Job Description
We currently seek a Senior Tax Accountant with State & Local experience for
our Corporate Headquarters in Wayne, NJ. This position will be involved in
all aspects of state taxation such as compliance, audit, tax research,
income tax accounting and special projects. Successful candidates will be
technically competent, self-motivated, analytical, intelligent, detail
orientated, hardworking team players. Must be able to work well with others
and with minimal supervision. Individuals will need to develop working
relationships and interact with the Treasury department, Accounting
department and the Federal tax department. Responsibilities
* Preparation of state income tax returns, amended returns, franchise
tax returns, estimated payments, annual reports and review of business
license filings.
* Assist the tax manager with the state and local income tax audits.
* Assist in evaluating the impact of changes in laws and regulations
as it applies to state and local taxes.
* Assist with gathering and analyzing information in preparation of
quarterly and annual provision, preparation of journal entries and account
maintenance/reconciliations.
* Maintain internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section
404 requirements and assist with the related documentation.
Desired Skills & Experience
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Masters degree and/or CPA is a
plus.
* Three years of relevant experience in the job functions noted above,
preferably in public accounting and/or corporate tax department.
* Experience with CorpTax compliance software strongly preferred.
Oracle and OneSource familiarity is desired.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in
creating/preparing professional workpapers and tax deliverables.
* Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a
team.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
This is the first journeyperson level for the series. Incumbents, under general supervision from a Senior
Accounting Officer or an Accounting Administrator, perform professional accounting duties of average difficulty
in the establishment and maintenance of accounts and financial records for agency activities, such as maintain
accounting records for funds administered by the department; prepare, review and analyze financial reports,
statements, accounts and records; maintain the General Ledgers; reconcile the General Ledger to SCO; review
expenditures against allotments. Incumbents may exercise moderate control in the administration of
established policies and procedures, and may have on-going contacts with program managers, control
agencies, local governmental jurisdictions, Federal Government, vendors, and members of the public.
Incumbents in this class have no supervisory responsibilities, but may serve as a lead for Accountant Trainees,
accounting clerical and semiprofessional personnel.

Qualifications Appraisal Interview: It is anticipated that interviews will be held during June/July 2013.
The examination will consist of a qualifications appraisal interview weighted 100%. The interview will include a
number of predetermined job-related questions. In order to obtain a position on the eligible list, a minimum

Joint Expeditionary Team
The Joint Expeditionary Team (JET) provides rapidly deployable expertise in all aspects of Counter-IED (C-IED) operations to support U.S. forces worldwide, gather information, support Division Support Teams, conduct quick look assessments and unit debriefs, and participate in training missions.

General Duty Description:
We are currently seeking Senior Intelligence Integrators to serve on a unique, multi-discipline team assisting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or conventional forces operational and tactical staffs and their subordinate units with fusing operations and intelligence information in an effective, seamless process to enhance their effectiveness against enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).
Detailed Responsibilities:
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will assist in developing processes that focus on finding immediate through long-term solutions to the IED problem set prioritize and categorize requests for information and conduct near and long term analyses of device and network-centric problem sets fusing and prioritizing the multiple intelligence disciplines to disrupt and defeat enemy networks that employ IEDs.
The Senior Intelligence Integrator will focus problem sets at the tactical through operational levels while applying a thorough understanding of ISR integration as well as the ops/intelligence fusion process to compile, collate, analyze and evaluate all sources of intelligence (to include unevaluated intelligence) associated with IEDs and their employment by terrorist, insurgent, or criminal networks.

