Thank you for your time today. Here’s another contingent opportunity. GDIT is looking for up to four accredited EOD Instructors for up to 18 months to train a cadre of EOD personnel for the Bosnians. Work will probably start in early summer 2013.

Job Description: Serve as member of an EOD Instructor Team training up to 90 personnel over 18 months to become EOD Capable personnel IAW established NATO Standards.
General Qualifications

SIGINT Analyst
The SIGINT Analyst function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, SOJTF and SFAB J2 staffs' analytical requirements. The SIGINT Analyst is responsible for researching, developing, presenting and publishing SIGINT products at the tactical and operational level related to insurgent activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall intelligence analytical team. Intelligence Collection Manager (CM)
The Intelligence Collection Manager serves as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, SOJTF and SFAB J2 staffs' collection and planning requirements. In this position, you will serve as the Federal/Emergency Response Official (F/ERO) Operations Specialist providing operational subject matter expertise in the application of F/ERO principles to develop and maintain an electronic inventory, providing reliable operational and technical support, and will be the central point of contact for F/ERO information and activities as part of the network supporting FEMA NCP mission. Typical work assignments include:
• Applies in depth knowledge of key policy documentation including the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Personal Identity Verification (PIV), Public Law 110-53, National Security Presidential Directive-51 (NSPD-51), Homeland Security Presidential Directive-20 (HSPD-20), and Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 201.

You qualify for this position at the GS-11 (starting salary) level if you possess one of the following:
GS-11: Specialized experience is one year of experience at the GS-09 level or equivalent in other Federal, State or Local public or private sector, that is directly related to the position and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Description
Job Summary
Supervise train crews on a freight train and coordinate switch engine crews. Place cars to facilitate loading and unloading and the makeup and breakdown of trains in a rail yard, industrial plant, or similar locations.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all train orders, signals, and railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations, and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Review instructions from dispatchers and yardmasters, and discuss with locomotive engineer and train crew
• Inspect all equipment on cars prior to departures
• Receive and transmit information by radio and telephone
• Read and understand bulletins, work orders, and switch lists
• Assist and instruct train crews to couple and uncouple cars, operate switches, and make minor repairs to railcars, including replacing heavy couplings or air brake hoses

Training
You will attend six weeks of training at the Railroad Education & Development Institute (REDI) in Atlanta, GA. CSX will pay for travel, lodging and meals. You will complete an additional 8-22 weeks of on-the-job training at your assigned location as required by collective bargaining agreement.

Job Summary
Work as a member of a crew to install new railroad track, maintain existing track and right-of-way.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Participate in group discussions including unit meetings, job briefings, safety meetings or process reviews
• Remove and replace track and track components (e.g. ties, rails, bars, etc.)
• Replace or repair track switches with specific components
• Slide and align tie plates
• Drill holes through rails for insertion of bolts and tighten or loosen bolts at joints that hold ends or rails together
• Correct deviations in track surface, alignment and gauge
• Cut rails to specific lengths
• Receive instructions, requests, orders, and information from posted bulletins, memorandums, rules and regulation manuals
• Adjust, lift and roll rails
• Sort track material for loading and unloading
• Install and repair street and railroad crossings
• Cut brush and vegetation from the right-of-way
• Spray switches, angle bars and joints with oil for lubrication

All-Source Intelligence Analyst
The All-Source Analyst is a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, Security Force Assistance Brigades (SFAB) and SOJTF supporting the CJ2 staffs' analytical requirements. Intelligence Collection Manager (CM)
The Intelligence Collection Manager serves as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of USFOR-A, SOJTF and SFAB J2 staffs' collection and planning requirements. The CM is responsible for coordinating all Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) collection requirements and ensures all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the supported commands/organizations. • Disassembles, cleans and thoroughly inspects Flowserve or competitor equipment. Designs could include, but is not limited to single stage ANSI pumps, single and multistage API process pumps, vertical turbine pumps, horizontal split case multistage and multistage barrel pumps.
