The candidates in the 12-18 month formal development program will be exposed to all aspects of our business including engineering, production, logistics, sales and marketing, safety, business administration, and finance. Participants will rotate through all major departments, and the training will be a ""hands on"" approach with the participant given responsibility and expected to deliver results on projects and provide recommendations on improvement. A mentor will be assigned to each participant to provide insight, counseling and guidance. In this position, you will serve as a representative of the Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program office and will coordinate all program specific activities with the regional office and jurisdiction therein. You will be a liaison responsible for working closely with assigned jurisdictions and gaining an intimate understanding of their policies, operations, organizational structure and needs that affect fire service management.
• Responsible for the interpretation and implementation of the Assistance to Firefighters grant program policy within the Region and provide authoritative counsel and advisory services on all fire program policy, procedures, and training.
• Represent the Region as a recognized fire programs authority on a variety of task forces, interagency committees, and meetings with State and local governments and private organizations.
• Manage the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Assistance to Firefighters Grant program in the Region.
• Provide grant monitoring oversight and utilize multiple database applications and spreadsheets to track various grant activities.

8. Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) Operations-Intelligence Analyst (CONUS/OCONUS)
The CTF Operations-Intelligence Analyst shall coordinate USCENTCOM Operations Directorate CTF activities throughout USCENTCOM area of responsibility (AOR). SMEs will deploy to the AOR to support Combined Joint Operations Area (CJOA) Commanders, Task Force Commanders, and Interagency threat finance cells. The USCENTCOM CTF program assists in the implementation of the National Action Plan to Combat Terrorist Financing, which responds to the national security threat posed by international terrorist and insurgent funding. SMEs will work with multiple USG agencies, U.S. military organizations, and international agencies to implement an interagency and international CTF strategy to promote stability and security. Specific tasks include:
1) Plan, organize, and coordinate the CTF activities in USCENTCOM AOR, ensuring that CTF activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets the Commander, Component Commanders, deployed Task Forces, and other USG agencies/department’s operational needs. Analyzes, develops courses of action, and recommends specific operational direction to the Commander USCENTCOM and as requested by USG agency/departments or international CTF organizations in USCENTCOM AOR. Coordination of operational CTF requirements shall, on a routine basis, necessitate close interface with other Geographic Combatant Commands, Functional Combatant Commands, various USG and Non-Governmental Organizations, and high-level officials from the banking industry and law enforcement agencies.
2) Provide CTF operations intelligence support. SME shall be responsible for the development of theater-wide CTF operations-intelligence products to support CTF activities. Efforts shall include operationalizing Intelligence Community (IC) assessments, fusing intelligence and law enforcement information in compliance with legal constraints, identifying financial centers of gravity within terrorist and insurgent networks, developing critical vulnerability analysis on enemy financial centers of gravity, recommending courses of action to disrupt financial centers of gravity, and recommending collection strategies to the IC to address intelligence gaps.
3) Represent USCENTCOM on CTF matters and provide CTF expertise. As a CTF SME support specialist to the USCENTCOM CTF Program Manager, the SME shall support USCENTCOM component commanders, USG agencies and U.S. Federal law enforcement agencies operating in the USCENTCOM theater of operations. The SME shall routinely write for and brief flag-level Department of Defense (DoD) leaders and civilian interagency equivalents, provide CTF operations and intelligence consultation and advice to operations and planner personnel within the command headquarters, component headquarters, deployed task forces, and interagency headquarters.
4) Provide CTF-specific analytical support. Responsible for all activities associated with identifying, detecting, targeting and interdicting terrorist, narcotic traffickers, insurgent, and trans-national criminal organizations’ activities. Activities can include support for information operations and planning. This support consists of conducting research and analysis of AOR issues relevant to strategic effects planning, including review of available open source media and web data, polls, blogs, and academic and various intelligence information analysis/assessments. Specific skills and understanding of the media environment as well as language proficiency (target language reading and writing; Defense Language Proficient Test (DLPT) equivalent 3/3 acceptable, 4/4 preferred) are also relevant to this function.

From this basic foundation, the SHAREM Program has evolved to cover more than just ASW and involve more exercises to address the tactical challenges being faced by the Surface Navy.
Responsibilities. The Weapons Analyst will:
• Observe and support at-sea firings of weapons in naval exercises;
• Extract weapon firing data from all available sources;
• Reconstruct weapon firing data to formulate accurate assessment of weapon performance, surface combatant or air delivery attack proficiency, and surface combatant evasion tactics;
• Communicate exercise results, orally and in written format, to representatives of naval commands, engineering labs, and program offices;
• Assist in providing insight during ad hoc weapons meetings, workshops, and conferences;
• Design test plans and data collection plans for exercises;
• Lead observation aboard exercise units to coordinate observation and data collection efforts to support exercise reconstruction;
• Develop exercise messages;

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Technical Architect is responsible for developing and maintaining the overall technical architecture for JCI Power Solutions SAP SRM & APO systems consistent with JCI policies. Responsible for providing architecture design and planning of all technical activities including but not limited to: Application architecture, System landscape, installation sizing & planning , System Change Management, Performance Monitoring, Performance Tuning, Transport Management, Troubleshooting, Problem Analysis and Problem Resolution. Able to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment.
* Plan ,design and coordinate the work in the technical areas of the SAP SRM and APO upgrades and existing and new projects/implementations.
* Ensure the SAP technical/Netweaver architecture meets business platform requirements.
* Manage incoming technical requests from both SRM and APO functional teams and work through internal shared service organizations (Enterprise Data Center) and external 3rd parties.