Military Operations Integrators, in conjunction with other members of the SOF Support Team, will work with tactical and operational Special Operations Forces (SOF) elements (ODA to TSOC) to leverage cutting edge tools and processes designed to improve intelligence and operations fusion within their planning and mission execution cycles. The focus of these fusion efforts is exposure of enemy networks that employ Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). The Military Operations Integrator will serve as the direct link between JIEDDO and deployed SOF units on all current and future initiatives.
The Military Operations Integrator serves as the primary advisor to the deployed SOF commander and staff on all activities with regards to planning, and synchronization of effort of JIEDDO and JIEDDO COIC support to deployed SOF elements. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported units operational requirements as well as JIEDDO capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The Military Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations, IEDs, and JIEDDO capabilities.
The Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for JIEDDO support are fully coordinated with other JIEDDO deployed assets and the JIEDDO. The Counterterrorism requirements outlined in this Project will include support for theater peacetime and contingency operations. The JAC CT effort provides warning and analysis of the terrorism threat throughout the USEUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR)/Area of Interest (AOI) in support of European Command (EUCOM) force protection efforts. The JAC CT effort also includes coordinating theater terrorist threat levels, producing terrorist threat assessments and terrorist target materials for theater operations, responding to requests for information, and reporting on force protection issues through SPOT reports, in-briefs and other CT analytic products as required. The JAC CT Watch acts as the Theater's hub for 24/7 terrorism indications and warning and coordinates extensively with similar watch operations throughout USEUCOM, all component headquarters, National Agencies, all deployed units, etc. The JAC is responsible for Theater wide counterterrorism support and disseminates this intelligence at multiple classifications across multiple systems through multiple production means. Performance of Extended Work Week (EWW) is required.
Duties/Requirements:
• (1) Counterterrorism analysis, (2) Terrorism Indications and Warning (I&W) Watch Support, (3) CT Database support on threats in the European Theater. The contractor shall provide CT skills for rapid responses to timely terrorism analysis and threat warning production requirements. The contractor shall provide all-source CT analysis to assist the JAC CT effort in the research, analysis, production, and collection management of current intelligence related information in support of deployed United States and allied forces engaged in peacekeeping and humanitarian relief, as well as potential combat operations. The contractor shall communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines. Assignments require some familiarity with the DoD intelligence enterprise structure. CI support to Defense or other government departments or agencies, DoD Combatant Commands, and other DoD components.
• Counterterrorism (CT) "In-briefs" - CT "in-briefs" are comprised of all-source intelligence information that targets executive-Level leadership as well as the overall community. The QAP will set analysis and production priorities for the contractor.
• Request for Information (~I) Responses. Responses to RFIs for intelligence issues within the theater, ranging from innumerable five minute phone responses to questions received during normal business, up to formal requests requiring in-depth research and analytic production taking several weeks.
• Collection Requirements/Report Evaluations - Collection Requirements are requests
for additional collection in order to fill gaps in information. While JAC Collections processes the requirement, analysts develop ail d coordinate requests. Another facet of collections/report evaluations is to provide feedback to collectors and reporting authorities while requesting additional information to fill information gaps. Both collection requests and report evaluations range from a five minute e-mail to several pages in length.
• Assessments - Assessments are normally a textual and graphical product of varying production frequency and length. Historically, assessments provide more in-depth analysis to answer a variety of questions on a single issue, theme or trend. Assessments are produced based on initiative, in response to production requirements, or based upon requests from theater intelligence consumers.
• Network Diagrams - Network diagrams provide analyses of the networks of organizations and people that assist and conduct terrorist activity. Network diagrams graphically depict the linkages among these entities and may be used in a written assessment or stand-alone briefing.
• CT Target Materials - Non-kinetic target materials are textual and graphical products of various length and frequency, providing in-depth analysis on primarily terrorist entities. CT target materials are produced based on initiative, in response to production requirements, or based upon requests from theater intelligence consumers.
• Spot Reports - Spot Reports are produced in response to force protection issues. Historically, Spot Reports average one-half (1/2) page. The Contractor shall initiate Spot reports as prioritized by the Watch Team Chief or as events dictate using the criteria established and CT internal operating procedures. After normal hours, the Contractor shall coordinate Spot Reports dictated by events with the duty analyst in accordance with internal operating procedures. Spot report tasking, draft comments and suspense will often be verbal based on the Watch's dynamic nature.
• Formatting - Unless otherwise specified, the QAP will determine the suspense required for draft and final products. The formats are JAC standard and shall be delivered in soft/hard copy as determined by the QAP. All products shall be drafted through an iterative process that includes analytical insight and advice from the QAP. This process will take place over the period of production and conclude with a final product on or prior to established timelines. The Contractor shall provide tabulation and tracking of each product, cumulative product totals delivered, associated travel, work effort, meeting attendance, briefings and presentations, etc in a monthly report.
Education/Experience
Junior Level:
Bachelor or master’s degree, or, specialized training & 2-3 years intelligence analysis experience, or, 3-4 years of military intelligence experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.

