Job Description
Supports a CI/HUMINT or intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of CJ2X and CJ2 analytical requirements. Provides analysis of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR)s/HUMINT Reports (HR)s and CIINTREPs, provides feedback and IIR/HR and CI INTREP evaluations, source directed requirements (SDR)s, time sensitive collection requirements (TSCR)s, adhoc collection requirements (AHCR)s, and supports source validation. Minimum Qualifications

OR Scrub Tech for Iraq and Afghanistan under contract bid
The Medical Support Services in Iraq (MSSI)- Iraq Program Manager establishes a clinically safe and professionally managed healthcare environment and provides primary health care as well as resuscitative surgical care in accordance with U.S. or equivalent medical standards on a 24-hour basis, 365 days of the year to Chief of Mission (COM) personnel U.S. Embassy Baghdad, serving a population of approximately 14,000 adults.
SCOPE:
The OR Scrub Technician reports to the MSSI-Iraq Program Manager and is supervised clinically by the designated site medical director at the Diplomatic Support Hospital (DSH) at the Surgeon's work setting - normally a Diplomatic Support Hospital setting in Iraq. The OR Scrub Technician will be assigned to treat patients in the larger DOS medical/trauma hospital locations.
Provides direct and indirect services to the surgical patient under the supervision of the General Surgeon or Operating Room Nurse and performs tasks as necessary for the efficient and effective functioning of the operating room, as well as the delivery of quality care.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
All healthcare providers and medical support staff must have recent clinical experience in patient care and at least six month experience in the past 12 months

Required Skills
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate
Must have graduated from an accredited surgical technician program
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required or have the military equivalent training course with Certificate of Completion (i.e. 68D, HM8483, 4N1x1)

An OR Scrub Technician will require a favorably adjudicated Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) investigation conducted by the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security.
The work week and hours/week are established by the DoS Chief of Mission.
OR Scrub Technicians will sign a CHS HCSS-I Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) and is bound to the terms and conditions of the FSA.

The Pharmacy Technician will deliver services in one of three settings: (1) Field Health Unit, (2) Small medical/trauma hospitals, (3) Large medical/trauma hospital and assists in the treatment of patients by dispensing drugs and related medical supplies under the direction of a physician.
Pharmacy technician is a MSSI staff member who works under the direct supervision of a licensed Physician or Surgeon or other authorized health care professional, and performs many pharmacy-related functions. Job duties include dispensing prescription drugs and other health care products to patients. Pharmacy technicians assist the pharmacists to participate and develop extended clinical pharmacy roles, such as independent prescribing by site Medical Directors and other licensed staff. A key role is ensuring the security of prescription drugs and pharmaceuticals and control of the pharmacy inventory.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Helps prepare prescription medications.
Receives prescription requests.
Retrieves, pours, counts, weighs, measures, and sometimes mixes medication.
Performs administrative functions such as answering phones and stocking shelves.
Prepares prescription labels, selects the type of container, and affixes the prescription and auxiliary labels to the container.
Once the prescription is filled, files the prescription, which must be checked by a pharmacist before it is given to the patient.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
OTHER DUTIES:
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.

Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties, providing explanations of treatment; answering questions.
Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; following drug protocols in case of reactions to drugs, such as contrast media, administering first aid, and using the emergency cart.
Maintains production and quality of radiographs or other media by following established standards and procedures; developing radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary adjustments.

In these settings, Radiology Technician performs diagnostic imaging examinations like x-rays, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and mammography. All healthcare providers must have current clinical experience in direct patient care and have worked a minimum of 6 of the last 12 months in desired career field.
U.S. Military Radiology Technician technical school training certification (4R0X1, 68P, HM-8451) will also fulfill this requirement.
Must be experienced in performing CT procedures, including contrast exams.

As a Sequel Server Reporting Services Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs diagnostic imaging examinations like X-rays, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, mammography and ultrasound. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified position; adjustment equipment controls to set exposure factors.
Gains patient cooperation by reducing anxieties, providing explanations of treatment; answering questions.
Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors.
Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols; following drug protocols in case of reactions to drugs, such as contrast media, administering first aid, and using the emergency cart.
Maintains production and quality of radiographs or other media by following established standards and procedures; developing radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary adjustments.
Ensures operation of radiology equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains radiology supplies and inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Required Skills
SCOPE:
The Radiology Technician reports to and will be supervised by the site medical director or other primary medical provider (Radiologist, Physicians, Surgeons, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants) on the work site.
The Radiology Technician will be assigned to treat patients in one of two settings: (1) Small medical/trauma hospitals, (2) Large medical/trauma hospital and assists in examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician.
In these settings, Radiology Technician performs diagnostic imaging examinations like x-rays, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and mammography. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records. In addition, Radiology Technician prepares patient for radiological procedure by positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices, moving equipment into specified position; adjustment equipment controls to set exposure factors. Radiology technicians must follow physicians' orders precisely and conform to regulations concerning the use of radiation to protect themselves, their patients, and their co-workers from unnecessary exposure.
In addition to preparing patients and operating equipment, radiology technicians keep patient records and adjust and maintain equipment. They also may prepare work schedules, evaluate purchases of equipment, or manage a radiology department.
All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which CHS is recognized.
OTHER DUTIES:
All Health Care Providers (HCPs) will document care delivered and follow up care required.
Attends and participates in a variety of meetings and task force groups to improve quality and outcomes, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, and new policy requirements.

