support our Water Technologies Business Unit located in Pasadena, TX. The
Field Service Technician will provide investigative tests, troubleshooting,
repairs and maintenance to our water treatment equipment, as well as

Job Summary
The Supply Technician is responsible to train host nation personnel in the performance of all logistics related duties (25%). ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists in the profitability of the company through distribution, warehousing, and purchasing of products.
Helps in the development of contracts and terms for delivery with independent truckers.
Directs the custom application of fertilizer, crop protection, lime and NH3.
Processes all orders of above products from crops specialists and coordinates orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Assists the logistics supervisor and operations manager in the long range planning and development of the logistics division. Willingness to learn new technology to improve the efficiency of the logistics department.
Assists in the ordering, warehousing, and delivery of all seed brands.
Works closely with the AIMS and Precision Farming Coordinator to ensure proper files are available and accessible for VRT application based on applicator/controller assignment.
Assists in the ordering of packaged and bulk CPP's online through Growmark or outside vendors based on necessity in a timely manner to ensure efficiency at our company's locations.
Assists with tracking of available product on contracts by product/vendor/facility and reports these inventory balances in a timely manner through the proper channels to aid in purchasing of products.

REQUIREMENTS

Job Description
The general function of the position within the organization is to perform work of moderate
difficulty in the administration of multi-line claims for Risk Management with a major emphasis
on worker compensation and property damage. This position resolves multi-line claims by
determining liability, setting appropriate reserves, providing case management and
recommending financial settlements. The position functions under moderate supervision.
This position is responsible for administering, investigating and settling claims and accidents
promptly and cost effectively. Employee will establish reserves using independent judgment
and authorize payments within scope of authority. Responsibilities include monitoring claims
and pursuing subrogation/third party recovery. This position is also responsible for using the
Risk database and various computer programs for monitoring claims and reporting/presenting
loss trending, forecasting and analysis. In addition, the employee would identify preventative
steps to reduce risk. The employee will be required to use a County or personal vehicle to
travel to various sites.
Required Skills
Three years of claim administration experience preferably in risk management. Considerable
knowledge of insurance coverage; risk reduction; investigations; risk assessment and analysis,
and claims administration. Excellent communication skills required.
Required Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work
in risk management, public administration, or safety- related field. Insurance Institute of
America course work desired.

Job summary:
Provides customer support to consumers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g. instant message, email). Handles customer inquiries and resolves simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment. For product or service-related issues, will move customer to appropriate Product Support Specialist. Performs other administrative duties as requested.
General duties and responsibilities:
. Provides customer support by phone, email, or instant message to consumers. Serves as primary contact for inbound customer issues. Escalates more technical product-related issues to the proper Product Support department.
. Processes a high volume of consumer inquiries of FIS products and services, and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries.
. Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem, and uses tool and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
. When unable to resolve the problem in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to the appropriate resource. Follows up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn the appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
. Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues.
. Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information.
. Meets the standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
. May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Customer Service Associates - Consumer.
Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferable; or equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the specific job level.
General knowledge, skills and abilities:
. Knowledge of the company's products, services and business operations to enable resolution of customer inquiries
. Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction

* Make presentations to support marketing efforts, at team conferences and in-services.
