* Establishes wage and salary structure, pay policies, implementation of employee review process and training of this process. Responsible for employee benefit programs and healthcare reform; monitors for effectiveness and cost containments.
* Directs the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out functions of the Human Resources department. Prepares periodic reports to Senior Management, as necessary or requested.
* Additional responsibilities as assigned.

* 10+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience.

Safety Management

B. Level III Personnel Assistant
This position performs work in support of human resource professionals that requires good working knowledge of personnel procedures, guides, and precedents. At this level, assistants typically have a range of personal contacts within and outside the organization, in addition to handling employee-sensitive material. This position is ideal for a Program Analyst under the supervision of the Public Assistance, (PA) TAC Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), looking for an opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge of managing and monitoring the Public Assistance contracts. This professional must act as an individual contributor and member of the (PA)TAC contract management team. This position starts at a salary of $62467.00 (GS-11), with promotion potential to $97333.00 (GS-12). This position is located in the U. S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Recovery Division located in Washington, DC. This position is located at FEMA headquarters, Public Assistance Division, but can be deployed for extended periods of time to a FEMA Joint Field Office in response to a disaster. Under direction of the PA- TAC Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR), the incumbent serves as the authorized representative of the COTR on regional PA- TA Contracts and as such is the primary point of contact with the contractor in the field.
Typical work assignments include:

This position is ideal for a professional looking for an opportunity to assist in managing and monitoring contract requirements in support of disaster recovery program development and disaster operations. This position is located at Headquarters, Individual Assistance Division, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The Program Analyst serves as the authorized representative of the COTR on Individual Assistance Division program development and Emergency Support Function (ESF) #6 related contracts. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact with the Acquisitions office, business management personnel and the contractor in the field. The incumbent will be asked to meet the requirements of DHS Management Directive 0780.1 Contracting Officers Technical Representative (COTR) Appointment and Responsibilities.
Duties:
• Assists in the development of acquisition packages (Statements of Work, independent government cost estimates (IGCE) ) to secure contractor services for IA programs and services under ESF #6.
• Monitors performance of contract activities at the national level as well as in the field in support of program goals and objectives.
• Tracks and analyzes contract task order data
• Oversees task order implementation, acceptance of work, and interpretation of statement of works, as well as identify, analyze, and recommend solutions for complex, difficult problems.
• Identifies efficiencies to maximize contracting capabilities and minimize duplication of effort.
• Communicates contracting requirements and recommendations both orally and in writing to senior managers.

You qualify for this position at the GS-12 level if you possess the following:
One full year of specialized experience. Specialized experience is described as experience in the Federal government, other state, local or non-profit organization, or the private sector that is equivalent to the GS-11 level in executing Federal contracting and procurement policies and regulations, including performance-based acquisition as well as knowledge of all phases of the procurement process (i.e., planning,, solicitation, negotiations, pricing, administration, and termination).

In this position, you will become a key member of a team of warehousing professionals in a pivotal role from day one. You will serve as a Materials Handler receiving, storing, and assembling for issue, storage, shipment, and distribution a wide variety of bin and bulk supplies, materials, equipment, and commodities. Typical work assignments at the full performance level include:
• Receiving, locating, storing, issuing, and shipping supplies, materials, and equipment.
• Providing customer assistance to those customers requesting materials and supplies.
• Performing a full range of warehousing function in a major segment of a large warehouse.

Job Purpose:

Duties:
A. Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures on patients

2. Instructs and prepares patient for procedure and assures proper positioning.

4. Properly identifies film with patient identification
5. Transports patients to and from the clinic
B. Maintains equipment and necessary levels of radiology supplies

3. Assists with prevention and periodic maintenance and reports equipment problems to the supervisor
C. Prepares reports and maintains records as directed

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position provides technical plant and process support to the production operations. This position is necessary to ensure continuous process improvement and growth within the molding operations. This position is to give engineering support to all departments.
SUMMARY:
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing process, product, and equipment improvements in the plant. This position interacts with operators, machine attendants, engineers, management, maintenance, and customers. In addition, this position will also coordinate all major engineering projects and process or product improvements in conjunction with Corporate Engineering (E&TS).
NATURE AND SCOPE:
Provide technical expertise for all engineering and molding operations. Provide process improvements by evaluating opportunities inside and outside the organization. Provide focused attention to the quality of the products and processes of BWAY's business, and ensure the safe, efficient, and responsive operation of manufacturing operations. Challenges of this position include the difficulty of implementing standardized processes and disciplines into an existing culture, the use of process optimization techniques and improvement of processing methods for the manufacturing operation.
Process Engineer will have a functional responsibility to implement major projects and product or process changes driven by engineering and also assist with new product development assigned to the plant.
Process Engineer interacts on a continuing basis with E&TS and will foster open and accurate communication of information between the plant and all levels of the organization. Work Hours: Monday – Friday 0700—1700
Responsibilities will include:
• Providing health care to beneficiaries assigned to the Flight Medicine Clinic, Occupational Health Clinic, or other civilian Flight Medicine physician positions as defined by the MTF. These tasks include performing primary care and occupational health clinician duties and the associated administrative tasks.
• Care shall include but not be limited to continuing, comprehensive health maintenance and provision of medical care, including preventive medicine, behavioral health, occupational health, and community health
• Diagnose and treat a wide-range of adult acute and chronic diseases and injuries
Qualifications:
• Completion of a minimum of 3 years active duty U.S. military Flight Surgeon experience
• Current board certification in Aerospace Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or Preventive Medicine is required and must be maintained.

• Assist in determining program access requirements and process personnel for access.
• Plan, coordinate and manage security support for testing activities including material, equipment and transportation for documents.

The duties of this position include responsibility for the overall compilation of budget requirements, presentations, execution, tracking and monitoring funds, and the preparation and analysis of budget related materials.
Typical work assignments include:
• Uses advanced techniques in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL or PL/SQL to include but not limited to: pivot tables, complex if then statements, conditional formatting, advanced data manipulation and merging of data from different data sources; Run/write data scripts to query databases containing large data sets. Create and maintain reports based on the data manipulation and provide technical analysis and recommendations based on the reports.
• Responsible for monitoring on a continual basis the execution of the Division's program budgets by means of IFMIS reports and 40-1 submissions.

To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level you must possess the following:
One full year of specialized experience, analyzing financial data as well as producing/publishing reports of financial information and analysis. Provides recommendations and makes independent decisions based on financial analysis to improve and report financial information. The Operations Integrator applies in-depth understanding of both the supported units operational requirements as well as JIEDDO capabilities in order to identify exploitable vulnerabilities of targeted enemy organizations. The Military Operations Integrator must apply a thorough understanding of the Ops/Intel fusion process as well as subject matter expertise on SOF operations, IEDs, and JIEDDO capabilities.
The Operations Integrator ensures all SOF requests for JIEDDO support are fully coordinated with other JIEDDO deployed assets and the JIEDDO. Ensures SOF assets are kept abreast of all current and emerging JIEDDO processes, methodologies, and Tactics, Techniques & Procedures (TTP) for attacking networks that utilize IEDs.
