Position Summary:
Under limited supervision provide credit, collection and customer account setup and maintenance support for our client on an assigned portfolio of export and domestic accounts receivable portfolio. Carry on extensive email, telephone and fax communication with customers and internal staff to meet desired departmental results in maximizing credit, minimizing receivables losses and past due aging. Research and resolve disputed billings and deductions on customer accounts using negotiation and organizational skills.
Make timely daily decisions to release or hold customer shipments based on customer account information and risk level assessment. Review, maintain and change customer credit limits and credit terms based on data in credit agency reports, customer payment history as per our clients credit department guidelines. Other responsibilities include moderately complex clerical work methods, and problems in Accounts Payable and resolution of problems on vendor invoices. Working with other departments on solving problems and handling inquiries.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily multiple review of shippable orders in "credit review" status in SAP throughout the day for immediate release or for the implementation of a formal credit hold per existing policy and guidelines.
• Promptly responding to all order release request inquiries from Customer Care, TSS and Sales.
• Timely collection calls, follow ups and communications on past due billings (both debit and credit items) on delinquent customer accounts.
• Maintaining proper documentation and SAP text notes on all collection efforts involving significant verbal and written communications. Alerting credit manager promptly to any potentially serious non-payment and/or potential bad debt write off issues. Sending severely delinquent accounts to designated outside collection agencies per our clients credit policy and working with those collection agencies and/or attorneys.
• Process credit applications, customer account requests and changes for both domestic and international customer accounts. Use commercial credit reports to establish new direct customer accounts, credit terms and credit limits within the assigned "credit limit" authority. Convert ship-to and point of sale accounts into Sold-to customer accounts per our clients existing credit policy guidelines. Re-activate dormant customer accounts per credit policy guidelines. Work with credit manager on larger credit limits, special credit terms. Coordinating credit, collection, tax information requirements with customers and our clients staff.
• Timely application of customer account reconciliation strategy in getting deductions, short payments, older credits and disputes identified, paid, offset or resolved. Provide prompt support to customers, internal staff and approved collection agencies on customer account inquiries.
• Prompt and accurate application of our clients corporate credit policy regarding credit, collection, taxation, escheatment and customer account billing reconciliation issues.
• Participate and support all credit and collection related projects as requested, including periodic credit performance monitoring, risk identification, etc..
• Support process improvements for credit/collections and other departmental and divisional information needs.
• Enter accounts payable invoices.
• Review expense reports.
• Process corporate cell phone bill.
• Code office telephone bills.

You will serve as the Information System Security Officer for organizations located within the National Processing Service Center Operations Division. You will address the practical and statutory requirements for agency wide computer security programs. Typical work assignments include:
• Acts as the Section 508 Compliance Specialist of the Rehabilitation Act (P.L. 105-220) and the point of contact liaison to systems owners and program managers. Assists 508 coordinators with providing guidance and directions with Section 508 issues.
• Provides agency-wide technical support that ensures that effective Information Technology (IT) security practices and measures are incorporated into the networks, applications, and data of Individual Assistance (IA) and National Processing Service Center (NPSC) systems throughout the planning, analysis, development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement related to systems' programs, policies, procedures, and tools.
• Leads and conducts structured security certification and accreditation activities for all types of IT solutions supporting Agency assets.
• Conducts security oversight inspections, assessments, and reviews. Documents and reports findings to management. Identifies deficiencies and presents them for consideration as minor, moderate, significant, or material weaknesses. Develops remediation strategies.

You qualify for this position at the GS-12 level if you possess the following:
One full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level. Specialized experience is described as experience identifying computer security problems, trends, and weaknesses that could affect computer systems and resolving critical problems. Candidate must also have experience in developing, testing, and implementing new technologies related to IT systems security.

Aviator Production Process Sustainment (NAPP S) efforts undertaken by the

Job Description
Scope:
This role has responsibility for the strategic planning and alignment of
resources for global HR. It oversees HR planning, reporting, analytics,
decision support, compliance for internal controls (including SOX), data
privacy, and systems security. It also is responsible for negotiations and
financial administration of HR suppliers, vendors and other alliance
partners.
Key Activities:
.Working with senior HR and IT management, develop HR programs and
technology roadmap and ensure adequate budget and resource planning.
.Establish and drive program management best practices including
standardized tools, status reporting, requirement documentation, change
control.
.Coordinate with HR management, Sourcing, Finance, and IT partners for HR
vendor and partner selection and contract management, including monitoring
of Statement of Work (SOW), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and vendor
alignment with business requirements.
.Direct and coordinate activities of HR program and technology projects to
ensure that goals or objectives of HR are accomplished.
.Develop and implement prioritization guidelines for Continual Process
Improvement (CPI).
.Initiate strategic process improvement initiatives.
.Manage the HR PMO to improve processes for project intake (new requests),
prioritization, and governance.
.Oversee the management and development of project managers and business
analysts.
.Provide oversight for large and cross-functional HR projects, engaging with
process owner and steering committee members.
.Ensure HR and IT are aligned with project priorities and scope.
.Consult with HR leadership to gather input for the direction of strategic
and tactical planning, business processes changes, system upgrades, vendor /
system changes, implementations.
.Regularly and formally communicate HR program status to other functional
departments, HR leadership and IT.
.Represent HR within IT project planning sessions and discussions. Support
and partner with IT PMO office.
.Ensure current technology and vendor/partner enhancements are being
leveraged and prioritized.
Desired Skills & Experience
.7+ years in a Senior Program or Portfolio Management role, experience with
global projects preferred.
.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT Management required; MBA
preferred.
.Strong leadership skills, including ability to influence leadership and
communicate at all levels.
.Works comfortably across organizational boundaries and with all levels of
the organization.
.Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required.
.Strategic thinker; able to consider, support, and deliver against competing
priorities.
.Life Sciences/Medical Device industry experience preferred.
.Exposure to multiple project management methodologies a plus.
.Business case development, budget tracking and complex cost benefit
analysis expertise preferred.
.Experience with SaaS vendor applications.
.Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.