Requirements outlined in this Project will include support for theater peacetime and contingency operations. The JAC's Aegean-Levant analytic effort provides intelligence analysis and production on the Aegean-Levant (including regional/geopolitical considerations that intersect with countries in the CENTCOM AOR) in support of the EUCOM Commanders, component commanders, in garrison combat elements and deployed forces. Performance of Extended Work Week (EWW) is required.
Duties/Requirements:
• Personnel with knowledge of Joint, DOD and NATO regulations and publications, understand the U.S. Intelligence Community and DNI tradecraft standards, USEUCOM theater operations, and be knowledgeable of databases and software programs used in the DOD intelligence environment. The Contractor shall support the intelligence directorate in performing and managing strategic and operational analysis, with emphasis on intelligence support the Aegean-Levant. The Contractor shall research all source reporting to produce predictive and current finished intelligence products, coordinate all analytical products, and support national level organizations and theater staffs for dissemination across tactical, operational and strategic environments. The contractor shall employ analytical methodologies that reduce uncertainties concerning the Aegean-Levant, including textual, cartographic and imagery-based products that communicate intelligence to decision makers about current and future disposition of forces. The Contractor shall convey factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Acting on established Aegean-Levant analysis and production priorities when tasked by the QAP, identifying sub-tasks, integrating all JAC intelligence products with other products, and coordinating with external agencies
• Analyzing all source intelligence information associated with the Aegean-Levant to produce assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, special studies etc, responsive to user needs; complying with QAP prioritized suspense dates for draft and final products
• Maintaining and updating common battle space awareness and the common intelligence picture (to include proficiency in C ICOP tools, including GCCS and Google Earth)
• Developing RFI responses
• Identifying intelligence gap and requesting solutions via the collections process
• Engaging associated organizations for intelligence support
• Understanding the intelligence tasking, processing, production, exploitation and
• dissemination process
• Maintaining all source database on area of responsibility; using multiple source intelligence tools to perform all source threat force analysis
• Analyzing and fusing report from multiple intelligence sources (HUMINT, SIGINT,
• IMINT, MASINT) to provide intelligence preparation of the battle space, target development, and indications and warning of emerging' threats

Education/Experience
Junior Level:
Bachelor or master’s degree, or, specialized training & 2-3 years intelligence analysis experience, or, 3-4 years of military intelligence experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.
Junior level contractor personnel work semi-independently with frequent Government oversight. Provides completed products that may require multiple significant revisions and/or editing.
Mid-Level:
Bachelor or master’s degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience.
Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight. Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing.
Senior Level:
Bachelor or master’s degree with 8+ years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 10+ years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience. Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized
specialist in relevant field.

50. Mule Packing Instructor (Fort Campbell, KY)
We are in need of an experienced, prior service Mule Packer to instruct personnel on proper packing techniques. Looking for someone with extensive military experience as a packer. Certified is preferred but not required. Must have experience packing various weapons systems, ammunition, and movement missions. Requires extensive, proven knowledge of packing gear and practices. Highly qualified candidates will take priority.
We are a facility that offers Mule Packing Training to Soldiers as well as for Corporate Team Building. This position is on an as needed basis.
