BASIC FUNCTION:
Plant Reliability Engineer will provide technical coordination and support for implementing and sustaining Asset Reliability Processes/Work Instructions to improve safety, equipment reliability, and product quality at optimum efficiency and costs by:
a) Detecting potential failures proactively by using predictive technologies and other methodologies.
b) Collect, analyze, and interpret equipment and operational data.
c) Study operations and failures to lower costs and improve equipment reliability and energy efficiency.

Skills:
• 4 year degree in Engineering preferable.
• 5 to 8 years of reliability maintenance experience.
• Candidate must demonstrate broad knowledge of asset reliability technologies like vibration, thermo imaging, oil analysis systems, with a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Must be able to demonstrate project management skills, have a strong motivation to lead, and have a proven track record of delivering results.
• Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus.
• Written and verbal communication skills are a must along with a history of writing standards and procedures that are required to make, facilitate and implement improvements.
• Knowledge and understanding of reliability centered maintenance practices. MFMEA, control plans and RPN calculations.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance technologies, able to execute troubleshooting skills for mechanical equipment.
• Must have a track record of an annual maintenance budget, monthly forecasting and reporting on discrepancies. Candidate shall also show experience with quoting projects.

Coordinate and manage the efforts of the RAVEN Effects Cell during exercise execution. Members of the Effects Cell include the Information Operations (IO) SME, Military Information Support Operations (MISO) SME, Civil Affairs (CA) SME, Public Affairs (PA) SME, Department of State (DOS) SME, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) SME, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Tribal Dynamics SME, District Stability Framework (DSF) SME, and the District Augmentation Team (DAT) SME. Advocate/represent equities in the following areas: IO, MISO, CA, PA, DOS, USDA, USAID, Tribal Dynamics, DSF, and DAT. Ensure SME participation in the MRX is secured. Learn about pertinent issues (as they apply to the MARSOC mission in Afghanistan or immerging missions) with regards to the fields/organizations shown above that should be reflected in the MRX. Ensure that relevant issues in the fields/organizations shown above are introduced into scenario development. Cultivate a sense of teamwork among the members of the Effects Cell prior to and during the execution of the MRX. Facilitate the support of SMEs in the areas shown above by keeping SMEs informed prior to the exercise on the overall scenario, by identifying specific focus areas within the fields of expertise, by establishing points of contact rosters for Effects Cell members, by assisting with travel and lodging issues, by identifying requirements (i.e., security clearance verification, range safety/environmental classes, driving requirements). If needed, coordinate classroom training in the fields/organizations shown above. Provide support as needed for the contracting of pertinent Effects Cell personnel. Advocate/represent Village Stability Operations (VSO) requirements. Understand the VSO methodology. Acquire and maintain VSO related documents and products to stay abreast on VSO issues (e.g., operational reports, publications, after action reports) and integrate into the MRX. Engage personnel with recent and relevant exposure to VSO issues. Provide pertinent VSO scripting input during planning and exercise execution. Perform pertinent SOTF-HD/CJSOTF-HD VSO related roles. Identify logistical and communication requirements to enable Effects Cell support. Participate in planning and scripting conferences. Identify requirements, provide scripting input, and coordinate attendance of pertinent Effects Cell personnel, as required. Assist with exercise execution, decision making, and scenario control. Assist in scenario development and refinement using current/evolving doctrine, current/relevant TTPs, and training audience feedback. Conduct research on current world situation and analysis of training manuals, lessons learned, and tactics, techniques, & procedures (TTPs) to prepare training objectives for small unit operations. Coordinate with MARSOC G-7 intelligence personnel to interpret intelligence resources (targeting materials, multi-discipline intelligence products, National, Operational and Tactical-Level products, support documentation, etc) and apply relevant information to the exercise. Develop and manage a library of scenarios that can be distributed and reused where appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS:
• M.S. in Military/Political Science, operations research, computer science, engineering or equivalent related military experience OR B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent related military experience
• Command and General Staff College or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Effects Planner, Intelligence Officer, Target Information Officer, or Target Intelligence Officer.
• Well versed in current SOF doctrine and SOF TTPs.
• Working knowledge of Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System. 6. Explosive Safety Analyst (Djibouti)
This is a position for an Explosive Safety Analyst working in the N3 shop for the Navy Installation Command on Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ). This position is open now and can be filled immediately (Quick deployment is required). The duties include oversight and administrative management of the program for the installation, tenant units and rotational units that stage from CLDJ. It also includes site visits, oversight and compliance inspections, and support to subordinate commands. Personnel will reside off-installation in villas shared by other team members (approximately three to a villa). It is a one year commitment (with possible option years) and candidates must have (or be eligible for) a Secret clearance and an associate’s degree at a minimum. A solid operational background and experience is highly desired.
Required Qualifications Include:
BA + 5 years relevant experience (or 10 years relevant experience, at least Associates Degree required)
Working knowledge of military staff functions