Required Experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have completed an approved Radiology Technician program leading to a Diploma, Certificate or Associate’s degree.
Must have an unrestricted state license or be American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certified.
A minimum of 5-years’ experience as a Radiology Technician including 1 year with ultrasound in a clinical setting is required.
All healthcare providers must have current clinical experience in direct patient care and have worked a minimum of 6 of the last 12 months in desired career field.
U.S. Military Radiology Technician technical school training certification (4R0X1, 68P, HM-8451) will also fulfill this requirement.
Must be experienced in performing CT procedures, including contrast exams.
Must have and maintain current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Shall be licensed in the United States
Must complete a Foreign Affairs Counter Terrorism training course prior to deployment to Iraq for work on the MSSI contract. Working on UH-60, CH47 D/F, AH64D, OH-58KI. The Aircraft Mechanic I troubleshoots malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems. Primary responsibilities include providing high quality security related technical support both on-site and remote for Microsoft’s developer and enterprise customers. The successful candidate will be capable of providing field technical and remote support presence for groups in the Microsoft Services organization, including but not limited to Premier and Professional Support, Microsoft Consulting Services, and escalation engineers (CPR). Responsibilities:

Summary of Responsibilities:
The TAC Officer will assist the Site Manager/Senior TAC in his responsibility to oversee Pilot Training. The TAC Officer can, when directed perform other Program Administrative and Logistical support tasks as assigned by the Site Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are typical duties the contractor may be required to perform:
The jobholder will provide:
(A) Technical and managerial assistance and support to the Ministry of Justice in an effort to establish a Trinidad and Tobago National Forensic DNA Databank (NFDD); and
(B) Technical support towards the achievement of accreditation of the DNA laboratory services provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Forensic Science Center.
Specifically, the jobholder will help the Ministry of Justice and the Forensic Science Center draft policy guidelines (privacy, ethics, quality control, etc.) for the NFDD, design the operational framework of the NFDD, review and revise the existing organizational structure for the management and administration of the NFDD, develop technical specifications and designs for the NFDD, and review and revise job descriptions for the proposed staff of the NFDD. As time allows, the jobholder will work with members of the Forensic Science Center team to draft, revise, or update standard operating procedures, quality control mechanisms, or other areas to meet the necessary requirements to achieve ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation of the DNA laboratory services.
Within one month of arriving in country, the jobholder will complete a thorough needs assessment for the establishment of the NFDD, review/update the 2012 Forensic Capabilities Assessment Report relative to the DNA laboratory, and draft an action plan for establishing the NFDD and meeting the requirements for accreditation of the DNA services.
The jobholder will be required to provide briefs, presentations, and/or reports on programmatic progress to the Embassy not less than once per month.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The jobholder should be acquainted with the daily operation and activities of ASCLD/LAB and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited-forensic laboratories that provide conventional and complex services such as DNA analysis, forensic toxicology, and crime scene investigation.
The jobholder must:
• Be a U.S. Citizen.
• Have a master’s degree of science or forensic science from an accredited college or university
• Have ten [10] years’ experience in forensic laboratory analysis
• Have testified in State superior court and or Federal court in the U.S.
• Have supervised and managed a forensic laboratory
• Have experience as an ASCLD/LAB and ISO 17025 Auditor
• Have performed testing and scientific analysis in connection with crime investigations
• Have been involved in active criminal case work within the last three to five years
• Demonstrate ability to work independently on projects and issues within overall policy guidelines.
• Be skilled in oral and written communication including presentations, briefs, lab reports, action and information memos, testimony, press guidance, and general correspondence.

• Conducted internal and external audits for ASCLD/LAB and/or ISO/IEC 17025 in the U.S. and abroad
• Assisted a forensic laboratory to achieve ASCLD/LAB certification or ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation
• Affiliations with one or more or the following associations: American Academy of Forensic Sciences, International Association of Forensic Sciences, and International Association of Forensic Toxicologists

Conduct F-series analysis for identification of tasks and gaps. Develop a Capabilities-Based Assessment (CBA) and related documents and presentations.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Minimum Experience/Requirements:
- Active SECRET security clearance
- Experience as a Training Developer or Combat Developer
