Description
Job Summary
The Production Control Supervisor provide oversight, instruction, and supervision of Production Control and Data Technicians. Train Production Control and Data Technicians to meet program objectives as required. Maintain automated records pertaining to aircraft modifications, aircraft components, TBO component history, ground support, and calibrated equipment records.
Principal Accountabilities
• Oversee, instruct, and supervise technicians to provide accurate daily reports of aircraft, ground support equipment, and component readiness IAW INL/A procedures
• Ensure that periodic reports are provided to the Maintenance Manager for scheduled maintenance inspections and TBO projections as provide in AWIS
• Train, counsel, certify, and evaluate production control technicians and Data Technicians
• Document the training, counseling, certification and appraisals using PSD prescribed forms
• Ensure compliance with aircraft record keeping procedures IAW INL/A approved procedures and DA Pam 738-751
• Enforce "by-the-book" maintenance and safety procedures
• Monitor the calibration of special tools and test equipment
• Analyze historical data to assist management with reports and charts
• Compute data for Daily Status Reporting to Upper Management
• Compute data for monthly "Director's Comments"
• Prepare monthly major component lists, Develop repair plans including estimates for man-hours and repair parts costs
• Accurately report aircraft assignment and aircraft history
• Maintain historical log of approved requests for depot repair, controlled exchange, and cannibalization
• Responsible for the accurate reporting of aircraft assigned to Iraq and depot repair/modification facilities
• Initiate and process work orders
Knowledge & Skills
• CMF 63 Mechanical Maintenance MOS series or other military/commercial equivalent
• Able to apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems that frequently cannot be resolved solely by referencing US Army or INL/A publications
• Expert in Microsoft Office software
• Will require expertise in Air Wing Information Systems, aircraft maintenance, logistics, and training modules
• Occasional travel and continued education/training will be required
• The ability to attain and retain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) through Department of State Background Investigation is a condition of continued employment
• A current MRPT is desired
• Must possess a current US Passport or the ability to obtain one before assignment
Experience & Education
• Three (3) to five (5) years aircraft readiness reporting or aircraft/avionics repair, two (2) years experience in Logistics is preferred
• High school Diploma or equivalent is required

• Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for up to twelve (12) hours per day and sit for up to eight (8) hours per day

As an IO planner (subject matter expert) provide support to the MCIOC Reachback element with experience in the integration of intelligence and operations to support IO contingency planning. Experience with IO planning in support of CENTCOM or AFRICOM: Afghanistan, Iraq, or African continent expertise preferred. 5. Network Controller (Scott AFB, IL)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Network Controller/Operator Level I and II (NCO/L1/L2) The Network Controller/Operator I/II serves as a technical specialist responsible for the monitoring, operations, and management of IP Routing equipment in accordance with (IAW) published Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation. The controller/operator is responsible to direct and/or coordinate troubleshooting efforts, and restore to service, all components of the Unclassified IP network. This includes performing pro-active monitoring of network element alarms and alerts to identify those components/elements, which may lead to or already are causing network degradation or failure. The controller/operator accomplishes this through use of network management system(s) such as, HP OpenView, Integrated Network Management System (INMS), Concorde NetHealth, and associated assets on a continuous (rotating shifts) basis.
Perform fault isolation and diagnostic/assessment functions to include: determination and execution of corrective action(s) on real-time basis from alarms generated by network monitoring tools and INMS.
Interface with functional users as well as operations centers in both routine and reactive monitoring situations, keeping the shift lead and Systems Control Officer (SCO) advised and providing updates as needed.
Trouble calls from the functional users will be routed through the DCCC IAW DISA CONUS SOP 04-01 for opening of a new ticket; the controller/operator will remain on the line while assisting the DCCC in order to continue working the issue. Once a ticket has been established, the controller/operator will interact and coordinate with all parties involved in correcting the issue.
Check the Remedy queue, network monitoring systems, and associated group e-mail boxes for new and/or open issue items and relay this information through the shift lead for proper tracking.
Maintain logs and records associated with reported problems or situations within their realm of responsibility. This will include escalations and dispatching which will be annotated in the ticket reporting system.
Execute all reporting functions and data input associated with fault isolation, corrective action, and network management.
Monitor security posture of the IP network and report any suspected violations to the designated authority.
Coordinate with configuration management and implementation entities (Tier II) to ensure optimum dissemination of information and network efficiency.
Perform operator level maintenance on all components/assets associated with network management systems on the IP network(s).
Level II controllers also serve as Shift Lead’s when appointed ensuring all personnel are on shift when they are scheduled, and to provide technical assistance when required.

The Signature Reduction Technician supports Signature Reduction activities involving the planning and execution of operations at SOF. Required Qualifications:
• Qualified as a Signature Reduction Technician by completion of all phases of the Joint Operational Support Training Courses (JOSTC)
• Minimum of one year experience working as a Signature Reduction Technician within DoD.

Major Duties:
1. Candidate’s primary role is to deliver solutions built on SharePoint Technologies. Must have knowledge of SharePoint as a product and a development platform. Background Requirements:
• Minimum certifications required:

SUPERVISOR:

Proficient in the use of hand tools, including various punch tools, test equipment, and various power tools such as hammer drills and saws.

• Develops, manages, evaluates and disseminates customer service measurement tools by documenting customer contacts in report form.
