Assess and describe the changes in the information environment baseline based on the impact of blue force information-related activities and other significant environmental factors.
o Assist the Joint Staff, CCMD staffs, and the intelligence community to develop and incorporate measures of effectiveness indicators into assessment plans.
o Assist intelligence production organizations to standardize information environment characterization products. Maintain situational awareness and knowledge of CCMD IO assessment related collection/requirement plans.
Intelligence Requirements: Assist development and maintenance of JIOWC/Joint Staff or CCMD specific IO intelligence requirements and databases.
o Work with collection and production communities to ensure requirements are understood. Provide evaluations of raw intelligence in the form of HUMINT and SIGINT report evaluations as required by JIOWC/J20 Collections Management.
Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment: Perform information environment focused joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIPOE) to support JIOWC/Joint Staff or CCMD IO planning requirements and develop tasks and suspenses for completing this analysis
Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:
Qualified Candidates shall possess a minimum of five years a minimum of five (5) years experience working regional and functional combatant command intelligence issues. Specific Combatant & Unified Command experience is required in CENTCOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, PACOM, NORTHCOM, SOUTHCOM CYBERCOM, and SOCOM.
Additional Requirements:
□ Qualified Candidates shall have:
o National level collection management experience in multiple intelligence disciplines. ( HUMINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and IMINT.)
o Experience with Standard intelligence automation applications (TAC, CRATE, COLISEUM, INTELINK, A-SPACE, AMHS, M3 Message Handling System, GCCS or C2PC, JWICS, SIPRNET).
o Experience with Standard intelligence search tools, analytic tools, and dissemination tools.

o Experience in conducting assessments; possess ability to assess and describe changes in the information environment baseline
o In-depth expertise in intelligence/ psychological/ cultural/ data mining/ planning/operations/research and analysis; IO planning/operations, intelligence, or human influence profiling; operations against Violent Non-state Actors; and nontraditional threat analysis (terrorism and insurgencies).
o Expertise in social science analysis and human network analysis with emphasis in Information Operations
o Direct knowledge and expertise in the behavioral sciences (Advance Degree preferred) Expertise and understanding of Human Influence, including Military Information Support Operations (MISO).
o Ability to write concisely and determine implications of human influence-related information, including psychological, behavioral, cultural, social-economic, and environmental impact on individuals and organizations.
o In-depth Technical Writing, Editorial Support in Intelligence Production.
o Knowledge of the targeting cycle, MIDB, CNODB, target audience analysis, and entity characteristics
o Professional experience or familiarity with the Information Operations Community, Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force

The Senior Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on finding immediate through long-term solutions to the IED problem set prioritize and categorize requests for information and conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets fusing and prioritizing the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.

The Military Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of JIEDDO and JIEDDO COIC support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported units operational requirements as well as JIEDDO capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The Military Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations, IEDs, and JIEDDO capabilities.
The Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for JIEDDO support are fully coordinated with other JIEDDO deployed assets and the JIEDDO. Ensures SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs. Provides advice to SOF Commanders and their staff on how to best integrate JIEDDO capabilities into their ongoing operations and analytical efforts.
Successful applicants must possess strong oral and writing skills, experience working with multidiscipline teams, and the ability to identify and analyze problems through the lens of their experience and subject matter expertise in order to generate executable solutions.
The Military Operations Integrator must have the ability to perform tasks with Microsoft productivity software and applications. The Military Operations Integrator should have the ability to perform tasks with the following web-based intelligence tools, software, and databases: Microsoft SharePoint, Google Earth spatial analysis software, SIPR, and JWICS.
This position requires recurring domestic and international travel to include deploying to combat zones.

Experience and Education:
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience is highly desired.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant military experience with combat units. Previous experience with SOF is required. Recent combat experience with SOF in Iraq or Afghanistan is strongly preferred. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate experience fusing operational and intelligence information in support of targeting.