* Design SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be proactive in identifying potential problems (environments include Sandbox, Development, QA and Production).
* Plan and direct work to Basis team to implement core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, transports).
* Assist with reviewing custom code, analyzing the impact of the proposed technical solutions.
* Assist in creating and modifying strategies, resolve problems and document issues and resolutions.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* At least 8 years SAP experience, with minimum 5 years of SAP Basis hands-on experience and at least 3 years as Basis architect with focus on SRM ,APO and ECC applications.
* 2 Full Life Cycle implementations of SRM and APO Projects, preferably with Global Template/Rollout Methodology
* Proven project management experience in managing system setup in matrix or shared service organizations.
* Proven experience in SAP performance tuning and architecture design for both Netweaver ABAP and Java stack systems.
* Will have worked in a large scale SAP solution environments, with responsibility for technical solution design and implementation planning for SRM and APO systems.
* Experience developing and enforcing standards: Technical architecture, environment, landscape etc.
* Demonstrable experience in project management, planning and estimation.
* Candidate must be well organized and capable of juggling numerous priorities.
* SAP Certification in Netweaver Administration desired
* Experience in the Manufacturing - Consumer Products industry. Must have good interpersonal skills. Examines parts for damage or excessive wear, using micrometers and gauges. Replaces defective engines and subassemblies, such as transmissions. Tests overhauled equipment to insure operating efficiency. Welds broken parts and structural members. May direct workers engaged in cleaning parts and assisting with assembly and disassembly of equipment. May repair, adjust and maintain mining machinery, such as stripping and loading shovels, drilling and cutting machines.

Minimum Requirements:
URS Corporation has an opportunity for qualified Aircraft Structural Repair Mechanic in support of USCG operations at Elizabeth City, NC. High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum three (3) years actual and recent depot level aircraft structural repair maintenance/modification experience is required. Previous experience with backshop sheet metal work is desired. Must have completed military aviation maintenance training or maintenance technical school curriculum or possess an FAA issued A&P license. Prior experience with U.S. Coast Guard structural repair maintenance operations on rotary aircraft (UH-60) highly preferred. Knowledge and use of special tools/equipment required to perform assigned maintenance tasks is mandatory. Job Description:
The Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. This mechanic repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, such as wings and fuselage, and functional components including rigging, surface controls, and plumbing and hydraulic units, using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment such as shears, sheet metal brake, welding equipment, rivet gun, and drills. This worker reads and interprets manufacturers' and airline's maintenance manuals, service bulletins, technical data, engineering data, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components. This mechanic performs 100-hour, progressive, isochronal, phase, periodic, and other hourly or calendar inspections, examines reciprocating engines for cracked cylinders and oil leaks, and listens to operating engine to detect and diagnose malfunctions, such as sticking or burnt valves, inspects jet engines and components for cracks, corrosion, foreign object damage, burned areas, distortions, security, warping, wear, and missing segments. Inspect jet engine turbine blades to detect cracks, distortion, corrosion, burn-out, security, or breaks, tests engine operation, using testing equipment, such as ignition analyzer, compression checker, distributor timer, ammeter, and jet calibration (Jetcal) tester, to locate source of malfunction. Work involves: replacing or repairing worn or damaged components, such as carburetors, alternators, magnetos, fuel controls, fuel pumps, oil pumps, and engine mounted gearboxes, and compressor bleed valves using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment; removing engine from aircraft, using hoist or forklift truck, disassembling and inspecting parts for wear, cracks, security, or other defects, and repairing or replacing defective engine parts and reassembles and installs engine in aircraft. Job duties require that this mechanic: adjusts, repairs, or replaces electrical wiring system and aircraft accessories, performs preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections, performs miscellaneous duties to service aircraft, including flushing crankcase, cleaning screens and filters, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes. This incumbent supervises the jacking and towing of aircraft, enters in the maintenance records description of the work performed and verifies the work was performed satisfactorily, may service engines and airframe components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul, required to keep aircraft in safe operating condition, may specialize in work, repair and modification of structural, precision, and functional spare parts and assemblies, and may specialize in engine repair. This worker may be required to be licensed by Federal Aviation Administration.
