Position Overview:
As a Marketing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling marketing, advertising and digital media solutions to car dealerships’ sales and service centers within a defined territory. Training:
Our training consists of time with your mentor in the field, online courses completed in your home office, and classroom instruction.
You will complete seven different courses throughout your 6 months of training. Topics covered will include training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations, and in-depth product training. Prior to and following each course, you will complete various assignments to prepare you and ensure understanding of what was learned. You will be given progress checkpoint tests throughout your training that will identify areas for improvement and to ensure you are on the right track.
While training in the field, you will shadow field representatives including experienced sales representatives, consultants, and field technicians. This will allow you to learn the overall sales process and will give you the opportunity to observe dealership operations.
The culmination of your training will conclude with a ten-day Sales Techniques Workshop that ends with a final presentation requiring completion of a mock sales presentation utilizing a real world account. This will be your final opportunity to showcase all the skills that you have gained throughout the training program.

Such experience is typically gained in the IT field or through the performance of work where the primary concern is IT. Engineer position is principally responsible for engineering activities related to gas distribution system planning, system reliability, inspection and maintenance activities, gas operation procedures, gas construction standards, corrosion control design, supplemental gas supply peak shaving and pressure reducing station design, construction and operating activities.
Specific duties:
Planning:
• Establish short-term and strategic plans associated with the design and capacity of the gas distribution system including pipelines, regulation feeds and supplemental gas supplies.
• Perform design and layout of major projects to facilitate project cost analysis, project authorizations and Public Service Commission – Wisconsin authorizations.
Construction and Project Management:
• Provide engineering oversight for the design, assignment of materials, corrosion control and construction of gas distribution mains, services, valve and regulating facilities and supplemental peak shaving facilities
• Establish gas construction work packages for new and replacement projects including the specific design, permitting, material procurement, construction procedures, emergency action plans and forecasts for project costs.
• Perform project management for significant pipeline improvements, regulating station construction, operational initiatives and supplemental gas enhancements. Duties may include managing resources that perform the design, material procurement, permitting, and construction activities.
Operation and Maintenance:
• Provide technical support and oversight to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the gas distribution system, pit and station equipment, supplement gas facilities, instrumentation, telemetry, and large customer meter sets.
• Establish plans, processes and applications to successfully complete the requirements of the Company’s Operations & Maintenance procedure manual, process improvements or department programs.
Distribution and Transmission Integrity Management:
• Develop risk assessments and a baseline assessment plan associated with the Company’s Transmission Integrity Management Plan (TRIMP) and Distribution Integrity Management Plan (DIMP).
• Develop processes to monitor the repair history of the distribution system to identify materials and/or components for replacement or upgrade in support of TRIMP and DIMP.
Other duties include:
• Ensure the distribution system is designed and operated in compliance with State and Federal codes and the State of Wisconsin Trans. 220 Statute.
• Coordinate the development of software applications that support distribution engineering, GIS, compliance inspections, regulated leak surveys, integrity management and system maintenance activities.
One of the positions will be located at our Downtown Milwaukee office and the other will be either at Appleton, Fox Valley or WI Rapids office.
Education/Experience Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required. Skills in civil and mechanical engineering are preferred.
Experience in construction and field practices as well as design, operation, maintenance and repair of natural gas distribution facilities is desirable. Additional preference will be given to candidates that demonstrate experience and knowledge in project management, planning, financial budgeting and report writing.
The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication and analytical skills with the ability to lead and direct others. Knowledge of computer systems and the ability to use a variety of office and engineering software is required.
The successful candidate will be required to make themselves available to accept calls and support gas system and field operations after normal business hours.

Background:
Atlantean is currently accepting applications for a Mission Systems Equipment (MSE) Field Service Engineer (FSE) for OCONUS & CONUS work. The MSE FSE will provide customer support including incident reporting, fault reporting, operator-level maintenance, repair assessments, and vendor technical reach-back for support, spares, or repairs.
