as applicable to their specific jobs and assist in weekly
toolbox safety meetings;
. Attend meetings and conferences required by project, and other
organizations considered advantageous to the company's interest;
. Collect reports required for records and evaluations of
performance of Safety and Accident Prevention Programs;
. Review foreman accident investigation reports as required to
assure timely submission and to initiate corrective actions to prevent
reoccurrence;
. Conduct accident investigations and preparation of required forms;
. Insure all employees receive medical treatment for all injuries,
and a written los will be kept in the jobsite safety office;
. Ensure that all sub-contractors employees comply with jobsite
safety rules and regulations.
. Conduct Training to ensure compliance with the Company Training
Program and OSHA
Requirements:
. HS Diploma or GED Required.
. Physical and Drug Screening.
. Background Check.
. Metro Link Experience
. OSHA 510 & 500
. Knowledge of Cal OSHA Requirements
. Bilingual is a plus but not required
