We are seeking Systems Administrators (SysAd, mid level) for a one year deployment to Kabul, Afghanistan.
Support will be to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems in support of ARCENT.
Job duties include: Perform systems administration of desktop and server systems connected to local and wide area networks. Desktop system management responsibilities involving account monitoring, security, Operating System (OS) installation, and other local area system administration related functions.
Qualifications:

Position Description:
K2 Solutions Inc. is currently seeking Special Operations Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces' (SOF) operational and tactical staff and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks that facilitate or employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
We will be filling a mix of deployable and non-deployable positions in support of this team.
Detailed Responsibilities:
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on developing SOF Situational Understanding of threat networks and the friendly communities of action focused on dismantling, disrupting, and defeating them. The Intelligence Integrator will prioritize and categorize requests for information, conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets, as well as fuse and prioritize multiple intelligence disciplines and operational capabilities to facilitate disruption and defeat of threat networks that employ or facilitate IEDs.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment/facilitation by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator will work closely with other members of a multi-discipline team to identify capabilities and vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations and decipher and identify trends, patterns and key nodes highlighting their relationships to the targeted enemy networks. The Intelligence Integrator must possess a thorough understanding of the intelligence process to compile, collate, analyze, produce, and evaluate all-source intelligence and provide subject matter expertise. The Integrator must be able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and should be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development. The Intelligence Integrator must also possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator must have a strong operational background and experience in shaping intelligence products that support tactical or strategic goals set forth by the supported unit commander in order to create actionable target support packages. The Intelligence Integrator should also possess an understanding of IEDs as well as the local, regional, and global networks that facilitate its construction, design, and usage.
Successful applicants will have documented experience working with multidiscipline operations/intelligence teams and familiarity with other elements of the DoD, the interagency and coalition partners.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to participate in and lead meetings, conferences, and engagements to exchange information, assist in making decisions, and/or provide updates. The Intelligence Integrator must have the ability to identify and analyze problems and generate recommended solutions based upon experience working with elements of the DoD, interagency and international elements.
Experience and Education:
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks and provide training to support the client in the uses and capabilities of the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Multimedia Message Manager (M3), Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC), NCTC Online, Terrorism Identities Datamart Environment (TIDE), ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT database, Skope SIGINT analytical toolkit, Analyst Notebook /Palantir link analysis software, ArcGIS spatial analysis software, Google Earth spatial analysis software, and Microsoft productivity software and applications as needed.
The Special Operations Intelligence Integrator should have familiarity with the following methodologies: F3EAD, CALEB/IWA, Social Network Analysis and CARVER.
This position may require recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.
The applicant may be called upon to support 24-hour watch operations.
Experience, Education, and Other Requirements:
Required:
This position requires the ability to obtain and hold a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. (Resume must show that proposed employee currently holds a TS clearance with previous access to SCI level of information.)
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5 years of relevant intelligence experience. This experience should demonstrate the ability to meet the duties described above and to develop intelligence products based upon command guidance, mission analysis, an operational perspective, and/or thorough threat analysis.
Applicants must have documented experience providing direct analytical support to SOF elements.
Applicants must be fully deployable to the required theater of operations, wear uniforms as prescribed by the supported unit commander, and bear arms as prescribed by the supported unit commander.
Highly Desired:
Post 9/11 experience conducting deployed intelligence analysis.
Recent in-theater experience.
Prior experience with providing direct deployed support to National SOF elements.
Preferred:
Recent in-theater experience with SOF.
Documented experience developing or maintaining a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).

• Oversee security screening operations at various sites to include workforce management, cost control, and TSA relationship at the airport.

What you will be doing:
- Provide customer, production, and engineering support for Government and Commercial Communications COTM SATCOM systems that include airborne, maritime, and vehicle mounted SATCOM terminals and hub- site equipment.
- Support the production, configuration, test and deployment of COTM SATCOM products on multiple platforms.
- Work with other personnel from multiple disciplines; systems, software, electrical and mechanical engineers as well as configuration management, production, test and technical publications staff.
- Support on-site installation, test and training of SATCOM equipment, including hubs and terminals.
- Travel up to 50% to domestic and international locations
- Provide technical and integration support to customers via phone and email as well as on - site technical support and marketing demonstrations.
- Create and update training material, user manuals, and other related documentation.
What you need to bring to be successful:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or relatedfield) or equivalent job experience, plus 6 -8 years experience with IP- based Military SATCOM systems.
- Must have working knowledge of IP/Networking equipment, including configuration, application and troubleshooting of routers, switches and IP networks.
- Working knowledge of IP encryption devices, C/X/Ku/Ka band RF equipment, tracking antennas, standard test equipment and communications theory a plus. - Hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting mobile SATCOM hubs, terminals, cryptographic equipment and IP network equipment a plus.
- Experience creating technical user documentation and training material as well as internal documents/procedures.
- Must be a US citizen capable of possessing a US Government Top Secret-SCI clearance.

