The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage. This position starts at a salary of $105,211 (GS-14). These positions are authorized under P.L. 93-288 to perform temporary disaster work and are funded from the Disaster Relief Fund. Appointments are excepted service, temporary appointments. This is a 2 year temporary appointment in the Excepted Service. Typical work assignments include: • Conducting analyses, evaluations, examinations, or other fact-finding studies related to Privacy Act Programs and records management • Leading privacy compliance site inspections and reviews at disaster locations • Applying and interpreting Privacy statutes, standards and best practices • Implementing privacy policy and privacy training procedures • Conducting meetings and briefings for internal and external customers on disaster systems, projects and programs • Managing and leading privacy programs/projects/teams and implementing techniques to improve processes • Advises Privacy Officer on various privacy matter during disaster to ensure privacy compliance ________________________________________ QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Back to top You qualify for this position at the GS-14 level if you possess the following: One year (52 weeks) of specialized privacy experience. Specialized privacy experience includes one year at or equivalent to the GS-13 or pay band in the federal service to assist Privacy Officer during disaster operations in managing and overseeing a National Privacy Program while collaborating with privacy coordinators and privacy policy compliance coordinators; privacy incidents, inquiries and investigations coordinators; and privacy training, education and awareness coordinators as necessary to accomplish the mission and goals of the agency privacy program. Assist the Privacy Officer in leading privacy site inspections and privacy compliance reviews at any entity or location where there is a disaster.
