Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform Corrective Maintenance (CM) as needed. CM may include but is not limited to the following: Corrective action must be made under time constraints. Work may be performed in austere environments and not always in a covered facility. Troubleshooting with and without the use of diagnostic equipment. Replacement of major components such as engine and transmission. Replacement of all Line Replaceable Items (LRI's). Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) as needed. PM may include but is not limited to the following; Setting up and maintaining annual PM schedule. Tracking vehicle mileage. Scheduling PM time with customer. Perform quality inspections on all vehicles. Arrange shipping or transportation of vehicle or vehicle parts. Maintain an inventory of spare parts. Maintain accountability of tools and equipment. Purchase parts or tools from local vendors as needed. Record all work, time, parts, and other data on Repair Work Orders (RWO) and inventory management programs. Follow all safety and security procedures. Provide training as necessary to customer on vehicle functionality and O-level maintenance. Training may include but is not limited to the following; Set up of training space. Prepare and set up training material. Provide safe training and ensure student's safety at all times.
