Position Description
Conducts screening on both Host Country Nationals (HCN)s and Third Country Nationals (TCN)s for access to ISAF/USFOR-A military base camps to recommend access or denial of access in accordance with ISAF/USFOR-A SOPs, and must adhere to the standards and procedures set out in FM 22-2 Human Intelligence Collector Operations.
The screener will coordinate and work in conjunction with base level force protection and strategic force protection operations to conduct interviews, collect biometrics data, review data collected and cross- reference intelligence collection priorities and plans, input collected data and analysis/assessments into appropriate databases, websites and portals, and support other force protection and intelligence activities.
The Screener will provide support in conducting PCASS as required per ISAF/USFOR-A and consistent with applicable policy and SOPs.
Position Requirements
Identified screeners shall be a former 35L/M, 351L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E or DoD civilian equivalent with a minimum of 2 year’s experience. Strategic Debriefer or an individual with a similar skill set is desired.
The contractor must have experience with screening, screening tasks, and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledgeable of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3. Deployed experience is preferred.

The Systems Engineers are responsible for coordinating and providing systems engineering support at the client site.
Major Responsibilities and Activities:
- The Systems Engineers are responsible for leading systems engineering aspects of the client’s Systems Integration Branch. This will include coordination and cooperation with systems engineers, program managers, and leadership at Service acquisition program management offices and systems program offices as specified by the client leadership.
- Further, the Senior Systems Engineer will research and provide analysis on engineering aspects of command, control, and communications (C3) systems, architectures, and processes that contain personnel recovery equity, at the tactical and operational levels. - A Bachelor of Science in a technical field from an accredited institution. Bachelor of Arts in technical fields will be considered on case-by-case basis depending on granting institution. Job Summary
Supervise train crews on a freight train and coordinate switch engine crews. Place cars to facilitate loading and unloading and the makeup and breakdown of trains in a rail yard, industrial plant, or similar locations.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all train orders, signals, and railroad rules and regulations for safety, operations, and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA)
• Review instructions from dispatchers and yardmasters, and discuss with locomotive engineer and train crew
• Inspect all equipment on cars prior to departures
• Receive and transmit information by radio and telephone
• Read and understand bulletins, work orders, and switch lists
• Assist and instruct train crews to couple and uncouple cars, operate switches, and make minor repairs to railcars, including replacing heavy couplings or air brake hoses

You will attend six weeks of training at the Railroad Education & Development Institute (REDI) in Atlanta, GA. CSX will pay for travel, lodging and meals. You will complete an additional 8-22 weeks of on-the-job training at your assigned location as required by collective bargaining agreement.

This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region IV, National Preparedness Division, Technological Hazards Branch in Atlanta, GA. The incumbent of this position will perform a variety of developmental assignments in support of emergency planning and preparedness issues.

To qualify for this position at the GS-11 level you must possess at least one of the following:
One full year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-9 level in the Federal service overseeing drills and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency preparedness programs and experience managing a program budgets at the local, State, or Federal level.
OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