Summary: Promote the sale of products and services offered by HHC. Promote the sales and marketing goals of HHC as directed by the Customer Service Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager. Coordinate with Outside Sales and senior plan personnel to establish pre-quote technical assessments. Provide timely, accurate and uniform quotes in correspondence with customers, Quality Assurance, Outside Sales, and production personnel. Maintain professional communications with customers, vendor, and HHC personnel. Receive and respond to customer queries and records all customer communications in ERP/M1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Reports to and completes jobs as assigned for the Customer Service Manager.
• Communicate with Outside Sales to better understand customer needs as required.
• Track and timely follow-up on quotes, orders, and correspondence form initiation through post completion.
• Communicate with customer regarding any major variance in estimated versus actual conditions. This could include parts, pricing and or scheduling changes.
• Monitor job margins to evaluate quoting performance and technique.
• Coordinates job packet development with Senior Quality Technicians to ensure job packets are technically accurate and complete with no deficiencies prior to introduction to production.
• Ensures all quotes meet company approved profit margins or pricing requirements.
• Provide quoting support for Outside Sales as required.
• Satisfy revenue goals as set by the Customer Service Manager.
• Generate Purchase Orders for Subcontract work. Choose the appropriate vendor based on delivery time, quality of work, and price.
• Holds outside vendors accountable to pricing, delivery and quality of work.
• Assist Customer Service Manager with generating service agreements for customers.
• Manage large customer accounts as directed by the Customer Service Manager
• Provide pre-quote technical assessment between outside sales and senior plant personnel as required.
• Provide timely, accurate and uniform quotes in correspondence with customers, Quality Assurance, Outside Sales, and production personnel.
• Receive and record incoming communication in M1 from customers, company representatives and sales personnel.
• Maintain technical expertise in HHC production practices through cross training.
• Provide recommendations to Customer Service Manager of customers who may benefit from a contact by an Outside Sales Representative.

Summary: To promote the sale of products and services offered by HHC to all types of industry within a new and current customer base or as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager. Educate and inform this customer base through on-site demonstrations utilizing the sales tools provided. Promote new sales through coordinated teamwork as directed by the Sales and Marketing Manager. Promote good working relationships and teamwork with all employees. Nature & Scope of Position:

You will be responsible for providing physical and personnel security support to the MSRO to ensure the security of staff, operations, assets, and facilities. SSU is seeking motivated, Military Occupational specialty (MOS) qualified Intelligence Analysts for positions (various levels ) in Charlottesville, VA with duty in various locations throughout Iraq and Afghanistan as part of the Counter IED Targeting Program (CITP). Must be a US Citizen with a TS/SCI clearance, possess a US Passport and be worldwide deployable.
This effort focuses on providing the United States Army National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and United States Force-Afghanistan (USFOR-A) and other United States forces and agencies with counter insurgency network analysis and targeting, counter improvised explosive device (IED) targeting and related intelligence and operational support. The Contractor shall, as part of the Counter Insurgency Targeting Program (CITP), conduct research, analyze, compile, evaluate, train, and integrate all-source intelligence focusing on the areas of counterinsurgent network analysis and targeting, counter IED targeting, and Attack the Network (AtN) in response to US National and Theater priorities. The NGIC Counter Insurgency Targeting Program, in collaboration with US Government and Allied partners, provides all-source target and technical intelligence, utilizing CONUS and OCONUS-based analysts, to support lethal and non-lethal operations, interrogation and prosecution countering, insurgent networks and systems rooted in Afghanistan. The Journeyman Analyst performs all the duties of the NA without the need for close supervision of senior analysts. The JA also produces intelligence assessments for formal production and release to the Intelligence Community (IC) and other consumers. Coordinates with other NGIC offices, IC organizations and theater intelligence resources to gather additional information and share analytic conclusions. The Journeyman analyst is capable of deployment throughout theater of operation to conduct counterinsurgent and IED network analysis. These are rotational positions. Employees will deploy for 6-12 months and then return to Charlottesville, VA. At a minimum employees will be in Charlottesville for at least 60 days before deploying.
Requirements:
• This position requires individuals to be government trained intelligence analysts with a minimum of 5 years of intelligence analysis and targeting experience; however, on a case-by-case basis a badge and credentialed Law Enforcement officer with at least 5 years experience conducting investigations on an accredited Local/State/or Federal Law Enforcement Agency is acceptable.
• Experience as intelligence or targeting analyst in Afghanistan ishighly desired.
• The Contractor shall be knowledgeable of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle and intelligence analytic techniques including trend and pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis and network or social network analysis.
• The Contractor shall be experienced with data processing systems such as DCGS-A, CIDNE, and SIPRNET and JWICS search engines.
• The Contractor shall have a working knowledge of i2 Analyst Notebook, AXIS Pro, WebTAS, ArcGIS, and Google Earth.

In this position, you will become a key member of the Privacy Office team of professionals working in a pivotal role to ensure compliance with Federal privacy statutes, including the Privacy Act and E-Government Act, Executive Orders, Office of Management and Budget guidance, legislations, regulations, principles, and standards of official privacy sensitive records. Typical work assignments include:
• Conducting analyses, evaluations, examinations, or other fact-finding studies related to Privacy Act Programs and records management
• Leading privacy compliance site inspections and reviews at disaster locations
• Applying and interpreting Privacy statutes, standards and best practices
• Implementing privacy policy and privacy training procedures
• Conducting meetings and briefings for internal and external customers on disaster systems, projects and programs
• Managing and leading privacy programs/projects/teams and implementing techniques to improve processes
• Advises Privacy Officer on various privacy matter during disaster to ensure privacy compliance

You qualify for this position at the GS-14 level if you possess the following:
One year (52 weeks) of specialized privacy experience. Specialized privacy experience includes one year at or equivalent to the GS-13 or pay band in the federal service to assist Privacy Officer during disaster operations in managing and overseeing a National Privacy Program while collaborating with privacy coordinators and privacy policy compliance coordinators; privacy incidents, inquiries and investigations coordinators; and privacy training, education and awareness coordinators as necessary to accomplish the mission and goals of the agency privacy program. Assist the Privacy Officer in leading privacy site inspections and privacy compliance reviews at any entity or location where there is a disaster.

Duties and Responsibilities:
