BACKGROUND
Inside the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), the HomeMade Explosives Task Force (HME TF) was formed to develop a robust common operational picture of the HME threat that fills existing gaps and predicts future gaps based on trend analysis. The TF seeks to facilitate actions by DoD, intra-agency partners and coalition nations to limit the availability of HME precursors to threat networks operating in Afghanistan. The desired objective is to disrupt the threat supply chain, including the transfer of IED manufacturing expertise, into Pakistan and Afghanistan and reduce the use of HME IEDs against coalition forces, Afghanistan National Security Forces and civilian targets in Afghanistan.
Note: This is one of three contractor Assistant Ops Officer positions that support a Gov’t Operations Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelors Degree with a minimum of three (3) years experience with Executive Department, Military Service Level or Senior InterAgency Mission Analysis
Support government-led meetings, working group briefings and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) sessions at the UNCLAS, SECRET and TS/SCI levels and at multiple seniority levels involving Action Officer, O-6, 2-star and 3-star; this includes many Meeting Management and Protocol-like tasks
Collect data to be presented, prepare and distribute related announcements and read-ahead packages
Prepare draft and final documents addressing agenda/minutes/data collected
Conduct research and analysis that supports other TF sections performing Multi-National and Inter-Agency Outreach, Plans and Intel; manipulate data, lessons learned and recommendations into formats supporting the various HME TF lines of operation
Maintain liaison with JIEDDO and COIC Ops sections, ensure common operational picture, info sharing, calendar synchronization and leader interaction
Post documents to website and SharePoint resources, maintain the accuracy and currency of information posted there
Track and manage action items that require follow-up action and assist in preparing proposed responses
REQUIREMENTS
Must be proficient with US Government policy and doctrine
Must possess meaningful knowledge of DoD policy and the Counter-IED subject area
Must have exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and common supporting web-based applications
The ideal candidate will have completed military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or DoD civilian equivalent (e.g., Marine Corps CSC, Army CGSC)

Plans, develops and conducts intelligence analysis training to military intelligence analysts. Subject matter expert in SIGINT Analysis. Provide analytical and operational support for unique, one- of- a-kind, tactical and strategic mission intelligence systems. Support a range of analytical products and functions including operational scenarios, development of deployment scenarios, site assessments, and vulnerability assessments, concepts of operation and feasibility assessments. Maintain mission status on assigned tactical and strategic systems. Must have an in-depth knowledge of SIGINT tools and other various databases within the signals intelligence community. Job Title: Greek Language Instructor Location: Seoul, Korea
The Language Instructors must meet the following requirements prior to instructing students on this contract.
• Proficiency in target or specified language. Instructor will be limited working proficiency plus (a language rating of level 2+/2+/2+ or Advanced-High) or higher in the specified foreign language in the speaking, reading, and listening modalities. Proficiency will be demonstrated by combinations of a the following: telephonic Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) or 2-skill OPI from the DLIFLC, an interview certified by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL), and the Defense Language Proficiency Test or other instruments. • Understanding of Interagency Roundtable Proficiency Levels and their relation to proficiency-based instruction. Instructors will be familiar with the Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) and Defense Language Proficiency Tests (DLPT), and will be proficient with operating PC based computers, Windows Explorer, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), installing and enabling foreign fonts, and common media players and devices. Instructors will be capable of integrating learning technology seamlessly with lesson plans to enhance training delivery. This position provides a variety of technical and administrative customer services related to coordinating, marketing, tracking and reporting Federal, Agency and program-specific training for Region III employees. The incumbent also participates in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of exercises involving intra-and inter-agency components, State and local governments and FEMA stakeholders from the private sector, and coordinates arrangements for special and recurring events managed by the National Preparedness Division. In this position, you will be responsible for effective and efficient staff coverage at all National Processing Service Centers (NPSC) to enable the agency to fulfill its mission and provide high quality service to disaster applicants. Typical work assignments include:
• Monitors Call Management Systems at the site level. Ensures that phone coverage for each line of business is configured for assigned agents. During peak call traffic, will be responsible for reconfiguring agents to provide optimal coverage.

Basic Qualifications:

This position is to serve as an architect/civil engineer/physical scientist in the Building Science Branch, Risk Reduction Division. The incumbent serves as an advisor to the organization on issues, policies, and programs pertaining to the Robert Stafford Act and the technical authority with responsibility for advising, developing, and evaluating the technological and economic feasibility of built environment policies, procedures, guidance standards, strategies and techniques. Typical work assignments include:
• Develops project plans for projects and studies to reduce the exposure of the U.S. built environment to natural hazards and manages multiple projects to their completion.
• Manages and leads the Mitigation Assessment Team (MAT), a forensic engineering team that conducts post disaster forensic analysis to determine causes of structural failure and success.

1.
