Duties
The candidate will manage of team of contracts specialists providing pre and post award acquisition and cost & price analysis support to the Tricare Management Agency. This will involve providing subject matter expertise on all matters pertaining to the business rules that guide staffing practices/procedures and providing general rules and guidelines for business functions. The candidate will evaluate analytical results and developing new or adapted analytical techniques. The candidate will provide recommendations on effective resource utilization, identification of duties and responsibilities, effective workload distribution and workflow processes.
The candidate will directly supervise team activities to prepare and deliver compliant pre- and post-award documentation and/or contractual documents in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DF ARS), TRICARE and agency supplements, policy guidance directives and instructions. Serve as the Primary Instructor (PI) and Subject Matter Expert in numerous Custom Training Events. Trainer will prepare POI's, present classes, oversee training events, coordinate training areas, synchronize SB7 personnel, interact with clients, establish business development leads, handle budgets, create training aids, pool resources, and administer SB7 policy.
Required Skills:
Must have knowledge of processes involved in Surveillance, Surveillance Detection, ASO, Full Cycle HUMINT Operations, and Special Operations; must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated tactical and technical expertise and experience in the initiation, planning, conduct, and coordination of medium to large scale CONUS based Special Operations-centric training events.
Required Experience:
Must be highly experienced in Special Operations and have recent GWOT experience. Applicant must have experience in management best practices, MS Office, and formal adult instruction (provided instruction to small or large groups on military subjects). Applicant must have specific subject matter expertise in one or more of the following area: Surveillance/Surveillance Detection (SDR), Close Target Reconnaissance (CTR), Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), and HUMINT.

This is a grant-funded position. Under limited supervision of the Director of Psychological Services
Division, the Staff Psychologist will provide a range of services for the Lake County Specialty