Job Summary

Principal Accountabilities

Job Summary
The Production Control Technician is responsible for providing the primary contract deliverable: aircraft availability status and historical reference for all aircraft and their components. Required to make independent judgment regarding parts availability and time before overhaul decisions and including aircraft scheduling, current mission status, historical usage data for major aircraft components, and other maintenance activity (to include Ground Support Equipment); directly responsible for determination of aircraft availability, decisions on priority of repair, controlled exchange, recording scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and frequency of required inspections, tracks assigned aircraft in support of the U.S. Department of State (DoS), Bureau for Diplomatic Security (DS), under oversight from the Bureau for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A) both the Continental United States (CONUS), and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS); communicates with varied field locations in varied time zones, and programs and documents maintenance activity and actions that have occurred (including verifying needed actions that should have occurred as well), and documents production standards by aircraft and location.
Principal Accountabilities
• Compiles and records production data for aircraft, engine and aircraft component overhaul
• Updates status and records maintenance actions
• Responsible for maximizing most opportunistic usage of assets; requires in-depth knowledge of aviation actions at both unit, intermediate and depot levels
• Generates work-orders for repair and inspection
• Compiles and records production data from historical records and other documents such as logbooks and vendor work orders using personal computer and other devices
• Calculates aircraft availability by airframe, by hour
• Generates production reports for all aspects of the aircraft status based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats
• Transfers raw data into production priority through aircraft availability chart production, using chart, graph, or spreadsheets based on statistics compiled for reference by production and management personnel
• Prepares production reports and special reports as needed to reflect contract requirements
• Verifies, validates and documents Time Before Overhaul (TBO) requirements for flight critical aircraft components and sub-components; ensures availability of required parts using experiential determination to enhance mission rates
• Monitors daily status for accuracy. Monitors Partial Mission Capable Supply (PMCS) and Not Mission Capable Supply (NMCS) for Estimated Delivery Date (EDD)
• Takes action for and responsible for deciding which critically needed part is assigned to which fleet, country and airframe
• Maintains aircraft historical files for validation of critical flight safety issues
• Maintains critical component Controlled Substitution reports in accordance with contract compliance prepares and submits requests for airframe Non-Reportable Time (NRT) and Requests for Waiver/Variance for substitution of aircraft subcomponent and other information to comply with Federal Aviation and other flight regulations
• Fluent in the Air Wing Information Systems and responsible to turn data into wisdom
• Records aircraft flight and – monthly status DA Form 1352 information according to Department of the Army Pamphlet 738-751 (TAMMS-A) instructions
• Uses MEL as reference and reports daily status accordingly
• Act as liaison point of contact between the Department of State, the Director Aviation Resourse Management, Logistics, Information Technology, and Business Contracts
• Generates internal work orders for maintenance support from assigned Points of Contact (POC’s) in the CONUS and OCONUS
• Acts as centralized point of contact for assigned Country Site Manager; makes (at a minimum) weekly conferences to recommend improved maintenance activities, assist in repair part location, and decision to repair or replace, and follow-up for CONUS and OCONUS sites with coordination of work flow to meet contract requirements
• Briefs Senior Management weekly on status of aircraft conditions for assigned sites
• Uses established information systems to research aircraft and component part numbers for procurement, and then acts on information gained to maximize mission capable rates
• Assumes full responsibility against divulging material or information pertinent to matters of security, company or departmental policy, etc., except as specifically directed
• Recommends particular course of action, ensuring sustainment of newly established locations, and other maintenance activities
• Represents our company to both internal and external customers, receives distinguished visitors, maintains reputation with our customer, etc.
• Responsible for validating integrity and frequency of calibration for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and other data in support of the Air Wing Information System AWIS
• Establishes work and production schedules to meet the mission requirements.
• Assigns maintenance priorities and personnel to assist other mechanics and sections as required
• Supervises Production Control Schedulers/ MIS Data Entry personnel assigned to applicable sites
• Assists key managers in providing oversight, initiating, conducting training or/and supervising within his/her respective area of responsibility to meet the contract objectives of host nation and contractor training; also, responsible for host nation counterpart training if required and applicable
• Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
• Must be able to write read, and understand technical publications related to aircraft maintenance operations and reporting
• Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, and Excel

• Prior Management experience in a start-up or venture capital environment (in a small start up or a start up within a larger company)

Description

In this position, you will support Section Managers and will ensure that the National Processing Service Center information management including data collection, analysis, web and database systems, policies and procedures are implemented in support of the Division's disaster assistance activities. Typical work assignments include:
• Conducting in depth data analysis to solicit and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify problematic areas and ascertaining opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing plans, strategies, and recommendations for the development of new systems policies, technologies, studies, and approaches to improving information management, process evaluation and improvement and customer service.

You qualify for this position at the GS-12 level if you possess the following:
One full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 federal grade level. Specialized experience is described as experience in conducting data analysis and in analyzing data to identify problematic areas, and applying results to make recommendations on improving policies and procedures. Candidate must also have experience in communicating program performance information to management and in using that information to recommend business process and technology changes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.

The Senior Threat Finance Analyst must possess:

At least 5 years experience as a full-time all-source finance threat analyst.
Previous experience performing analysis of classified data and produce written finished products or studies in two or more of the major intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, MASINT, or GEOINT).
Experience working with Federal Agencies.
Analytical experience including the ability to identify significant intelligence trends and propose new or revised analytical projects to alert decision makers to new developments and to meet customer requirements.
Strong oral and written communication skills required to effectively defend controversial intelligence positions; presenting and defending an organization's positions in conferences, working groups, and planning sessions; presenting briefings at the highest echelons both within and outside DoD; and preparing intelligence products.
Shift and weekend work may be required, as well as travel if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
